This number keeps calling me over and over every minute or so. They do not leave a message. They have called 8x in 1 1/2 hours. This began last night and has been happening all day. How can I get them to stop? Who are they?

The offending number is 201-500-4659. The people are gorilla marketers. They repeatedly call as early as 5:00 A.M. PST and into the evening hours. They don't respond to requests to remove your phone number from their list. I've seen there number reported at other sites. I believe police action should be applied in this case.

These jerks call multiple times a day. I never answer, letting it ring until the answering machine comes on. The caller never leaves a message. I call *69 and the info is always the same - "last incoming call was 201 500 4695". Can't something be done about this?

These dingbats have been calling every hour on the dang hour! these idiots never talk after they pick up, and honestly they are ticking me off.

Well I am a lawyer and I am very angry at these prank calls.  If you don't stop calling I am going to sue your A**.

Received a call on 2-07-2011 at 8:20pm Pacific, from this number. I let it ring... They left no message.

Calling the number back and pressing 2 does NOT work.  Within five minutes, the phone was ringing again and it hasn't stopped.  Rings every 5-10 minutes and no one/nothing on the other end.  

Once you ask someone to add you to their "do not call" list, they have 3-4 weeks to actually stop calling.  You may register your number for the do not call list at www.donotcall.gov.  You may also file a complaint from this website if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry).

forgot to mention that if you press option 2 it will not work. the jerks keep calling. i wished i was near enough to pay them a personal visit. they are located in jersey city.

Calling scammers back works, it just doesn't work the way you think.

When you call crooks like this, you are confirming your phone number and your receipt of their call. This gets you on even more junk phone lists so you will get even more junk phone calls from other scammers.

So calling the back worked ... in a way.

Okay so that call back and press 2 apparently didn't work.  They called again.  Stayed on the line and waitied and finally some girl came on and I have NO IDEA what she was saying.....told her to take the number off her list, don't know what she said in reply and then told me to have a good day.....UGH!!

Just got two calls in the last 10 minutes.  called back and pressed 2 to take number off list.  Will see if it works.  Doesn't say who they are and when we answer, no one is there, won't leave message either.  Number is on do not call list, why are they calling?!!!

Yea this number 201-500-4659 also called me last night i mean every day she called to me about 10 times or more its so suck so stupid she called to me and talked by herself about 5 minutes and I just listen that and i think what the heck was that dude why did u call me and she said like  i'm gonna get  something if i pay for her about 5.99$ and she ask about 10 times like what card are u gonna use ? credit debit visa or stuff like that and its so stupid and then i turn my phone off cuz i want to sleep .

I've gotten 3 calls so far. No mesage.

Been getting calls from these people all the time. I use Google Voice, which has a guard asking anyone who calls whose number it doesn't know for their name. I think that makes them hang up quick, but my phone rings once still. The lady on the other end with an aussie? accent was 'offering info on making money online' Of course I hung up. Still getting calls from them. I called them back and pressed 2, and got a voice telling me I was now on the do not call list. Only time will tell if this is effective.

They keep calling me 2 , idk y I'm never going 2 answer , cuz I don't answer unknown numbers , they just need 2 figure that out & stop calling me. If they wanna tlk 2 me so bad they should leave a fckn message

Call back the 201-500-4659 and press #2 and it will put you on their do not call list.

I am having the same issue. Only once did the caller leave a message. It was a heavy accented Indian man saying he represented a "legal department" and I owed money... I could not understand everything he was saying. I am upset with the amount of times they call and now the hour of day. Last night they called after 9:00pm which I know is against the fair debt collections act. I am planning to block the number and turn them in to as many agencies as possible.

Same thing here. Every 25 minutes .... Any ideas on how to stop it ?

caller id says unknown name so i don't answer. calls every night after 7 pm.

i have got calls from them or the past 5 days starting at 6 am and ending at 9 pm they call every 20 min i dont answer, and they havent left any msgs.

Same thing here.this jerk started calling here this morning.Called 3 times around 9 am,now the good for nothing is calling around 10.I believe its the same idiot that called from the number 201-500-4626.I believe he/she is now calling from this number because i refused to answer under the last number he/she called from.I used Call Block on both numbers but it doesn't work.So this creep obviously found a way to get call through the Call Block option.And it is no telling how many other numbers he/she has to call people with.As i type this the goon calls again.so far thats 5 times this morning.I am very tempted to disconnect the phone.Some how some way this needs to be put a stop to...Everyone should complain to the FCC or whoever to make phone companies upgrade or update their Call Block service to work properly or expose idiots like these who abuses phone services for their own crazy wacked out purposes and take very hard legal action against the moron.

HI I keep getting this call from  201-500-4659   every 30 mins or so . They will not stop calling or even identify who they are or leave a message . HOw do I make these  calls stop calling my cell. I think it should be a law to stop this  BS..

I have the same issue..at least 10 times so far today.this has been going on for awhile...if they call again..which should be in about 8 mins...I will answer and demand them to stop..and advise them that if the number comes up on my phone again..I will file a lawsuit for harassment against them..they are in NJ I will find out who what when and where they are..this is B***s***!
