I looked at the web site earlier this week, but did not finish the info.
I got my first call today at 1:15pm and the next at 2:08pm.
I had no idea who it was, so I tried to call it back and it answered "Thank you for calling customer service", but no mention of a company name. It said to press a certain number to speak to a customer service rep.  I was on hold forever and the recording just kept coming back on....with no customer service rep ever answering.  I finally called back and left my number to put on their do not call list.  A recording came on and said they removed it.  Guess I'll just wait and see.  I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Acai Berry site, because I actually got to it from looking up Dr Oz, Oprah and Rachael Ray!!!

I just had my first call from this number, but I was on another call.  I've seen where people say it's something to do with acai berry.  Well, this past weekend, I saw one of those ads on the internet and wanted to find out more about it.  I thought about ordering, and got as far as filling out the form, but decided against it as with this type of it "club" sale, it always turns out to be a scam.  Well, I hit the back button on my browser, but they must have been able to save my info anyway!  I don't think I got as far as putting in my C/C number.  I hope not, but that's too scary!

What I do with those scammers as far as my phone is concerned is I created a category named "BAD".  BAD's ring tone is silent or none.  Then I set up a contact for each of those numbers (I'm up to five now.)  This one is named Spam 5.  So whenever any spammer calls me, I never hear it so it doesn't bother me anymore.  Eventually, they stop calling.

I get calls almost daily from this number with no one on the line! I hope it's not a scam to tap into my line and make calls to China!

Actually I did start and order for Acai Berry and then stopped. I never hit submit, I guess they tracked every entry. I've had 4 calls so far today from this number.

Did anyone order or start to order Acai berry?  On another website with complaints about this number, that seemed to be the thing we had in common.

I've been getting calls from this number about 3 times a day for the last week...  I've only answered once & it hung up right away.

I also started signing up for the Acai Berry yesterday and just received a phone call from this number.

They just keep calling.  I filled out an order form then saw the price for a "free"  offer and backed out of the page.  I never submitted my phone number.  They call several times a day!  I answered once and hung up when I realized it was a sales call.

This number calls me at least once a week and then hangs up. never leaves a message.

Ok so after reading the posts it sound like the Acai company to me as well. I too went on to purchase and realized that it was billed 89.99 after your "free" trial. No thank you.
If you just let the phone ring without picking up then the company will flag your number as a bad number. Let her go to V/M.

they just called me and I put my # on their do not call list. I hope that works.

I keep getting these calls.  Acai berry seems to be the common link. I looked at it, but backed off as well.  Tricky the way they get your info before disclosing the true offer.  If I was to order this, I definately won't now.  I hope someone is getting their pay/call and screwing the company claiming they are making sales contacts.

I just was told that I was interested in a weight loss product.  I must have looked at their website. Nothing was submitted. I said I did not order anything and hung up.  I'll see if they call back. Then I'll tell them to stop calling.

Calls and then hangs up 3X per day

I am receiving these calls at all times of the day & night - it's very annoying when you are at work and you answer the phone and there is no one there! How do we stop these calls?????

i've been called 4 times today! (i only answered once) i put in my info to order acai berry, but x'ed it out before entering my credit card information! i keep getting a crazy amount of emails too but clicked the unsubscribe button. so we'll see what happens

Acai berry scammers again

Several calls over the past few days.  When answered, caller hangs up.

I have recieved atleast 3 calls from this # today. They hang up before i answer or as soon as I do answer.
Pleae make them stop

I CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK BY PRESSING *67 AND THAN DIALING THE NUMBER THIS WAY MY PHONE WAS BLOCKED... A RECORDING PICKED UP AND SAID IF I WANTED TO BE PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST FOR THIS COMPANY PRESS 2 AND THAN ENTER MY NUMBER... THAN IT SAID THAT I WAS PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY WOULD STOP CALLING

I have had six calls today from this number and when I answer there is no one there. Very annoying.

Constant nuisance!

I just recieved three calls this morning. I just called them back and they have now added an automated respond and if you go through it there is an option, number 2, where you can delete you number off of there list. It takes 2 seconds and the annoyance is gone.

Being on the National Do Not Call List will not prevent these calls and they will not get int trouble for calling you. They will tell the FCC that you gave them your number, which then gives them permission to call you as often as they want.

If you filled out the form for the Acai berry stuff, you gave them your phone number. If you didn't click submit, they used a keylogger to log in the number you typed anyway. So technically, you still gave them your number which gave them permission to call. I personally have reported them multiple times to the FCC, and the FCC says they are not breaking any rules.

Don't answer the calls. They will eventually stop.
