You need to find these people bc if I do...it's a one shot bullet to the head or a long rope hanging from a tree. Wild West Justice is the only way people like this will learn.  If your the one...run bc when I find you...which I will...your going to think hell is a picnic.  

I agree.  There ought to be some way of shutting down the call-center without actually causing any physical injury.  Just shut down their network.  Or whatever the proper name is for a call-center with about a 1000 computers stuffed into one room somewhere in India.

I just got a call from the same guy. He argued with me when I told him my computer was old, hardly ever used, and currently off. He wanted to wait for me to get on- line to "help" me because I had a hacker on right now! *69 was blocked but I did make  a report to the police. My small town puts articles in the weekly paper to warn others.

I had .the same thing happen .to me 5 times .they said sit .in front .of your computer. so I can fix your computer. I said nothing .is free .so leave me the hell alone or I will call .the cops .she said you .are lying I  said crooks like you should go .to jail...She got made .and hung up .heres .the number watch out .1-376-969-3048

Just started getting these calls from 201-338-6210.  Sounds like a scam to me too.

202-011-3341 is not an US  number

at 6:30 am I got a call from 202-011-3341, Sam told me my computer was hacked and that he was from the Windows technical department.  Sam stated he was calling from Washington DC.  That is when I hung up.  This is an old scan to get into you computer.

problem solved.. I don't answer any calls for numbers on my caller ID that are unfamiliar ro me and I threw my answering machine away many years ago. They can telemarket or scam all they want to, but they won't reach me. All I ever do is write the number down and post it here.

This jokester keeps calling at all hours of the day & night telling me my computer has problems. He says he is with Windows. Than if you ask questions they hang up!

Yeah - I've been getting calls with a 202-012-xxxx exchange.  I don't answer calls I don't know, and for some reason they don't like leaving messages.  Sounds like a standoff to me.

I keep getting this number calling me at ALL hours of the night and day... I always reject it but my phone tells the call is from flipping Egypt!!!! I called my carrier ( T-mobile) they say they can't see it on my list of calls because it's an international number>>makes no since because they can sure charge u for it!!! With everything going on in Egypt u never know what will happen if u answer the phone.....all I can think of is" OMG it could set off a bomb" I Really scares the hell out of me...after reading these posts I guess my best bet is tell my local police dept....I would like to call homeland security but how do I do that????? scams are one thing but a lot can be done with cell phones as we all!!! Home Land security if you see this PLEASE investigate this number before something BAD happens!!!!!   I LOVE MY COUNTRY.. really sick of these b*****ds killing my fellow Americans!!! excuse my language but I cant think of a better word....GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

just got off the phone with these people a minute ago. i talked really dirty to her like a phone sex operator. even when i got super nasty she just kept going on and on. they actually threatened to come to my house and take my computer away from me lol. really funny call, worst fakes in history. she yelled at me and told me to shut up and sounded like the old lady at the chinese restaurant when shes yelling at the dudes in the back. i coulda swore i heard machinery in the background. pots and pans clinking around and stuff. we shouldnt try to get rid of these people in my opinion. just mess with them and see if you can get them to cuss.

I get this call regularly.  I answer, play "AMAZING GRACE" for them, and then hang up.  This morning, he called back and mumbled something, laughed and I hung up.  I figure they need to hear Amazing Grace.  What a pain!  Next time, I don't plan to answer.

They've called me a few times and always use a name like William but with a heavy Indian accent.  As soon as he said he was from Microsoft and he was getting error messages I hung up.  I use a Mac and have for years so Microsoft wouldn't be calling me.  Unfortunately, there are people out there who don't know much about computers and believe these scammers and pay them.

Received a call at 5:15AM and when I got to the phone they hung up!!!!

I received a call from an Indian man, telling me that I was sexy, and he wanted to have phone sex with me, from this number - and then he was laughing - called me 7 times in a row wanting to talk with me.  I don't understand why these idiots can't be stopped!  Seriously sick and tired of this crap!

They called and I did not answer.  Too bad.  I have a computer that is dual boot Microsquish Windows and Ubuntu Linux.  I would lead them down the garden path - booting up my machine that has Windows installed on it (But letting it boot into Ubuntu)  I would then play along with them as long as I could until I would let the cat out of the bag and learn some new Hindi Vocabulary.

Got a call from them the other day.  did not answer.  
Too bad - If they were the "Windows" scam I would have had a lot of fun with them.   My computer is dual boot Microsquish Windows and Ubuntu Linux. I would play along with them booting up my machine, telling them that I am booting up my machine that has Windows on it  (But I would run it under Ubuntu)  I would play along with their scheme, maybe even to the point where they would try to get onto my machine.  When the software that they might try to install gives them all sorts of errors under Wine (Windows emulator) then I would let the cat out of the bag and probably learn some new vocabulary in Hindi.

I like to spend minutes and minutes getting them to try to get me to do what they want ... usually it ends up being 15 minutes or more. I figure the longer one of these idiots is tied up with me, they can't be bothering someone else who would really be vulnerable.

Caller used a spoofed 202-001-3341 number with a District of Columbia caller ID.  Asked for me by name, informed me he was from Windows support providing a reply to" my computers request for assistance." REALLY !. Caller had a foreign accent, and has called at least twice previously this year alone. Informed him he was mistaken, asked to be removed form his list and hung up.  Why can't these called be stopped with all the documentation provided by these internet boards?

I have received this call about 20 times in the past few months (called again today while I was out).  It makes me angry to start with when I can't understand the person making business calls, let alone when someone is trying to scam me.  They are extremely rude and I am on the no-call list and it does no good.

He calls frequently.  More than once I've chewed him out, saying that if he were in this country he'd be arrested.  I told him he's a disgrace to his country and that now whenever I think of India I think of crooks.  A couple calls ago he told me he was calling from somewhere in Central America.  In this call we just had from him, he said he was calling from Italy and that he's Italian (accent on first and third syllables).  He's stopped trying to swindle us with the Windows Support scam and is now making obscene calls.  My wife answered today (his second call) and he claimed to be my friend and began talking dirty to her.  She got me on the line and I recognized his voice right away, the same Indian guy.  I told him that I wish he were in the U.S. so I could come and beat the crap out of him.  His last words were that my wife's crotch is bushy and he can smell it from there.  So...is there something we can do about 202-011-3341 besides just venting our frustration online?  Can we block a call from India?

I alao received calls saying my computer has been hacked.  I called the local FBI office and they said there was nothing they could do until there had been a financial lost.

Please help me. I'm very scared and worried for my safety. I would call the cops but I don't know. Please stop him. Please.  The number that called me.  202-011-3341
