do something about this scammer calling from maricopa county az area code 623.  notify az attorney general immediately.  concerns acai berry diet.

These people need to be stopped!  Try sleeping in on a rare occassion and the phone rings, CONSTANTLY with these same folks calling.  No messages left on the machine and forget about trying to sleep!  They call every 15-20 minutes starting at 8 a.m. on a daily basis!!!!!!!  Enough is enough is enough!  Make them stop!

This is ridiculous. im so tired of the phone ringing. yes i too ordered acai berry. but i never recived it. so if any of you out there want to oder it it would be smart not to. i never recived it and my phone rings nonstop. when i contact their online help they assure me its still on the way but tis been 3 weeks so i wouldnt recommend anyone to order it.

I received 19 calls from 201-917-1787 & 1781 in 3 to 10 minute intervals on Sat. Feb 07, 2009. One message that was static noise only. Sooo annoying, you would think that they'd get the message if I don't answer unknown numbers!!

Same as the rest are saying annoying repeat phone calls in a 25 span they called 15 times never leaving a message. They are wasting their time and money very foolish.

This number has called me 20 times in one day!  I also saw this ad on aol and almost ordered the free trial.  Sure glad I didn't!  I am already on the "Do Not Call List".  Is there something else I can do?  I also tried to text them back to not call again and received a message of "error invaled number please resend".

I have had 12 calls, 2 minutes apart, for the last 30min.  I got the same senerio...lots of static, said hello! hello!, a woman answers in broken english (can hardly understand her), told her I'm not interested and not to call back, she responds with I will take your number off and have a good evening.  I hope this stops!!!

Same as above. They've called over 10 times in the past several hours. I also asked for the acai berry trial.

I had 11 (Yes, Eleven) calls to my unlisted cell phone from this number in the last 5 minutes. I had my ringer off so of course didn't hear the calls and it went to voice mail, but no message was left.

Don't know how anyone got hole of it.  I didn't order anything but did look up info on Acai.  Make that 12 calls now in 6 minutes!  This time I answered the phone - tons of static noise in the background.  No one said anything after me saying hello hello several times.  Finally I just said Do NOT call this number again" in an angry voice.  A woman speaking in broken English said ok, I'll take your number off the list.  Thank you and sorry to bother you.  We'll see what happens in the next half hour!!

i get calls about every 15 or 20 minutes and they hang up before the machine picks up.  this is harrassment!  how can it be reported.

Have the calls stopped?

Have received numerous calls from this number (more than 10 the past 3 days).  Have told them to stop calling twice, but they persist.

We received 16 calls in the past 7 hours.  If someone has any idea how to make the calls stop please let me know - post here. I don't have the capability to block the # from calling my cell phone!!!!

2/7/09 - 8:17pm.  The calls from 201-917-1787 started at 5:37pm.  It is only 3 1/2 hours later, and they have called 11 TIMES & counting.  I answered this last time after checking out this website and told them to stop calling....NOW!  I never heard anyone on the other end.  We will see if this works.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL Resgistry.....alot of good that does.  Someone definately needs to take care of this situation, these people are totally out of control.  I too started the order for ACAI berry, but then read the fine print and did not complete the order, what a HUGE scam this junk is.  These people need to be STOPPED!!!!  They are insane............Good Luck and sorry that misery has to have so much company............

Thursday - February 5 - I visited the following Acai Berry wesbite - https://secure.trialcheckout.com/checkout1.as ... 9e7&subID=22600 for Acai Supreme and began to fill out the free trial form.  When it came time to enter my credit information, I stopped and did not complete the order - I think this might have been a good decision!

Saturday - February 7 - I began receiving calls from 1-201-917-1787 at around 12:00 pm CST.  In approximately 6 hours, I have had 9 calls from this company.

I did finally manage to get a hold of someone this most recent call - the secret was to answer as soon as it rings  and wait for someone to actually pick up on the other end.  Mmake sure you're somewhere quiet, there was A LOT of background noise on her end.  She went into a speel about my Acai order being shipped and just needing me to provide her with credit information.  At this point I gave some inane excuse for not wanting to continue the process.  I was nice about it, and she seemed to understand - hopefully that will be the end of the calls.

I received 5 calls within an hour! No message and no pick up when I called back so I came online to check it out. It is an unpublished number however the registered provider is Pantec communications which is a BUSINESS only provider so it makes sense when coming here and checking out what everyone else is saying.  I did go to order Acai berry out of curiosity for a $1.99 S&h until I read the fine print and stated that they will charge about $71.00!!! if you do not call saying you do not like the product in 14 days.  FREE is NOT Free obviously. I deleted my info and DID NOT place the order but obviously they got my info. WILL NEVER COMPLETE ANYTHING ONLINE EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS.

These people have called me four times in the past hour.  They don't leave a message, and when i call it just rings and rings with no answer.  Once I read the fine print of their "FREE" offer (SO GLAD I DID)  i decided not to order.  So even if you don't put the order through they still get all of your info.  How Annoying!!

I've been getting the same annoying phone calls so I Googled the number and found this site.  I've tried calling back and it just keeps ringing and ringing.  Someone from that number called us like 10 times already today.  Someone needs to make them stop, I'm sure there is a way they can trace back the number to see where it's coming from.

Rec'd 4 calls from number 201-917-1787 today. Tried to talk to a young lady on two of these calls but there was too much static and background noise to understand anything. I called the number back and left a message telling them NOT to call me again. Very unprofessional operation.

What is this???? Acai berry all over aol. I ordered the sample and now this. Never again will I buy something advertised on aol. The phone doesn't stop ringing from this number that doesn't pick up.
