I get a lot of calls from this # all the time and it is really starting to make me frustrated I want to know why there is not an app that will block #s and if there is what is it I need it, this is too much, I make calls all day a t work then my phone keeps going off because these people will not stop calling yes I can mute my phone or shut it off but I should not have to!!!

Calls everyday and sometimes twice a day at all hours of the day.  Very annoying.  Never lets it ring long enough for the machine to even pick it up.  Very annoying.

They are a medical bill collector name of west asset management. Watch out for them,  They are not honest in their dealings with people.

Take me off your calling list immediately!!! Stop calling my phone!!!!!

They are a rogue collection agency that harrasses people that used to take out payday loans. They have several different company names answering this same phone number. When they told me I owed a debt, I asked them to send verification; they didn't. They gave me different names for the payday loan office that I supposedly owed money to. I contacted them and they all confirmed I did not have any debts with them and one explained that sometimes their corporate offices sell the borrower's information to other businesses, which then claim to be owed money and harrass people.  They have been calling me off and on for three years now, usually calling me heavily for about 2 - 3 weeks, then stopping for 6 - 8 months, then starting up again. They call me at work, which is very frustrating. They threaten to have someone come down and arrest me, etc. The last time they called, I informed me that all of our office phones have caller ID and are recorded and they hung up.  I'm keeping a log in case they start up again and have contacted an attorney that specializes in prosecuting and sueing these jerks.  Good luck to those of you that are still dealing with them. They are real pests!

This number called and didn't leave a message. When I called back  it didn't even ring  it just went right into a recording saying "Quality Insurance this call may be recorded." Then it asks you to wait while they get someone on the line. Then when I did finally get a real person, he answered "WEST ASSETS MANAGEMENT".

Got a recorded call from this number. Asked if I was Glenn, push 1. I did: then they asked for the last four numbers if my SS number. I hung up.

received calls from the number, ask for last 4 ss. tell you to hold, then kicks to a disconnected tone. all auto machine generated, no actual live operator/rep. no other info given. very annoying and irritating. whoever owns/operates the system should do jail time. see if they can interrupt folks lives from a 4 by 8 double bunked prison system accommodation. if the government were protecting the public there would be a great reduction of this form of communication system abuse. perhaps cracking down on the email scam runners might be a useful application of our lame governmental law enforcement man hours...

I got a call today, early.  I picked up so my wife wouldn't wake up.  The Robo-voice asked to confirm my name, then give my the last 4 of my SS number.  That's when I hung up on them.

I see from a number of responses that they are a medical-debt collection firm, but as far as I know, I don't have ANY medical debts.  Someone's got their wires crossed.

Two back to back calls from this number this morning.  No message left.  If it's important, they should leave a message stating their business.

No consideration at all... they call all hours of the day, including weekends.  Only one time they left a "message": nothing was recorded, so that confirmed I shouldn't answer their calls.  It's annoying how often they call.

Calls to cell, no mess left

Multiple calls per day starting at 8:01 AM CST.  Annoying.  When I do answer they are not there, or it takes a while for the auto connect system to transfer us to an available operator.  When I answer and say, 'Hello?" and there is no somewhat instant reply or they as me, a man, "Kimberly?" I hang up on them.  Yes they are medical bill collectors.  If you want to collect, I have no problem with that, it's a job.  Call once a day, maybe twice, leave a voicemail, send a text.  Don't call me 9 times in one day.  Be on the other end when I answer.  Even better, get my gender correct, I am not my wife.

I'm getting at least 3 calls a day from this number.  Nobody on the other end.  They also called my husband's cell.  I want them to cease and desist!

This number calls atleast 6 tims a day-- I refuse to anwser it since I didnt give it out... Mon-Sunday- they call everyday........

This is asset management collections. They are a 3rd party Collection Company. They buy old ofeten times outdated debts from 2nd party debt collectors. This is known as bottom dwelling collections.

Ironically this company is known to use spoof phone numbers which are not tracable, Google voice in order to make contact and attempt to re-establish the debt when you give your phone number, as well as hide who they are and what their motives are.

When calling the number and a real person comes on the phone, Ironically always a Wendy Hayes(sp) answers the phone

People, you do not have to talk to, accept or discuss this debt with anyone other than the original owner of the debt...

Send them a certified letter stating that you will not discuss any debt with anyone other than the original person / company that the debt is owed to.

Also make sure you know your states staute of limitation and if by talking to the collection company can restart the debt...

Just got off the phone with them. They've called too many times so I called back. They are West Assets Mgmt which is a 3rd party collection agency. They were looking for someone that does not work for us. Said the call was being recorded. I told them no such person and person on call said they would remove the number. I'll wait and see if that happens. Hope this helps.

No answer and no live persons.  This is an unwanted and unsolicited telemarketer who calls many times a day.  I am, like many others are, on the do not call registry and that doesn't work.  I am starting to keep logs of all the numbers that I recieve that are unknow and each will be reported to the FTC.  I have three numbers already sent as complaints.

This was a company trying to collect payment on a past due medical bill.

Got calls looking for a Susan Williams, called back and finally got a real person. Told the guy that there was no Susan Williams here and the a-hole just hung-up in my ear. Redialed the number and got another person, so now every so often I call them and wait until someone answers and I just hang up. Juvenile I know, but they have no courtesy .
