This person Michelle Morrison called me and told me that I was being arrested for Fraud and needed to call that number immeadiately so they wouldnt put out my warrent

I just got off the phone with this (201) 942-2840 and they told me that I have one hour to either pay them $300 or get in contact with my lawyer.  The woman said her name was Megan Johnson and even had a extension number to call her back in a hour.  I called the Payday Loan office and they told me that this is fraud and ignore this harassment. I swore that this was a real Dept Collection Agency because they told me my whole Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Email Address but they didn't know my home address which was weird.  I went to my local police department and they told me to dial *57 during the phone call and hang up then call my telephone company for a report to give to the police department.  
THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE CAUGHT AND ARRESTED A.S.A.P.

Correction: She said the only information they have is what they give you and they are just trying to get more information. It scared me cause they had the last 4 digits of my social, my date of birth, my e-mail address, & even knew I banked at Regions. Plus they had my cell phone # and I'm still trying to figure out how they got it.. She said that they had evidence against me & when I asked what kind she stated: your e-mail address, your banking information, your ip address, your social security number, date of birth, & phone number..
When she called she gave me a case # and the charges they were going to charge me with & when I asked for more information she said she couldn't give it to me that my lawyer would have to contact them to get that information. I knew something seemed fishy when she couldn't even give me an exact date as to when I supposely took the payday loan out.. And like most of everyone else it was United Cash Loan which I have never heard of..

I got the same call today but it didn't show up as 911 it showed up as the phone # itself and I got the same voicemail as everyone else that if I didn't call back in a timely manner I would be arrested. So I called back & they were claiming I had taken out an online payday advance and I was being charged with 3 class 3 felonies and it scared me to death as well. So I called my bank & they went back to when I had opened my account & looked all through it & I had never gotten a direct deposit payday loan, so I called my lawyer and was told right then that it was a SCAM & not to give them any information or anything she said they do not have any real information they are just trying to get your credit card or debit card information..

I received a call from these people saying that I had a warrent for my arrest for something that I had done fraudalent and that I was supposed to call a Kelly Lautner back at 201-942-2840  ext 504, but when I called them back, I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the line, I tried calling back again and the same foreign speaking lady answered and would not give me a clear name of a company that he worked for, just the "State Bureau".  I work for the State of Virginia and looked up that name in our records for New Jersey, and there is no such thing.

someone called my employer today and stated they were calling from a legal department in regards to a legal issue with me.  they even asked for hr and was very rude on the phone didnt want to give me any specifics these people have been harrasing me at work for i dont know how long i dont know how they got my work phone number and i have no idea who the heck they are but the person calling is definitely foreign and left this tel  number as a call back.

I got a call from this number and they stated that they it was Officer Rick Martin of the Texas State Police Department. Any one with a brain knows that the state police in Texas is the Department of Public Safety. It is also a FELONY in the state of Texas to present yourself as a peace officer of any sort. I am a Police Officer, and have one of the best lawyers in the state looking into this. Hope these guys are legit cause he sounded to me as though he would make someone a good bi**h in PRISON.

I just received a 911 call on my job and the guy had a heavy accent, Middle Eastern accent. He said his name was Deputy Rick Davis and he was with the Arkansas State Police Department. He said I needed to call Matt Johnson at 201-942-2840 as soon as possible and turn myself in or I would be arrested for fraud. he would not give me any information other than to call this number. I called the Arkansas State Police Department and they did not have anyone by that name nor would they handle a situation in this manner. This guy has called before but this is the first time he has given an American name or a title such as Deputy.

I recieved several phone calls from 201 942 2840 and it started to irritating me. They left several messages and when I called back, the same guy who has an American name do not speak English very well answered and he said he needed to transfer my call to his suppervisor. It comes to find out  there are only two people who is doing this SCAM. They are Indians and claim to have American names. When I ask for the account number of the loan they claimed i owed, their replied, they can't share those information with me.  I called them back with different numbers and sure enough the same female and a male who are scamming everyone about this pay day loan issue.

i too received a call from these people....i thought to myself who sends warrants for unpaid loans...if nothing else u will be sent to collections but issuing a warrant was just way to far fetched...the ms morris lady yelled at me and said i owed them 900 on a loan that was supposedly 350 ha!! i told her she was a lie n she yelled something about if i dont pay they were coming after me then she hung up!! so i called back cause i wanted answers....i asked the person who answered where they were located and i wanted an address because i was going to have my atty check into them stating that they are a federal agency...he hung up on me!! so about an hour later i get a call from "ms watson" stating that they have gotten complaints about that office and she is sending an investigative team over there to check them out...lol...they just dont want me to have my atty check them out but i am anyway!!

I just got a call on my cell phone and the caller ID came in as 911.  I was freaked out thinking one of my children were in trouble.  Then I got the same story as eveyone else. I would be arrested if I didnt call the number 201 942-2840 back and turn myself in.  I did go online about 2 months ago and was searching around looking at pay day loans, to see how they all operated.  What a mess! I got thousands of email an hundreds of phone calls.  One company even charged my checking account $30 dollars which I have been disputing for the last two months to get my money back. I go a direct call from someone stating I owed them some money for a pay day loan I never took and now today I get this call.  I sure hope someone tracks these folks down and hangs em!  I am a Mother of 3 and it scared the daylights out of me.  Now I am just angry and cant wait for them to call back. THANK YOU for this blog because it puts my mind at rest.  I had a twinge of a feeling it was all fraud, but I am shocked and amazed at the depths these people go thru.  Its a scam....Please lets track them down and stop these crooks.

Received a call from 203-623-7446 claiming to be with the New Haven county sheriff department. Stated I was in a "hot mess" and if I didn't call back immediately then everything would be irreversable. When I called back she told me she needed my social security number and DOB. I advised her that I was not going to give her my personal information and that she could not ask me for that. She said she couldn't discuss what she needed to tell me unless I gave her that information and that if I was uncooperative they would have to continue with what they had and that it would be irreversable.

Received message at work from Mack or Mark said with Federal Security Bureau of Ivestigation has a legal complaint forgery.  Man had a foreign accent said to call back asap don't ingore this message.

I received a call from Violet Watson today as well, I am at work and all I got from her at this point was that she has a legal matter against me to discuss.  I abruptly cut her off and told her I would call her back when I was able to, I also told her I would be googling her 1st.  Now that I know the situation, and I will be screwing with her and then reporting her for falsely inpersonating a government agency.

I just received a phone call from Ms. Violet Watson @ 201-942-2840 ext 1717.  SHe informed me that I have not yet paid back some kind of loan and that if i didn't pay it by 1pm the same day, she would red flag me and report me and I would be prosecuted in court.  I asked her to send me some information regarding this since i never received any kind of loan and she told me she could not do that.  But she did tell me that i would be prosecuted for check fraud and a bunch of other mumbo jumbo.  She informed me that if i wanted to clear my name, i could go to a WalMart and get a prepaid visa debit card to pay off the loan amount.  I told her i never received a loan, so i wont be making any payment.  She advised me to get a lawyer because they will be taking legal action against me.  Is this b*tch for real?  I would have no problem getting a lawyer and going after her for harassment and falsifying information.

I received a call from a lady named Michelle Morris claiming to be an officer for the State Of New Jersey, And also a Message was left on my Job number three times making threats about a payday loan and that a Federal Warrent  being issued for my arrest if i did not pay a $1000.00 dollars, she was also trying to get me to give her a debt card number to with draw payments. The first time she called and left a message she gave the name of violet watson and extention 891 and Michelle Morris extention is 1010, but when we called back to the number she acts like she is putting you on hold this is the same lady getting on the phone. Be aware of this fraud

I got a call from Ms. Watson on Friday while at a wedding so it went to voice mail and she left a message saying there was a legal complaint against me. She said she was with the Federal State Bureau of New Jersey and I needed to call her back right away to avoid being arrested. I called back because I was confused the first time it went to voice mail the second time I called back a guy answered and I asked for ex. 1717 she came on the phone and wanted me to verifiy my information. I told her that I would not give any information she called me. She started to get upset and said that I took out a payday loan didnt pay it back so they were charging me with like four different charges, when I still wouldn't give out my information or settle with her she said that the Anoka County Sheriff would arrest me on Monday. I said I didn't do anything wrong so I will take my chances. Today I called the police department and made a report about the call.

Received a call from a person named Violet Watson at this number.   She Stated she was from Federal 1 State Bureau concerning a  payday loan company I dealt with three years ago.  Said this was my last chance to respond to the money I owed them before they took me to court.  

I explained that I had taken a large loan against my retirement funds to pay off all my outstanding debts almost three years ago,  She insisted this one never got paid.  Asked if I had an attorney I wouldl like to put her in touch with.

Thanks for posting info on this phone number.  I now know she is a fake.  Wish there was a way to go after these people.  In this poor economy it is despicable to try to trick people into paying hundreds of dollars on a loan they already paid off.

This happen to a friend of mine. The lady name was the Violet Watson and she said they owed money. This is a FRAUD. They called his job and we told her to f*** off. This is BS. How can these people do this. What happen in you situation?

I just got a call from Violet Watson at ext 1717 she would not tell me what its in regards to she said shes from the New Jersey Federal Bureau if I didnt call her back by 3:00 she will turn it over to the State Sheriffs dept..I have NEVER been to New Jersey. I called back and she was out(after being on hold for 10 mins) and she would call me back in 30 mins that was over an hour ago! SCAMMERS

Yes, Miss Violet Watson just called me today and I asked her what it was regarding and she even gave me an email address for myself that I do not use publicly.  She read all the legal mumbo jumbo and when she mentioned the Sheriff's Department, I told her that I would be giving her name address and phone number to the FTC.  She boldly told me that she was not concerned and I told her then, no problem.  She asked me if I had a criminal attorney and I asked her if she had one.  I told her to not call my office again.

Scammer... we just reported them to the NJ police dept.

I received a cell call asking for my wife.  The caller said she was Deputy Watson of the Garden Grove Sheriff?s Department.  She said my wife was in trouble and had a warrant out for her arrest!  News to me!

The caller ID showed 911!  

I was suspicious from the start.  Since when do deputies call husbands that there is an arrest warrant for their wife?

I also know Garden Grove has a Police Department!  I pointed this out and she had no idea of the difference and no explanation.

She told me to have my wife call the Federal State Bureau of New Jersey, 201-942-2840.  and to ask for Federal Verifications, Michelle Morris ext. 1010.  

I asked for her badge number and department's phone number.  Badge #91455, and phone #.  

I called the GG Police Department, turned out to be the same number she gave me, and was pleased to actually speak to a communications operator who informed me they don't have deputies in their department!  I asked her if there was a Watson in the department, only to find out there was a Lt. Watson, and he would not address himself a deputy.  

I will now report this to my city police.  This is fraud!  It is also illegal to impersonate a law enforcement officer.  

This person is operating outside the law with total disregards to any person's legal rights!
