I get about 5-10 calls from this number a day. I anser and theres no one there. i call it back and get a recording saying "the number you have reached is not in sevice, this is a recording"

I tried to block this number on my phone, but somehow bypass it.

I left my cell phone at home today but my husband just called and said someone from this exact same number had called my cell 7 times since 8:10 am.  We live in Akron, Ohio.

I guess I am a member of this unfortunate club too! I responded to an email on grants and logged off when they asked for my cc number as many of you have. Today the calls started. No messages, only a few rings, and they have called 5 times today and it is not even 2pm. I will try what Lyla said and just keep hitting the # key when they call. Hopefully it will shut them down.

Just received a call from this number, called it back and was told it was not a working number. Hungh?

I had over 20 calls on Saturday, 11/08, only 5 lasted long enough to leave a blank message. I picked up the phone once, but didn't say anything. I heard a lot of background noise, then, "Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?" and it hung up. These calls were between 1 in the afternoon and past 8 at night. I timed them and they came, without messages, approximately every 6-8 minutes. Some as few as 2 minutes. Do these people think they're just going to wear us down? If a legitimate place of business wants you to respond, they will leave a REAL message and number to call them back at, and tell you what they're calling for. I've gotten a few calls since, but all have hung up either before I reached the phone, or before my message machine comes on. I, like Sarah, had looked into getting a grant, but backed out. I've been waiting for REALLY important phone calls, like one to get a job and an interview, or about some extremely peronal news. STOP CALLING ALREADY!!! WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now.  The person on the phone always wants to talk to "George" and I have told them at least 10 times that there is no one by that name at this number and asked them not to call again.  I get the same message when I call the number back.  I am going to have the number blocked.

Yes, they wont stop calling me either. does anyone know how to get rid of them?

1 - to put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST and
2 - that I will file a harassment charge on them if they do not stop!

I just had the same call... it only rang once on this end. not even a chance to answer. I have NOT filled out a grant information request or anything however I did fill out a questionaire from Tmobile asking if I would be a beta tester for one of their new products. I suspect that this is why we are getting the calls now

Today is Saturday, 12:34pm, Wisconsin time. I tried to call the number back only a few minutes later, and it says the number is no longer in service. Somebody must be hacking into cell phone servers, becuase I never put my cell number on line, except for personal e-mails only!!

This call is annoying im gettin it at least 2 to 3 time in an hour and the same thing no one of the other end and when i call it back i get a recording saying its a non workin number if its a non workin number than how am i recieving callse from it what the hell its really making me mad cause i dont have the pleasure of having a plan im on prepaid

7 times yesterday, 16 times today. If these phucks don't stop, I'll be going to Jersey to put an end to it once and for all!!!

I started getting calls from this # 201-740-0032 today. They have called 13 times in the past 4 hours. I did the same as Sarah, contacting the grant place via there contacts section. I told them the same I will take further action against them if they do not stop calling. I am hoping it works.

This government grant SCAM company has called be all day.  Every time I answered the phone it was a caller with a foreign accent.  Also, they are very high pressure sales people.  Next time they call I will threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau.  There are plenty of people out there willing to take your money.

Benn callin me 2 days in a row between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. It is aggravating as heck cause it is my cell phone. I called it back and like others it said the mailbox is to full to receive any more msgs.

So far today, I've had 25 calls.  I don't answer any of them – but it really IS nervewracking.  I put "scam" on my called ID, so I know not to answer, but I wish I knew how to make it stop.  It's been going on for several days.  (Just got #26) and it's only been a minute since I got the last one.

I've been getting calls for the past 2wks, up to 20 times a day.  I too filled out my info for grants, but stopped when asking for credit card info.  I will be filing a report with the fcc as well as threatening them when they call tomorrow.  This is bu***hit.  It has to stop!

The next time you see the number come up on your caller ID, try saying "Thank you for calling Sears, how may I direct your call?"

I have gotten 32 calls from this number AFTER I told them not to call me again. Now I finally got to the phone as it was ringing said hello and when they answered I screamed for 30 or 40 seconds into the phone and told them the next time they called I was going to blow a whistle.

Getting called 32 times from a number after you said NO NO NO NO is harrassement. I have reported them to the Do Not Call Number every time and they still call.
