They call here every day asking for my 62 yr old dad who lives 30 miles away and doesnt live with me and never has lived at my address saying they are unable to reach him and they need pertinent information.

As if I am going to reveal personal confidential informaiton to a total stranger about my father. A stranger with a fake identity on the caller ID who calls every day it means they are scammers up to no damn good.

My dad doesnt have any debt but they make it seem like he owes someone money so that Ill get sacred and upset. I mean really, you have to wonder about people calling people and starting stuff for no reason WHO DOES THAT?

got another call from this company. had a valid debt with them and paid it. now they are calling for my wife for the same debt I paid. don't know what to do?

How do you do the "ditch call" thing

I don't have any outstanding debt or old debt yet they still call here asking my husband about me probably hoping to start a fight. When he didn't take the bait they called our 22 yr old son (last names are the same) who lives in the next town over and starting harrasing him about his mom's debt that I don't even have.

Crazy liars trying to start trouble. Very sick people. I plan to report these scam prank callers from north NJ even though I suspect they just get another # to call from. Awful people. Hundreds of compliants.

He probably has an answering service to take all of his calls.  That way he doesn't have to put up with it, and he can pay them very little money to handle all of his harassment calls.

I don't answer my phone at all any more... It's SO MUCH NICER with the ringer turned off !!!!

If family and friends call, they know if they don't start leaving a message after the 4th ring, I won't pick up.

I see where Bestart and whatever keep calling, but my call blocker software is set to intercept selected numbers like theirs and play a vulgar message. Then hangs up on them - Ahhhhh. The numbers that are merely annoying, like carpet cleaners and car dealers, get a message that I found on the web. It sounds like the old SW Bell pay phones: "To make a call, you must deposit 25 cents...".

There's a few more old phone message WAV files that I got off the web to use on my call blocker. I like to kinda switch them around occasionally... "The area code you dialed does not exist", "You have exceeded the maximum dial time. Please try dialing faster", "Your phone service has been restricted. Please contact the business office for payment instructions", and of course the good old "Your call cannot be completed as dialed", etc etc.

Sometimes I see where the message confused them, and they tried to dial five or six times before giving up - LOL.

pesky debt collectors probably.  Did not leave a message. I have phone power and can block up to 100 numbers......going on the list!

I get home from work and I will have a missed called several time by this numeral and no message today I was able to answer the phone the person was so rude and loud and wanted information he would not completely ID himself so I hung up, now I read all of this information, WOW scarey, I am glad I read this I will put them on my do call list

Several calls to my new number. I answered today. They asked for someone not at this number and hung up when I told them so.

Got a phone call just minutes ago.  They have called several times during the past weeks.  I don't anwer any call whose number I don't recognize or out of state.  This day I did and the caller asked, How can I help you today.  I told her you called me and hung up  This is just a ploy to open up a conversation.

Rude person (unknown gender) began with no intro, wanting me to confirm personal information about myself. Said they were an "EOS" something or the other, but when I asked for clarification of their ID, they said I would find out as soon as I gave them my info. When I asked them for their social security number. They refused. Then I asked what person of normal intelligence would give out such info over the phone... They said everyone they contact gave them the info. I told them to give them a call then... They hung up.

Definitely one shady outfit, whoever they are. They will "fish" for answers in verifying your info. They will guess at your birthdat, mailing addy, etc.. Confirm nothing. Tell them nothing.

Just got a call from this number it just says out of area. I got a call a few weeks ago and the caller I'd said it was a charity and I answered and it was this debt collector. I told him I was reporting him for his deceptive practices.

Get there name(full name) address, city,state then google them up call them at 2am in the morning block number ask them question "did you know we are the only ones awake right now!!! do this repeated every night for a month call several times during the morning and ask for fred he is lost i'm trying to find him. if you want to make him happy call the electric and turn off his electrcity,water,and gas. then see how he likes his stuff personally &^%*&^% with Revenge is sweet but ^&%*&^% his stuff up is nicer oh yea find out if he has insurance and cancel it car home things like this. Mess  with me mess you up.

First time getting called by this number. After checking out the number on this site, I'm glad I didn't answer the call.

Keep getting threaten, that theirs a serious case againstr and they leave some case #, They calls on my job, home and Cell and number that doesnt even belong to me. They called my parents home who I haven't lived for over 25 years, i believe they are googling names and whom ever have the same name as yours they decide to call that person phone to reach you.  If its that serious to reach some how about using the U.S. mail. I want this to stop, and wondering can I do legal action against harrassment calls.

These people called me today Monday March 4, 2013 at 1:51 pm and left no messgage as I NEVER answer calls where I don't recognize the number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Based on other complaints on other web sites, they are also working as EOS CCA - a debt collection agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They'll be  wasting their time calling as I won't and don't answer any unknown numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called, left no message.  Have called several times in the last few days, we don't answer, they don't leave a message.

Creepy sounding guy called and asked for my husband by his first name.  I said he wasn't available and the man asked when he could call back.  I told him I could take a message and he just stammered that he'd call back another time and then hung up on me.  It really scared me because I didn't know if this was some creep outside with a cell phone and I had just told him my husband wasn't home.  I called my husband at work and he dialed the number.  He said he got a machine and it said they're a charity company.  I do know there is another man with the same name as my husband who has had some debt problems a while back.  Perhaps this is why we received the call.

Told the idiots that the person that they does not exist at this number, Do that and maybe they will stop.

These people call my house on a regular basis and harass me insisting we are the party to whom they wish to speak.  This is not accurate and they have been made aware of it many times.  They keep calling here and even though they are told to stop and they agree to it, they continue to harass us.  I am really annoyed by the interruptions on my personal home phone as well as the interruptions in our family life and mealtimes.  Telling them to stop does absolutely no good, they are rude and cranky and I just want them to quit calling, ever since we got this number this has been a problem to us.  Unscrupulous, unethical, obviously unprofessional creeps!  I see there is a number listed in the remark above which is for the CEO of the company.  Hmmmmmmmmm..........the light goes on!!!  Maybe I should start calling him night and day leaving all kinds of messages for him with different names to return my calls and hang up on him if he does come to the hone or mistake him for another party so that he is annoyed like I am annoyed.  I wonder if this will teach them a f'n lesson.

This is EOS CCA, not BESTART and MIR.  Do not confirm any information that they ask you.  They are RUDE, SNEAKY, and VULGAR.  If you don't confirm your identity...  Then after several personal attacks they will hang up on you.  I will not talk to anyone that doesn't represent themself's properly.
