These people are bloody scums. They have been calling since last week and have been calling as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 8:30 PM. I am in canada and am unable to register my number with US do not call registery. They are taking advantage of this fact.

The company is Google Pro. They want to charge you $3.88 to send you a CD and some info. They will not send you any info or CD. Do not give them your Credit or Debit card. After 7 days they will bill you $72.87 for a monthly fee. They will not refund your money.

This number calls me every hour and its driving me insane. I was wondering if any one knew how to make it stop.

They have been calling my fiance for over a month. First they would call and wait for the answering machine then hang up or hang up when we answered but then they started leaving messages with his name in it. These messages are explicit and are annoying. I just want them to stop harassing us. This lady has a kid too it was crying in the background.

this number has called me for the past  2 weeks to my landline, they never leave a message on answering machine and as of this morning, they have called 3 times in less than and hour.
I have registered with the  National Do Not Call List about 2 months ago, and obviously I'm still getting calls.
I just ignore them and don't answer when the number comes up on my call display.
I am with Bell Canada, so this isn't only affecting people using cell phones, it's also affecting people with landline phones.
If your able, just put a block on the number.

well,  low and behold, I no sooner finish sendingthe above message when my phone ran again, this time I answered and before anything could be said from the other end, I said, What the  hell do you want? Take me off your calling list immediately, then I hung up.
maybe they will get the message now.

I just started getting these calls last week.  I finally got someone on the other end, a foreign lady who sounded confused.  I repeated at least 5 times DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN.  The next day I got 3 calls.  So apparently that doesn't work!

I, too, have received three phone calls today on my office number (not cell) from this number.  I never answered the phone and a message was never left on my voice mail.  After reading these postings, I decided to try calling the number back to see who, if anyone, answered.  Nobody answered, a recorded message came on stating: "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service,..."

The last call I received was only 15 minutes prior to me trying to call back - how is this possible unless someone somehow has hacked into a phone number that is supposed to out of service?

I'm having problems too! I've never answered and decided to check online. I'm shocked that you all are having problems with this number. Can't I ask my phone company to block it?

I've been receiving calls from this number to my home number for several days now.  Mostly there is no answer and a 'dead' line but from time to time someone askes for someone.  I checked with Bell and they tell me it is a Telemarketer in the Newark area working on random generated numbers----if you're unlucky your number gets "stuck" in the que

Just received a call from 201-786-0483....Only rang twice then disconnected, I called the # right back and it said that the number was disconnected.  Tried to call it back again and it says the same thing.  Seeing all the other comments makes me a little nervous.

This number is still calling me for like 3 weeks now.  Calls all day, at the oddest hours...it's driving me crazY!

This company calls cell phone numbers in an attempt to rack up minutes and waste cell time.  I suspect they have an agreement with Verizon to make our phone bills go up.  I think it sucks!

I have been getting these calls everyday for the past few weeks.   Today is the first time someone talked to me.  I have not been answering phone. They asked me if they could talk to my daughter-  I told them she is a child!  They asked me if I want to work from home! It some how is connected to google
I told them I am on the no call list!  And to stop calling. She said ok... I will believe it, when I stop hearing the phone ring.

that phone number is spoofed. They are faking both the number and caller ID. You can try to answer it and tell them you'll sue, that may work, otherwise if you're getting harassed I'd call your phone company and block the number.

The Do Not Call list is a long list of numbers for people not to call. If they are not worried about laws it turns into a wonderful phonebook.

This number calls my house every day sometimes 3-4 times a day.  I finally answered it and it just hangs up.  I tried to call it and it says it's been disconnected.  I hope it's true.

i have been told this number belongs to google pro. i just filed a complaint with the national do not call registry after receiving calls at least 5 times a day from these people. they got my number when i asked on the internet how to make money on google from one of the numerous emails they send me.

This is driving me freaking nuts!  I finally picked up the phone today after the 6th time they called and I said, "WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME?!"  The woman replied saying she was calling in response to my online inquiry.  WHAT THE HELL.  This needs to stop.  They call all day long when I'm at work, when I'm at home and when I'm sleeping.  This is harrassment!!!!!
