THEY CALLED ME AND I TOLD THEM IF I GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THEM I WAS REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BISNESS BUREAU AND I WILL CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO HAVE THEM LOOK INTO FINDING OUT HOW THE HELL THEY GOT MY # WHEN I DID NOT GIVE THAT INFORMATION. SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY AND THAT MY NAME WOULD BE REMOVED. I WILL SO PISSED IF I'M CALLED AGAIN

I have about 9 calls in the last 2 days on my cell phone.  I've told them they have the wrong number but they keep call. The only way I've  avoided the calls is turn my cell off during work hours and when I'm home and not answer in between.  I never requested any information on Acai Berry. Please share if you find a solution

Calls 10 to 15 times a day. Every time there is no one there. Called them and they removed me from their list, after I told them that I would shove their Acai Berries up their a--.

I talk to a person from this number 201-918-3079. I talk to her (she talk broken English)I told her i was going to have her pick up for harassment. she said that she would take my phonenumber off of the list. I hope she does. They have call my phone over 30 times. within 30 minute.

I have been getting calls from this number around the same times every day !!! It's always between 8pm and 9pm ... I live in az so they are calling me at like around midnight there !!! I go to bed at 7 because of my job... I told them to stop calling and have put my number one the do not call list for both of their extentions but still get the calls... now I have started getting them in the morning as well... I think the only way to get ride of these people is to change your number !!!!!!!

I think its time we as people start looking into sueing these companies.  We have proof that they call us too many times.  Its harassment, its annoying, and its frustrating.  Time to get the law into this.  Bcoz this is ridiculous!  They call me asking for Judy, and my name is not Judy.  Wrong number I tell them everytime yet they still call.

This is rediculous!!! i spent a half hour trying to get a 'rep' on the phone and then no one picks up. i put my number on the do not call list. i have still had another 4 calls! ive had 5 this morning aand atleast 6 in a one hour period from last night!

I also visited the website for these berries and began filling out my info for the "free sample".  I backed out of the form after reading the fine print about the $80/month charges.  After Googling about it and seeing that it's almost impossible to cancel w/them to stop the $80/month charges, I forgot about the whole thing.  THEN, I started getting calls from this # on my cell phone.  I got 9 in less than 8 hours.  I finally answered the 9th call and when some lady asked me about weight loss in very broken English, I asked to be removed from their call list.  She hung up on me, but I haven't been called since, so we'll see.  I have filed complaints with the FTC and Texas Attorney General, and hope that y'all will as well so these can be stopped.

My phone rings about every 15 minutes.  No one speaks.  Hangs up.  Have to turn my phone off at night. Started on Monday, February 23.  Getting very concerned.

This number calls me an average of 10 per evening beginning at 4pm central. According to  the phone company, it is not a working number. It is now 9:17 pm and the phone rang with that number in the caller id. This was call number 7.  I wish someone could stop this insanity.

Called 18 times in 24 hours....called them back and the only two options the auto answer gave me was talk to an agent or leave your number on the no call list. I used the "Put me on the no call list" automation.... two minutes later the phone rang again so I answered and told them that the number they called was the police department and that if they continued to call the number we would file a complaint. Seems to have worked so far.

This number has called me every 5 minutes today it is driving me crazy. I called my cell phone company to try and block this number, but it will cost me 5 dollars a month to keep this nut job company from calling me. And the bad thing is this number doesn't show up on any records on my bill. just in my phone. i registered to the national do not call list I hope it helps. As soon as I did a call came through from them so I don't know how long it takes to go into effect. But I am going to contact the District Attorney's office if it does not stop because this is harrassment.

I got a call about 4 or 5 times today from this number.  I think they only let it ring a few times before hanging up.  They don't leave a message or anything.  I hope this doesn't become a big problem.

Hey everyone if they continue to call (i recieved the same call & i seriously got like 20 calls each about 15 mins apart- my last call was at like 11:15 PM!!) i answered the last time && told them if they call me again I am reporting them,their response "please dont report! thank you for taking my call" I also added my number to the do not call list & i havent received another call...so, so far, so good. but if they do call again i will not hesitate to report them. Also...if anyone finds out anything else about this compant such as them racking up crap on your phone bill or any other charges or wierd stuff that happens...please let everyone else know! I want to be sure i'm not getting ripped off in any way! thank you!

I did a trace on google and the address is rochelle park nj 07662 and it is a land line... its in bergan county and the carrier is level 3 commnications license nj..
I called sprint and gave them this information.. they said they couldnt block the calls but made a note of the number so I cant be charged for any phone calls made ... they suggested I go to my police and have them investigate the number and make a charge to the company
we should all call our phone carriers and let them know what is going on and also go to the police and file a terriorist charge against them.

This number has to do with a ACAI Berry Diet program.

My wife typed in some information to check on their trial program that said she would get 2 weeks free for S&H $4.99.  That was true.  After 2 weeks you card would then be charged $75 for the remainder of the 1 month supply and automatically renew unless you called.  So she closed her browser, but unfortunately they had alread captured our home phone #.

Here's what it is simply. You probably entered your inital info for the acai berry pill online and then realized they wanted your credit card info too and decided not to go thru with it like myself. But by then, it was too late! SO here they are calling an dcalling. Might as well pick it up and tell them thanks but no thanks, at leat that way they won't call any more. :)

Yes, I have gotten about 20 calls from this friken number within 24 hours! Who the hell is it, all I can figure out is it's out of NJ. Every time I try calling back it either says "You've reached the HR dept..." or "You've reached the Marketing Dept..." but never actually says what company it is! At first I thought it was like a collections agency, but I have no outstanding bills!! Thank god! Ugh.

They call my wifes phone non stop. I called and they said that we werent in their system. SHe was from india or something. Maybe harrassment laws dont apply there.

I spoke with a representative from this company. They are reps from a company that sells Acai berry extract diet pills. If anyone has been onto a site that deals with this diet (I think it was some Rachel Rea's diet thing) you will be getting this call. The person said (in extremely broken english/ she was chinese) that the company is in New Jersey and she was responding to my inquiry about the product. I don't remember inquiring about the product, however I did visit a site advertizing it. They are trying to sell it and I don't know about any of you but I don't give out my credit card information over the phone, especially to anyone where english is thier second language!

i finally spoke to a live person after several calls in a short period. i asked how does a person be removed from their calling list, even though i followed the prompts (press 2), to have my number removed 3 hrs prior when i called the number back. the rep i was speaking to never answered my question. she kept asking if i wanted to lose weight; by the way this has something to with free 14 day free trial for acai berry. i kept insisting that i be removed from the calling list, then finally she said 'no worries' and hung up. i hope this works. good luck to you all!!!!!

This number rings in on my land line continually! No one is ever on the line. Very annoying. I have tried calling the number back and I just get a recording that the call can not be completed as dialed.

They keep calling me but they won't leave a message, I haven't order anything from them, so not sure how they got my work phone number.

They have called me like 29 times in the past 5 hours and I called to get my name taken off the list is some how got on and they still are calling me!

I just answered the phone for the first time, they started calling about every hour and a half,around 8:15am and left no message. I do not want any Pure Acai whatever and told them not to call anymore. Let's see what happens. I was, also, not the person they were calling and they still tried to talk to me!

I have received 23 calls since 6:16 am and when I did answer the phone they hung up and then I would call back which is long distance for me and first probally 10 times I kept hitting 2 to "remove my number from the call list" as soon as I entered my number and tried to confirm the # was correct the call ended......I am agrvated with this I try to call back and get left on hold to speak to a "RERESENTATIVE" never happened waited on hold in excess of 30 minutes.....update it just called again I answered on first ring it is someone I can barely understand I demanded to speak to supv he kept saying what can i help you with I kept advising I am demanding a SUPVERVISOR he refused to put me on with a supvervisor and I told him if he called one more time I am going to report to attorney general's office.....I did search the number claims to be a "cell phone" number in New Jersey.....Go figure I could'nt get a supvervisor.....I am looking further into this because this has drove me nuts today.....
