i too just got a phone call. my was restrict ,while i was asking questions .sylvia hung up!!!

Today, I received the same call  telling me I had completed a survey and as a thank you I would received gifts totaling $160 if I tried went to their website. I told her I didn't believe that I would receive $160 in gift cards just for trying out the service. I ask what was the cost for the service and she stated $2.99 processing fee which covers  cost to send out the gifts. She didn't hang up when I said no, she simply said thank you and have a bless day.

I believe they got my information from a game,spin the wheel and win,$1,000 dollar taget card or other prizes'They aked you to  fill out some information.I stopped when it got intp personal info..Since then the calls have been coming.

Got same call on cell phone and I like dummy gave them my C/C # cause the b**ch said this was only for identification purposes...2 min after I hung up they'd charged me $2.99.  I went online to try to cancel and their online assistance was down ... call to customer svc took 25-35 minutes even tho she said "You are number one in line."  Then about a wk later charge at my C/U on my card for 59.99.  I finally got the 59.99 credited by their customer service, and my credit union charged them back the original 2.99 so hope I am done with them.

Conversation went the same as all other reports from 202-121-2367.

I have been dealing with this for 4 days in a row.  SSame name.  I am in Texas.  She is rude and abrasive.  I am contacting Federal Communications as I am a senior disabled citizen and these phone calls are causing me to get up from my chair.  I think I will take you up on the have some fun issue.  wondering what "Sylvia" would do if I told her she called the local police station?

this number has been calling me too and i blocked the number but i feel like messing with this "Sylvia Davis" next time she calls haha im gonna have fun!

ive been getting these calls all day. i called the 877 number someone posted on here earlier and pressed one for customer service. i asked them to put me on their do not call list. she claims she did. hope this helps.

got a few calls, didn't answer, but can only assume this is a scammer.  I think I will take Anon's advice and have fun with them next time!

They continuously called my cell phone, and when I did answer, a female voice (sounded computerized) answered "Hello" and kept saying it over and over. It wouldn't let me call the number back.

Someone called me from this number. I said "Hello?"

A woman said "Hello?"

I said "Hello?" again,

The woman said "Hello?" She hung up after her second hello. So I guess it's a "hello" game. Pretty stupid.

Who ever is calling from this # is very presistent. Prefer not to answer call that Company or person calling name is unavailable.  Every 5 minutes or less they are calling.  Please, who is it or what do they want from me?

This number has called me 6 times in an hour today. I wont answer it cuz i don't know the number but I wish they would stop calling me!!!!

I have repeatedly received calls from these people and have asked them to take me off their list. They say I filled out some online survey, which I have not done so. When I mention I have mentioned to them several times to quit calling me they hang up on me. I got 17 calls from these people just today!

This lady has called me everyday for the past 2 weeks. Everytime she says her name is Sylvia and I won a $100.00 from Walmart. Right off the bat I tell her I am not going to put my credit card number on line. She gets alittle mad and says but this is a secured site. Bite me lady. First off if I did win something, why would you need my credit card numbers? Second of all, why are you getting soooooo mad? Then she hands up.

If this lady, Sylvia, what she told me, is being investigated, then why is she still making these calls. She called me at 5:30 tonight, for the 3rd time. Why hasn't anyone done something about her as of yet?

This phone number keeps calling here day after day. Sometimes 4 x in one day. All I do is answer and tell them I am not putting my credit card number on line. Sylvia gets huffy with me and says this site is secured by us, Walmart and whoever else. I still tell her my credit card is not going on line. She says but Wal mart has a $100.00 gift card for you. I then ask her why do they need my credit card number if I won something. She gets mad and hangs up. Becareful people first of all if you ever win anything you shouldn't have to pay or use your credit cards. Secondly, even if a site is supposedly secured, any good hackers can get to it.

I called the company someone provided above for the Waka Network.  Choose option 1, someone answered 1st ring.  She asked my number and I said only if you can stop the calls to me.  She read back my phone number (that I didn't give her) and said "Not a problem.  I have placed you on the do not call list."  She was very pleasant and understanding.  The call took less than 1 minute.

They keep calling me.  I don't answer.

Receiveat least theww calls a day from this #.  No idea who, what or why I am being call do not answer .

this number has called my cell phone 4 times i the last half hour. A lways hangs up as soon as I speak.  How do you block something like this?

I just got a call from 1 202 121 2367 which caller ID identified as DC call.  When I tried to return the call I was told the number could not be completed as dialed or the number had been disconnected, twice and I didn't make a mistake dialing.  The DO NOT CALL LIST does nothing to prevent these scammers, whoever they are.

I answered a call from this number, said hello. A woman's voice said hello back, then did answer me......?

DON'T WANT THIS NUMBER TO CALL MY PHONE

I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and still have been getting 6 or 7 calls a day from these people. I called the 877-332-1490 number and hopefully convinced the girl (Tiffany - with an Indian accent) that I really DO want my number removed, even though I will no longer be eligible for the gift card. As we were talking another call was beeping in from 202-121-2367.

They (SHE VOICE) just called once two weeks ago about a survey I filled out and I said Im not interested. End of calls.................

I have received six calls from them today. SIX! (7/5/2012) I answered none of them, and tried to call back - apparently the number doesn't exist.
