This guy claims he is an IRS officer name Brian Lincoln. He said there is a fraudulent tax case filed against me. I have to respond immediately otherwise will be arrested. He also mention I can pay $900 fine via 35 voucher to resolve the issue. Seems to be scam, need advice.

Caller from this number claimed to be "Officer Brian" of the IRS and the message was intended for someone whose name I had never heard. Asked to be called back at the same number. Blocking the call.

Guy claiming to be doing an IRS investigation, tells you not to contact or use your lawyer or cpa. Threatens that he'll have the cops at your house in a half hour if you don't work with him.
Complete moron.

I've said this before and I'll say it again...
A better solution is to tell your caller to shove his magicJack into his sphincter ani externus.
Yes, it's yet another scammer using a magicJack, and he (or she) really has a sphincter ani externus.
