Sorry he said he was a windows tech. He gave us the 201-603-3554 number as a call back number but when we called it; it went straight to voicemail.

I received a call at 10:00 pm last night from a guy with the Indian accent telling me my windows had a virus; we went a long for a bit then hung up.  He then called back at 11:00 until 11:20 telling me to "f** myself" and that he would keep calling me and there was nothing I could do about it.  He was angry and mean and it was very disturbing!!!

Im sorry  the first 3 #s were 201. they claimed i had prolems  with my comp  and that they were going to fix them from theyre location.

these people called me and asked me to click a few things i did not change any settings but i would like to know if there is any way that they can get into my computer .

Same deal. An Indian woman called & said they were getting messages at windows of errors & asked me to sign on to my computer & they would try to help get rid of the errors. I got their # to call back 201-603-3554 an idiot trying to speak in an indian dialect started cursing me out "F... this & "F>>> that when I accused him of being a scam, after he said he was a technical support person with windows. Yeah right. I am sure they curse people out like that. He threatened to call the police on me. Don't make me laugh. i will be gald to tell the police what happened. The woman identified herself as Sharon Wilson (indian accent)-don't think so.

These people called my elderly dad in his assisted living apartment and wanted to know his computer number and checking account number. Dad said he had a thick Indian accent and said he name was "Brad". Yeah, right . . .Dad didn't know what they wanted it for but he thought the guy sounded official and was worried because he didn't know his checking account number. Heck he doesn't even OWN a computer.  I manage all his affairs and he let the guy know. So then "Brad" gave him this number and told him to have his me (his daughter) call. Boy was I going to let this scammer have it, but when I called, nobody answered.

I keep getting calls from the same 201-603-3554 if you put your phone number on the https://www.donotcall.gov/  then thay will be fined $5,000.00 everytime thay call you!!!
thay where calling me names just ask them why do thay use 3rd party sofware to get in to your computer. we all should know we have a built in pier to pier windows sofeware thay do not use it!! HINT!
Just turn them in to https://www.donotcall.gov/ thay will stop the madness..

I received a couple of calls from this number, claiming that it was Windows Technial Support. The man advised that, if I was able to access my computer, he would guide me through some steps to help prevent some sort of malware/harm to my computer. I just took his number and said I would call back. Never did, though. I suspected that it was either an attempt to sell me something or to enable them to hack into my computer.

Calling saying my computer is at risk and wanting me to give him id numbers for my computer, so that would have allowed who ever this is to access everything in my computer.  To add to the frustration they decided to call me at 12:10am when I have to get up at 5 for my REAL job. Also had a very hard time understanding him talk I believe he was indian

Wants to fix my computer. Asked for my Visa number
