What are the best American based companies that you have worked with?

I'd like to know what's going on with wella too. I bought a template 3 days ago, had my dns reset to point to their servers, I've sent about 2 dozens emails with questions, left numerous messages and so far...nothing.
My domain name rests in a limbo, my account is not active ( even if I paid 3 days ago), nobody has answered and I start thinking this is all a scam. Will my site ever work? :(

12 hours to set up a full site??  Private label items shipped within one day??? New or fairly company???  Sounds more like a sweatshop to me.

As other posters have mentioned, if these people have a good experience - why are they here? To them there is nothing wrong with this phone number, therefore why would they do a search on it? Longtime readers of 800 notes know that 'out-of-the-blue' positive posts are suspect. As always, doing business with a company you have never done business with before - Due Diligence.

I'm back with my response from 12/20. I have been in touch with Wella Lingerie. It took a few days, but I finally an now having good email communication with Tracy. She has been very responsive. She is now helping me to make a private label for the garments that are purchased by my customers. Now that I've learned how to maneuver within the template, things are going well. I got my 1st order last week and Wella had it shipped within 1 day. I was happy about that because the customer is my sister (and we don't want to mess that order up). Now if I could just get more customers to buy..

So far things have been pretty good. Better than in the very beginning. I would say for the amount of items and the price it costs to run your website, give them a try!

The BBB is for US companies - however, according to their findings (investigating consumer complaints) Wella Lingerie is not doing business/out of business.

Thank you for your clarification. I thought BBB is only for an American companies? Wella is a Hong Kong company and that's the reason why they are not in the list of BBB. I am not a shill but thank you anyway for doing a good job for fighting shills here:)

This site is for people to post their experiences with unknown/spam/scam calls.  And per my earlier post, according to the BBB, this business is not accredited, and is, in fact, out of business.  No one comes to this site to post positive reviews.  Unless they are shills, of course.  Shill Alert is definitely NOT "paid by their competitors to attack them."  Why don't YOU stop being a shill?!

I am buying from Wella and I know them for 2 years. I have been dealing with Gary and Tracy. They are definitely a legitimate company in China. I have a China number to call them. Whenever I have issues with the products they would rectify it quickly. I ordered USD3000 and I got free shipping. I am not sure about others. I would definitely think this is the best deal I could ever get on the internet!!  I am not sure if you are paid by their competitors to attack them. Stop doing this and be fair to them. The deserve fair review.

Hmmm, some posters say it's a fraud and some don't. Do you visit websites like this for all the businesses where you have a good experience? LOL nobody does. Posts like yours are bought and paid for by scammers.

I'd say "nice try" but then again there's nothing nice about trying to trick people into falling for a fraud. Back to the boiler room with you now!

I bought a turnkey store from Wella and so far their service is great. The site was up less than 12 hours after I made the payment. The site looks great and I am now in full force to market it.

Problem is, too many major manufacturers have shut down their American factories in the past couple of decades and outsourced to China, Mexico and elsewhere.  That was the "giant sucking sound" Ross Perot tried to warn us about, and he wasn't talking about Monica Lewinsky.

If you want to sell good quality items, then do so, when I shop, I look for things labeled made in the USA! I may have to pay a few dollars more, but its worth it since its not going to fall apart after a few washings.  Made in XXX is a very last resort and only if I actually need it that bad.

I have been into well for a couple weeks now, but have been a bit hesitant. I know the product is extremely low priced, but would it be of obvious cheap quality to my clients? I want to sell good quality pieces. Can somebody answer that for me?
Also, What is the average shipping time for your customers? Does it take weeks for them to get it and do you use the dropship method. I just want my clients to have a good shopping experience. Please give your honest opinion. Thanks

I have a website, I sell Wella from it and am about to purchase a turn key from them now also to hit up some other regions, I have never had a problem in dealing with them, they answer my emails very quickly, I have never phoned them as I don't believe there is a reason to ring unless it is an emergency. I have found that certain corsets I bought which were meant to be plus size where not plus size, I ordered one dress which was extremely crap quality and I told them about it also. Other than that 98% of what I have ordered and sold has been great quality, for the price it is fantastic. I tell my customers asian sizes order 2 sizes over your size.

I am on thing string because I JUST purchased a turnkey site from Wella after talking to a lady named Tracy a few weeks ago. I got all my questions answered by her and felt comfortable investing in this company. Well so far I've sent several emails requesting assistance and have called several times. No one answers that 201-793-8339 number and no one has answered my emails yet.

When I registered for my website I got an automated email with directions for the next steps. I waited for my template to be ready and once it was ready I received another email saying go ahead and start making your edits to the site.

Well, I have been making several edits to the descriptions, etc..but I have questions, I'm new to their company and no one is responding. I'm very upset because I disabled the previous website in hopes of doing better with this company. I feel duped and upset that I will probably not have a money-making website like I thought. I'm not sure what to do as I need to make money for my family.

All I can say is, beware. If I hear from this company and get a response, I will re-post what that was like.

They are a real company. The telephone number they have with the 201 area code is in New Jersey, but during their daytime it's forwarded to China. If you want a live person, you just have to call them from 9pm EST to 5AM EST. They dropship as promised. They also have email and once you get approved for a site, you'll find they are responsive to your emails and calls. They are the real deal, and for the startup and monthly cost, it's hard to beat.

I have to say that I have bought from this company and their merchandise is ok. Only problem is that they are located in China and have just a postal address and some phone number that never gets answered . Emails do get answered in China and sent to you. Sorry to hear that they have a somewhat so system and no one ever answers the telephone in New Jersey..........need to email them to get any response from them.

WELLA CORSET COMPANY IS NOT AS GOOD AS THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE!!!.  I have ordered form this company over 2 years.  They recently changed name to Wella Corsets.  Until my most recent experience my experience had been just ok, nothing great about this company at all.  This last experince has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!   I ordered a large order from them. When my customers bought CORSETS I had purchased from them they were tearing apart at the seams.  So I tried to talk to Wella to see what they could do to rectify the POOR QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCS/Corsets.T. THey said they had a 7 day return policy...really!!!!..... I cant even  get the products delivered to me from China within 7 days (it took 3 weeks to be delivered)...   let alone inspect, them and try to return them in 7 days.  Also obviously I could not sell the whole order to my customers in 7 days.  I was not asking for anything unreasonable I just wanted them to stand behind their products that were VERY POOR QUALITY.  Their specialty is suppose to be CORSET...then stand behind them!!!!!    Needless to say I as a customer of theirs will have to eat the cost of what I bought, which is dead wrong.  I will say this....some of their products are ok...I havde resold them without issue to my customer.  BUT YOU DEFINITYLY HAVE TO WATCH THE QUALITY.  THeir plus size are not plus size by any  means.  I ordered 2x and 5x in some items.  The 2x was a Small and the 5x at best was a medium.  China has no idea how to size to american size standards.  SO expect everything you buy to be an XS, S or Medium at best.   I am looking for another company to order from, dont know if I will trust the CHINESe market.
My American suppliers are by far the best for quality, sizing  and standing behind their products. They are priced higher though so you pay for that quality.      I could go on and on but I will stop here, the old adage is ture BUYER BEWARE ESPCIALLY FROM CHINA!!!

I called this number and got a call back 10 minutes later. The customer service is pretty good and have all my questions answered. They are from the other site of the world so I have to give them the benefit of doubt here.

Yes, I got scammed as well as I paid $24 for the membership fee and its been over 3 weeks now and every time I call no matter the day and time-THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
Some guy Jeff from customer service sends emails that never answer your questions directly. he "beats around the bush".  What a shame to take people's money who have intentions to do business and make an investment.

If you got a living breathing person to pick up the phone then that?s crazy because I bought a website from them and NEVER ONCE has anyone picked up the phone!!!!! NEVER!! Not even a call back after I felt a message. How about buying one of their turnkey sites and NO ONE replying to emails or maybe how about the fact that they crossed my 3 party cart with another website that someone bought, and ALL my customers orders AND money went to another site and I STILL can?t get someone to pick up the phone to help!!!! Or email back!!
