I just received a call from this number on my cell and had previously had Verizon block another number as a nuisance call.  If I had the money I would sue the people who think they can do this.

This is crazy Just reading what you all have said. I received 5 calls. Point is someone needs a LIFE.

calls came in for about 2 wks...once 9 times in a day...decided to answer...quick as I was...two
immediate hang-ups(yes,mailbox was full w no id...)the third time,a 'Robert Parks' answered,
saying,"how much $ do you need?said it could be granted(w NO PAYBACK) for 5 reasons including
'personal expenses'...would not name company...said money came from 'private investors' and
asked for a cc# to "only cover $2.95 s&h for an info pkt. and app.) and after I complied would
give me their site link(only AFTER I asked about their being verifiably legit and saying, I would view
the site then, and its being secure, then pay...after the third time of his insistence to give him the
cc# and ignoring my concerns...I hung up...evil scamming parasites preying on people whose tax
money has already bailed out the bigger evil in the gov&wall st!!!...........nuf sed!

this number has called me 12 times in the past two days. all u have to do is answer it (if someone's on the other end) and tell them to put you on their do not call list. if you continue getting calls tell them you are on their do not call list and it is illegal for them to continue harassing you. hope this helps!

I have also received this phone call and have registered with the do not call list national registry....the best is when you turn off your phone or do not ansewer...it is a automated system. Best of luck to the number calling...also, the number is out of New Jersey... in fact, on the internet you can picture the birds eye view of the phone calls. I am surprises no one challegnes the calls. Have fun searching the number...I hope to continue to receive the phone calls it gives me something to do within the winter monthes... reference the number # that calls 201-918-3041

Reading these comments about the annoying calls for "grants", I recalled an email I received about grants. I did enter my phone number then closed the email. I did a search on this company and they have countless complaints. I do believe this may be the same company. I received the email through Arca Max. I have received 10 calls from this number within the last hour or so...what the hell is going on?  I have important calls that need to come through.

It's about 2pm, & this number has called my house at least 7xs! It's already hit very annoying!!! They never leave a message, which tells me it's some sort of scam or telemarketer of some sort. I'm ready to block this number from phone!

I have received two calls today, both before 9am.  My credit card number was stolen within the last week, so I wonder if this has anything to do with my card number?  I have not answered the calls, but it is getting annoying.

I too have been recieving these annoying phone calls....  After reading this fantastic site..  and had a little background about who was calling me, I answered their call...  I answered with "WHO IS THIS"  They said something about obtaining grants...  and I said .. TAKE ME OFF OF THIS CALL LIST IMMEDIATELY!!!" and they replied.... Ok bye... and hung up..  That was 10 minutes ago and they have not called back since...  I think that fixed it..  I will get back to you if the phone calls continue... Next time I will not be so nice...

receiving calls daily for about 5 days.  No one answers and when I return the call, I receive an automated message first in English then in Puerto Rican.  Can't I get this blocked?????????????????  They are wasting my minutes.

this number has been calling my cell for the last week, saying that they can give me a government grant they just need to have my name and address, etc.  I work for the government, and believe me, they do not call and tell you that they will give you free money.  they also know what your name and address are, so obviously, this is a scam.

This company called trying to get "shipment" on "grants" sent to me...don't fall for it, it's a scam, I don't return the call...

I have been getting calls from this number for days.  The most recent, 2 times today, December 26th, 2008.  It is very annoying.  As others have commented I've tried returning the call and get no answer or a message that the mailbox is full.  On Tuesday, December 23rd, I answered it when it rang, and got a people who were saying soming about "an opportunity from Goggle" which I found hard to believe.  I (not very nicely I must admit) told them to stop calling.  Obvioulsy, they must not understand plain language either!  This is very frustrating.

My guess is this is a scam by reversephonedetective.com or some such pack of losers, trying to get people to pay to trace a number by having annoying people call you repeatedly.

i have had the same problem and i also think this is a scam from reverse phone detective and if i had the money would sue them for harassment it is very annoying and costs me money on my cell phone bill.

yes, i also get the same call from this number 1 201-918-3041. this is a real scam. they annoy people to call and call your number that you sign up for "reverse caller" site. it's how they get your money. it's a real scam. this company need to bee sued.

In the last 2 days I have had 7 calls from this # I tried to call back but says cant axcess

I have received 12 calls from this number in the last 24 hours including a call at 245 am. Everytime I pick it up they hang up. I also call back and it says verizon wireless could not complete the call. Gotta love the holiday scams!

When I try to return a call to this number, I get what everyone must get about a VERIZON number cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try your call again.  I don't remember signing up for anything with this number, I wonder how long they will keep calling before they realize they are just being pains in the a**.

I've gotten 5 of these calls today...early morning to night.  No one there when I answer, and no messages left on my machine.  These need to stop.
