Tori S. Smith, claiming to be relocating with her mother to my town and is in need of a caregiver. She is sending me close to $3,000, some of which goes to me, some of which goes to a "Rental agent". The rest of the emails that have been sent to me sounds like broken English written down (best way to describe). I'm assuming, since others having the same problem, this is a scam. And if and when I ever get this check I'm turning it into the authorities.

Glad I came across this information. Dealing with the same stuff at the moment. Goes by name of Blake Lawson about a caregiver position. I knew something was wrong with this. How can he be stopped????

Saw the add on craiglist and emailed her. She said her mom was moving to my town and needed a caregiver. She would pay $400 a week and told me she would FedEx me a check in advance to take it to my bank as soon as I got it. She goes by the name Amber Gross. Very shady. SCAM. These people are pathetic!!!!!

I reply to add  on craiglist  for a caregiver job. this same phone number text me and sent a Email . It said they were moving a parent to Mobile ,AL  area, and they would send money up front .She call her self Lopez
I am  supose to be receiving money in the mail via ups. Glad I have checked it out on line. this is helpful info..

This number is also being used for wanting caregivers. Thru several emails it is obvious that they are not American as first language or very uneducated. Same scam different name . They sent me a check via ups am going to turn over all I have to authorities. The check was written on a childrens hospital in Cincinnati. That's how pathetic these people are.....

It's a scam. Had it investigated, these ppl live in third world countries so they can't be prosecuted. Don't trust Craigslist jobs !

I received a text from a guy named Mark proposing a job offer as a payroll assistant. $1400/month and pay by Western Union or Money Gram. This guy scammed me out money, tried to get me to wire money to different people all over the place, and tried to send packages to my house via UPS and FedEx. He has called me from a private number and he is clearly a foreigner. He does have more than one phone number!!

i recieved a call about a job offer so i checked this number which came from a cell hone. i n new jersey. i placed an add on craiges list for a job and his story didnt jive at all. im not saying its a scam but it has the eramqarks of one. as As they say buyer beware !
