This number keeps calling me.  Just started today. 2/11/09

called 8 times in the last 2 days

These people starting calling my house at 8am and have continued throughout the day every hour.

These people called my house at 8am this morning and 3 times since then.

Just started to get the calls.  I, too, filled out aform and cancelled, without purchasing.  They are calling every 30minutes.

these people have been calling me every 20 minutes. i am guessing it was the acai berry people. i filled out a form but never submitted it....

The same as some of you, I was on the acai berry site looking for information and you have to fill out that little questionnaire before you can go further. I cancelled before I paid for anything because I read the fine print. The next day this number starts calling my cell. After the first time, I looked up the number and found this site. I told the non-english speaking person that I did not want the product and to take me off their list. He continued on with his little speech as if I never said anything. Within the next hour they had called 4 more times, each time I answered and said the same thing. I did not want to be on their list. I was at work and could not continue to answer my cell phone. When the 5th person of the day called, I was beyond hot. He asked how was I this day and I told him that I would be doing alot better if they would quit calling my phone and that I would tell him the same thing I told the last 4 people that called...I did not want their product and I do not want them to call me and to take me off their list. I also, very rudely told him that if they called my phone one more time I was going down and signing a warrant on their company for harassing communications. That was 4:30 p.m. on Friday. It's now 2:20 and so far, not a peep from them.

this number has called me 22 times in 4 days dont know who they are and they dont leave a messages.

2-16, just started receiving calls,2 already thid a.m.

I have been getting phone calls from this number three to four times daily for a week. No messages were left.  So, I decided to call the number and when it answered it doesn't tell you what company you're calling.  It ask you if you want to call customer service or if you want to be placed on the Do Not Call list.  I placed my number on the Do Not Call list, hopefully the phone calls will end.

My cell phone carrier is Verizon, they call block numbers for me free of charge. So far I've only blocked this number and another also from Jersey.

Entered initial info into Acai Berry site in order to read the disclosures, which confirm the scam, so I did not order.  I answered the first time and told them I wasn't interested.  I answered the second time and told them to take me off their list. They have now called for 3 days, 5 or 6 hang-ups in a row from 201.917.7304.  I left a message and sent an e-mail to Paetec.

quit calling.  has been told 2 times already to quit calling!

No msg left, and now I'm glad I did not answer it. My number is registered on the DNC list.

I to have been getting numerous calls from 201-917-7304 after checking out the Acai Berry site.  My caller ID says Red Rock Commun. and no one on the other end.  They  have been calling for 4 days now with about 5/6 calls a day.  Enough already!!!!!!!!

This number calls me several times an hour, but when I answer, the call ends.

I have also received at least 20 calls from this number...I am sending an email 2 the phone carrier and blocking the call through my phone carrier

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one being harrassed by this number at least. I just filed a complaint as well. Been receiving calls since 830am today constantly.

I've been receiving phone calls as well, my number is listed on the national no call registry, so they are completely in violation.  Call the 877 number listed above and complain, I just did, hopefully the call will stop now...

I started receiving phone calls ever 30 minutes or so from this number. I also was on that website for Acai Berries, and more than likely going to that site put some type of adware or spyware that took my information even though I didn't purchase the product.
I called the carrier like others have recommended and also filed a complaint with donotcall.org.

Repeated calls.  No one on line.  No message.

I just started getting these calls last night. I came here and emailed the Paetec company and asked them to stop. They emailed back for the number that was calling me. Now we shall see.. I did the berry thing too, but decided it was a bad idea and shut the browser down. Now it's over and they ahave me I guess.. DAMN.. I will call ATT if this continues..

You can thank Rachel Ray for supporting these idiots.  On the website Acai selling these "wonder pills" they claim that Rachel Ray that idiot tv host is in full support of these "wonder pills" and absolutely love them.  But they've managed to call me at least 20 times in a 4 hour time span.  I've reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry, but half these idiots that make these calls "blow them off."

Stayed on for a while the second time they called, eventually there was a voice on the other end of the line, but it seemed like he couldn't hear me so I hung up.  When I first pick up, there's no sound on the line - like it's dead.

Called on 2/10/09 but I did not answer.
