I have never ordered accai berry but yet this number still calls me every day. it rings twice and then they hang up. I don't know how they got my number if I have never ordered accai berry???

I have been receiving calls from this number around the same time. And I also ordered and was scammed out of money from the acai berry supplements. I had to close my bank account and everything, what a mess!

I have been receiving calls from this number also.  I have been ignoring it until this morning when I answered and I heard a click and then soft music.  I listened for a few moments and hung up.  I had ordered the Acai Berry free trial along with the Colon Cleanse trial.  I read the packaging very carefully and sent back the unused pills for the Acai Berry. The free trial is only for two weeks and you have to mail them back the remaining pills or your credit card will be charged.

Well, me too!!!  I ordered those Acai Berry Pills AND the Power Flush 500 pills and I got scammed on both!  Horrible people out there.  Well, I sent a complaint form to my state's attorney general.  We need to fight these smart idiots!

It is pathetic where the U.S. has reached in terms of human decency and good behavior. All these calls which are a phenomenon of the U.S. only, originate from an auto dialer programmed by some very croocked people which are out to get those of you called "a sucker is born every minute". Wake up you nice people and fight this disturbance of your life, otherwise you will follow many nations in history which forget the saying "when a nation loses its good manners, it goes down the drain".

For your information, the calls are being dialed from a US number but the company itself is an international company. The reason I know this becasue I had a 15 cent charge on my statement, when I called the bank, they said it was for a charge to the Acai Berry Company and they were an international company and the company charges the 15 cent fee. I didn't see anywhere where they were supposed to charge this. When I called to cancel the subscription, for 4 days in a row, I got "our systems are down, you will have to call back in a little while" I never got beyond that point. So I closed my Credit Card and Had a new one issued.

I just called Verizon (my carrier) and they were able to put a block (for free) on the two acaia numbers that keep calling me. 918-4913 and 918-4837. They said the block lasts 60 days and that we can also go to donotcall.gov to add a permanent block.  Good luck!

This is why I don't answer and I would never order something from someone that I have no idea who they are or even herd of! DUH!

I ordered the product, cancelled it, way before the free trial was over and now over a month later they are calling all hours of the day.  I have had to contact my cell phone carrier and block the phone number.  These people need to be shut down.

Called 70 times in the last week. I have not ordered anything from this company before

so tired of getting called and trying to answer to tell them not to call anymore and it goes right to voice mail holding hell!

Is there a way to block this?

I have responded to their message to remove my number from their "Do not call list" four times now! It is a customer service number of some sort but they don't state the name of the company in their recorded message. What do we do now?

Folks, you may contact the FCC on your area and file a complaint about these crooks. Just fill out the form. They have called me too!

3/30/09 - this number called at 0820 this morning.  after the 3rd ring I answered and no one was on the line.  Hope they don't call any more.

this company has called me 20 times in the past week.  I have tried to reach their customer service dept. no luck.  I have placed my number on their DO NOT CALL LIST 8 times in the past 3 days.
How do I get them to stop?????

Have received 7 calls / day over the last 5 days from this number. No name appears, just the number.

It is the Pure Acai Berry Pro People.  I can't wait to c if they charged my acct.  I didn't know to send the pills back.. my pills didn't come with any info.. i had to research to find out where they came from.  The guy didn't tell me anything about sending them back.. and I keep a lawyer on retainer so I'll be fine.  I think these need to be exposed for what they are.. Fraudulent Companies.

Let themn know what's going on.. i mentioned a lawyer and that i've already filed a complaint with the FCC.. i'll let y'all know how it goes.. but that's the way to get out of the system.. also.. i called the company (pure acai berry pro) and found out ANOTHER order was placed using my prior information (1-866-964-1011).. The lady cancelled it and closed out my acct. and made my status inactive.  PS.. i also write to Food network and let them know that Rachel Ray's name is being used in this scam.. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I have received a number of calls from this number as well.  When I dial it back, I get a recording advising to enter my number if I want to be removed from their call list.  I've done that twice.  I've probably caused a bigger problem.  It only identifies itself as "customer service" but does not identify the company.  So much for the National Do Not Call list...

I get 4 or 5 calls from this number each day.  Each time, I say hello three times before hanging up.  I don't know why they are calling me.  THEY call MY house and then not answer.  The only reason I pick up is to find out who they are and to tell them that I am on a Do Not Call list.  It is VERY annoying.  I wish I could find out who they are so I can annoy them as much as they annoy me!

201-918-4913- this phone has been calling for months, five to ten times a day. I never answer it but they continue to call. How can I make it stop?

This number keeps calling my land line. I don't answer it, but after 3 rings it hangs up, my answering machine picks up at 4 rings, and my better half doesn't like it when I set the answering machine to pick up at 2 rings. No, I'm not going to answer it, but I have contacted the phone company (like that's going to do something).

You notice how no one in government does anything about these calls?  Who are they working for? .....not for us! I've been called at least ten times and they never answer on the other end when you call back.....just an automated answering generic wait message. I agree with the reporter below....I have had a birrage of calls since ordering that trial for Acai berries.  NEVER AGAIN. In fact those stinking Acai berry people advertised right here on Yahoo. Yahoo doesn't care....they got their money.

Like most of you I also tried the acai berry sample.  Just a short time later, (before I had a chance to find out if they were helpful) I recieved another bottle of their product.  Without my ok, they billed my credit card. I called the acai berry tel # and let them know that I had no intention of paying for anything they sent to me without my approval, nor would I return anything they sent without my approval. I told them my attorney would be in touch with them.  I also called my credit card company to have them stop any payment to this "LOW LIFE" company. Soon after I was sent an email saying that a charge of 78.81 was refunded and also that my account had been de-activated. I still have issues with the foreign charge on my credit card.
Also, like you, I am getting the hang-up calls several times a day. My local phone company will be blocking their calls to my home. They say it will take a few days. Please don`t give up..We need to fight this.  Since this is a NJ phone # Has anyone tried to locate their home base and report it to authorties there?

I get calls twice a day from this number, even after telling them to stop calling me.  I had no idea who this was, but after reading many of the comments listed here, I have to believe that it has something to do with the Acai berry company that I ordered from, and then immediately cancelled.  I think I will buy and air horn or a whistle and then maybe they will get the message and STOP calling me!

This number 2019184912 calls at least once per day.  It says NJ on my caller id.  They never leave a message but they asked my daughter for me by name.  I did not order any acai.They need to stop calling!
