I got a call from this number and guess what folks?.Empire Carpet was taking a survey and wanted my reaction to their work...

I had carpet installed by Empire Today about two weeks ago and the calls started with-in two days, every night. I have the calls rejected on my phone,  but still see they continue. I won't use them again either for selling my number out like that.

I also used Empire carpet!  And have gotten several of these calls.  Answered the first and said hello several times, but no one responded.  Since then I have been missing them.

Yes - you answer and say all was well and they are relentless - I will NEVER use Empire again

I had Empire carpet installed as well. I just blocked the number on my cell phone.

Used Empire recently...getting these calls now.  Soooooo, I will call the Empire number that they sing to us in their commercials and confirm it is them and then make them STOP

Yes i received these calls, and yes I did use empire carpets - great co.  saved a bunch, and the installers were excellent - I just called back and asked to be removed from their list  - I only provided my cell, no need to provide any additional information - how annoying, and a shame - Thankyou all!!

I also had new floors by Empire and they call my cell phone every single day at least once if not twice, I really wish they would stop calling.  I'm happy now but if this keeps up, I may never use them again!

I had Empire Carpet installed 3 weeks ago, just got my first call from this number to night. I didn't answer and no message was left.

Reading these posts just answered my question. I also had carpet installed last week by Empire Today.  I responded to their email survey, and am now getting their follow up marketing calls - they did not leave any messages.

I also had carpet installed recently (late April, 2013) by Empire Today.  Calls started coming shortly thereafter from the 201-520-9296 number.  My caller ID identifies the caller as MCI International.  I never answered, since I didn't recognize the company, except that I thought it was the name of a telephone long-distance provider which had been in business decades ago as one the first competitors to AT&T after the "divestiture".  I guess someone else is using the MCI name now.  Thanks to all those who have posted in this thread, for informing me of the caller's tie to Empire Today.

Yes, this is definitely Empire Carpet , per the comments above and my recent installation.-   ANOTHER follow up call and they should certainly leave a message but they don't.   I'm pretty much done with this company (Empire) and whoever is calling on their behalf.

Could this be Empire Today?  I keep getting calls from this number (never a message), and we did have carpet installed a week ago by Empire.

I recently had carpet installed by Empire as well.  They called and I did a survey but I keep getting these calls.  At least I now know who it is and I won't be answering.

We recently did business with Empire Today.  We were told someone would call.  However, I refused to put my husband on.  They should have identified themselves in the first few seconds of the call.  We get so many annoying telemarketers that I thought it was another.  Oh, well.

Block the Card Service wimps and they'll ring you at another time with another number due to desperation.

getting calls everyday for the last week, exactly at 5:00PM. I answered and they just hung up. not answering anymore.

We just had carpet installed from Empire, this number 12015209296 called and no message, however carpet is great and the price was good, they should have a caller I'd attached, I would be happy to answer their survey seeing that they did a great job!

I amswered and they hung up...I also did business with Empire...I do love my blinds though!

I ANSWERED 1ST ONE & THE LADY SPOKE SUCH POOR ENGLISH I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HER S I FINALLY HUNG UP, BUT WANTED TO KNOW IF SATISFIED WITH EMPIRE, THEN I SEE I GOT ANOTHER ONE LAST NIGHT WILL I WAS PLAYING SOFTBALL? I KEPT THE CARD FROM MY SALESMAN MAYBE IF WE CALL THEM EVERYTIME WE GET A CALL THEY"LL GET THE GIST?
