Just got a call from 'Michael' with a heavy Indian accent. Told him to loose my number and not call again and he told me to F off. Nice. I reported this number to the Do Not Call registry, I urge everyone to do the same. It's a federal program and since this guy is impersonating the fed  gov't , they need to know.

This is a New Jersey number with a Indian!  man and he knew my name? Weirdo

This idiot called me to three times and when I returned the call no answer and a message stating the mail box is full and I could not leave a message!  SCAM big time.

201-844-6474 calls every day asking for a Matthew. When I tell the Indian accent caller he has the wrong number he yells f@&" you repeatedly. Needs to be stopped. It's annoying and harassing.

From this phone number a man called me, asked for my name and then hanged up the phone.  This phone call seemed to be
no normal.

Same number has been calling for the past few days.  The last time they called I picked up.  A women with
an East Indian accent told me that she was calling for a federal program and that my number had been
selected randomly for a grant, blah, blah blah.  I hung up without insulting her, though I have done so
before.  This is similar to recent calls from 855-364-8952 with regard to college financial aid. Scammers!

just remember do NOT pick up numbers u do NOT recognizes and u will be ok it works for me these idiots called 24/7 now they perhaps 2 to 8 times a month sometimes less then that for 3month no calls from these idiots and now it started 2 times for May 2014 try it...

The exact same thing just happened to me.

They just called. A man with a thick med-eastern accent was on the line. He said he was working for the "ewe S govorment" and has information about the "drant" I was award. I told him to remove my name and that I knew it was a scam also I was contacting the police. The local cops can't do much but I want them to know I will report it. Don't answer and don't give them ANY personal information.

I work for the Department of Education and this person has called me 6 times within the last 2 minutes. I finally answered and he told me he could get me free grant money. I told him that I worked for the DOE in the loan department and all grants are free unless you do not follow certain obligations. He stated f--- me, and he hung up. Phone is still ringing as I type.

they called me and said the same thing. the guy was like take down my email miss and he spelled it out as i want to f*** you i was like what the hell! its scarry and disturbing

Received three calls in ONE MINUTE from this person.  I didn't answer, and there was no message left.  I blocked the contact, so I won't be hearing from them anymore.

Ok i dont know who they are, but they've called me 4 times a day. The past two days, they called 4 times in the span of 1 MINUTE. Can someone tell me who they are and HOW i can get them to stop?

This number keeps ringing my phone off the hook.  I don't answer but I want it to stop!

Received a call from 201-844-6474 offering me money.  Did not wait to hear the rest of the story as I immediately told him "No thank you."  Seems this has been going on for a long time.  Someone should stop this person.

I was trying to sleep one morning and they called 13 times in 20-minute intervals until I finally answered. They said the were part of some United States federal financial bureau and I had been randomly selected to receive grant money that I never ever had to pay back. She didn't speak clear English at all so I couldn't understand what else she said but I lost signal and when I tried to call back I was sent to a voicemail box that was already full. I agree with others that impersonating a federal agency should have the actual federal government on their tails!

What a scam!!! Don't pick up the phone or just hang up!! Unfortunately I didn't ....A man with a thick Indian accent starts off sounding "normal"... saying stuff about a grant, free money, you don't have to go back to school etc. I don't even know why I even stayed on the phone with him for this long. I start telling him I'm not interested and to please take me off the calling list. He tells me he can't understand what I'm saying!! What??!?! I speak good English. I'm the one who can't understand him!!! Will when I asked him not to call again he had the nerve to tell me he wanted to f*** me!!! Really!!!! I have never had this happen to me, it gave me the creeps! Don't answer the phone seriously!! What a waste of a human being!!!

They called, I called back as I had applied to some jobs recently, they didn't answer. But then called back again. Figuring it was a scam, I gave them no real information, after a while I got sick of it, and said I'm not interested in the grant, and they were like no its not a scam, and I said I don't care I'm good, and they ended with, are you f***ing your mom.

Very bad attempt to SCAM.  Guy with very heavy accent calls to tell you that you have been randomly selected by the US Dept of Education for a free grant (LOL)!!!  What an assh#le !!!  In a way, it's kind of funny.  JUST HANG UP !!!!

I got a call from this number and asked the man to put me on his do not call list as soon as I realized it was a solicitor. He said I have no idea why he's even calling and than he called me a bi***. This is the second time someone from this number has called me a bi***. Both Indian accents.

this number called 3 times today before I finally picked up.  Very polite and well spoken Indian man said he was from Windows Operating system and how is your computer?? or something.....I just said F off and hung up.

When I get an unknown number, I pick up the phone and wait for a voice response, I don't say anything . . .the party or robocaller then disconnects the call.

Foreign speaking man called and ask to speak to Daniel. We do not have a Daniel in our family. Told him he had the wrong number and hung up.

Same Indian guy called claiming to be US Grant program. Told him not to call back, he called 9 times telling me to f*** off. Reported to FCC.

they called me multiple times asking questions ..when asked to talk to a supervisor I was called an illiterate....

When I asked for their phone number so I could call them back, he said (in a thick,barely understandable Indian accent) that they didn't have a phone right now.  "the US education grant doesn't have a phone number?"  Nope. I told him I needed a case number and a phone number so I could call them back if they were a reputable company.  Then I asked  to speak to a manager.  I could hear him whisper to someone, I thought I heard animals in the background, and eventually the line went dead.  I did a quick google search on the number, and if it's correct, it's coming from Bayonne, NJ.
