This number is harrasing me, They have called the last two days at 8 am, they leave no message and if u dont pick up they call reapeatly, I know the Law, If a bill collcector, calls they are not allowed to call you before 9 am and after 9 pm and no Sunday calls, I have talked to them once, They clain they are my car payment and i know who my car payment people are
