I keep getting calls from this number.  If I answer, theyhang up without saying a word. Nut when they leave a msg, they tell me I need to call them back at a 1800 number. Um no.

Please have the following number refrain from calling me: 201-818-4000. I have been receiving 4 to 6 calls per day starting at 8:30 am daily. This is a collection agency who has been advised from me and the company to stop harassing me on a daily basis. The issue is trying to be fixed and I have told them several times to stop calling me. From my understanding they are not allowed call and demand money from me or else they will come after me.  This is a form of harassment.  I owe nothing and again, this will be resolved.

Laura not sure who this is and please don't take this the wrong way but in the future I would not offer up so much information on posts. I work in IT and IT security and there are major Russian mob groups out there that do nothing but personal information theft. If you don't have a security program set up with life lock or your back I would highly suggest you do so. Usual costs is around $19 per month and worth every penny. My bank's comes with the umbrella policy so if we are completely wiped out we can get up to 1 mil. The internet is a wonderful tool but is also a very dangerous place.

Same thing two three calls per day. The couple of times I have answered the person on the other end hung up.

Pretty fishy. I did see one post stating that retailers card processors use this number but if that is the case then why would they hang up.

Dear debt collector,  if you want people to answer or call you back I suggest leaving a message so that people are aware it's not a telemarketer or some scam pharmaceutical company trying to rip them off, also I suggest not calling 20 times per day! You won't get anywhere behaving like that. If someone calls me 20 times a day, which you do- I just block your number with an app called "Mr. Number". No one likes to be harassed. So, if I owe a debt leave a message like you are supposed to stating that "you are attempting to collect a debt".  

After a few days of ignoring this number I finally looked it up to see that other folks have been called by it as well. Its extremely annoying being this number calls at all hours of the day. They never leave a message.

They have called 3 times from 8 am to noon. No one answers. The recording says it's TD Bank. I called TD Bank and they have no record of me in their system. I don't know how to get it to stop!!

Four phone calls today 10/2/13. Asked for John Winters at 8:30 am.  This is my mothers phone, her house and she is dying of cancer, under hospice care.  The last thing she needs is to get collection phone calls for a complete stranger in her last days on this Earth.

I get calls from TD Bank. This company handles the financing for a company I do business with, Precision Equipment, who sell riding mowers, ATV's , etc. Perhaps you have done business with a company such as this.

Receive daily calls.  Many times, there is a no answer - typical for a telemarketer.  Yesterday a message said 'please hold for an important message'- there was a long pause so I hung up.  Today a woman answered and said she was from TD Bank asking for my wife.  She wouldn't tell me what it was regarding so I hung up.  We have no accounts with TD Bank.

I too keep getting these calls....below is their contact info...maybe everyone should bombard them until they stop calling...

received a call from this number and don't know who or why. I did not answer because I didn't know who it was.

I also received a letter from my credit report alert that this number associated with SCA requested a hard inquiry, that is pulled a copy of my credit report. What should I do, dispute it?

I was deliquent on my Fred Meyers account. I owed $79.00 and now hit with a $25.00 late fee. My payment was due on May 4th and on May 13th the calls began. Once I was able to determine who this was I called to try to fix the situation. I spoke with a representative by the name of Sherlene(sp) who yelled at me to give her my information, which I feel a bit uneasy giving personal information to someone who doesnt identify who they are. Then she yelled at me to tell me I was late and that they are going to keep calling me until they get there money. Then she hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and was hung up again. I then got on my cell phone and called and was transfered to a very nice gentleman who spoke to me like a human and let me know what was going on. I have had this card for a little less than 2 years and have never had a late payment. To have 8 phone calls in one day to collect my FIRST missed payment of $79.00 is a little above and beyond. They were calling my parents house which they answered on the last 3 calls and let them know I do not live there anymore. My mother than asked for them to stop calling and they said they would take the number off and hung up. Then this moring (5/17) they called again. Which is when I began talking to this LOVELY group of individuals. Sherlene yelled at me that the phone number had been taking out of the system but then could see they had called this morning. So you are incompetent in human relations and incompetent on your daily task. I was ensured by Sherlene that I would no longer recieve calls because they didnt even have the number in the system anymore, which they obviously did if my mother got a call from them this morning. After I spoke to the only human in the place I asked if he could give me the name of the last person I spoke with and thats when I found out who the lovely Ms. Sharlene was. I was then told I was being transfered to a supervisor by the name of Ruby. She must have trained Sherlene because she was as much as a human as a rock. I explained to her my frustrations and she did nothing but say "well you owe us money and it is an automated system". Then when I wouldnt give her a contact number because I see no reason to set myself up with barraded of calls she threatned me and said she would turn the accounts over to collections if they cant get a hold of me. As of now I have canceled the credit card and wrote a check for the full amount. I WILL NOT ever do business with Fred Myers or T.D. Bank if this is the caliber of people they put behind their name(i.e Sherlene and Ruby).

Diamonds International is a fraud and scam company A google search of Diamonds International frauds will result in hundreds of fraud issues where Diamonds International a African and middle astern company set up in New York City  that preys on American Citizens. Now that Osama is dead they want Americans to pay. Contact the New York FBI or United States Secret Service to help them in their investigation. This company is  owned  by Albert Gad if you need photos of him along with home address along with other family member names and ages we can supply then.  
We need to smash Diamond internationals and Indict the owner and many of the company employees we also have many of the company names and address.  If they deserve it then return it them

TD BANK is owned by Diamonds International.  Do a Google search under Diamonds International frauds or scam and you come back with hundreds of complaints by American Citizens who have been cheated my this company.  These people are of middle eastern or African people who have established a foot hold in the New York city.   They are on the FBI and secret service watch list I'm told.

They've called me over 10 times a day at points. I wish I knew where they were.....

This is exactly what is happening to me.  I have been called several times but they get my name mixed up and want my legal name....hmmm... The lady says she is from TD Bank.  I called TD and asked them why they were calling.  Since I don't have an account with them, they couldn't look it up under the bogus name that the persistent caller keeps calling me.  This is REALLY a pain in the butt- interrupts my work.

Calls my number every 3-hours...very annoying

I have been receiving several calls from these people and when I asked what the call was in regards to she would not give me any information without my name and when I told her to tell me what the call was back she hung up on me.  Sounds like a scam to me.

It's TD retail Card Services.  They finance a lot of store cards in Canada and the US (plus Puerto Rico).  They call in regards to many credit cards inclusing:  Rooms to Go, Ashley Furniture, Apple, Toshiba, Diamonds International, Fred Myers, Group USA, Cub Cadet, Yard Card, Advanced Auto Parts....

This call comes from TD retail card servicses...it's the financing company for MANY stores in both the US and Canada, as well as Puerto Rico.  They finance a lot of furniture and jewelry stores, they call when you are past due on a payment.  Some stores include Rooms to Go, Ashley Furniture, Apple (Canadien), Group USA, Advanced Auto Parts (Puerto Rico), Lastman's Bad Boy, Toshiba, Fred Myers, Diamonds International, Yard Card...

This number called me twice and on the second time, I answered.  Turns out it was Rooms To Go trying to get my refund check to me for $83.00 that I overpaid when I paid my account off.  It is TD Retail Card Services attempting to contact the account holder for an account related matter.

This very rude person called claiming that he was calling for TD Bank about my Rooms to Go account and demanded that I verify my account information (over the phone?? for an account that was paid in full two years ago??)! He refused to allow me to speak, talking over me and getting louder and louder every time I attempted to insist that any matters should be addressed in writing and directed to the address on file. I eventually just had to talk over him in order to insist that all communication concerning any matters be addressed in writing and directed to the address on file to which he replied "the phone calls are going to keep coming". Sounded like a threat of harassment to me.

What type of business calls from 201-818-4000.  They call several times and I don't pick up.  And if it was important, they would leave a message, but whoever this company is does not.
