I received a message from Special Agent Willam Wright today....the scum must have gotten a new # because he called me from 202-239-6498!! Wtf is wrong with people??!!

This guy, William Wright claims to be a DEA Agent and that I have an arrest warrant for drug trafficking for buying prescription diet pills in 2008.  He said that if I didn't go down to my local police station and call him from there I would have agents coming to my door and arrest me.  He's called me several times and I can't make him stop.

I am divorced and my son called to tell me some guy left a voicemail on his dads phone for me. He said his name was Special Agent William Wright and that I had a Federal Warrent out on me. I am to call 202-241-5691 in Washington DC to have this resolved. PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I googled his name and I found that this "SPECIAL AGENT" has been making calls all over the USA to extort money from us.  I hope that this message gets around to all so you will be assured that this is a scam and DO NOT send money!!!!  I pray for the elderly that they do not fall prey to this SORRY HUMAN!!!!

DO what I do. This is HYSTERICAL. I have an app on my phone called evil operator.  What it does is allow you to call and then connect TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE with each other thinking that the other has called them.  I connect this low life with the REAL US Attorney General's office.  It is HYSTERICAL to listen to the recorded call!

A Special agent William Wright left a message on my phone for my daughters father (who I have not been with for 6 years) saying he needed to speak to him regarding the Federal investigation he was facing for purchasing and receiving illegal prescriptions from an overseas pharmacy.  The phone number that called me was 202-241-5693.  Glad I looked into this before calling them back!

Got the same call, this time he used 202-241-5693.  I got mad at him because it was a bunch of bs and he said he'd "call back with all the info on the transactions".  I haven't heard back so I assume he's moving on to an easier target.

"Agent Wright" is stll at it, he left my mother a similar message, she thought i had done something illegal with her credit card. Lol, i knew it was a scam after reading these threads on the subject. Ive been trying to contact the "agent" just to give him a hard time, but no luck reaching anybody.

My fake call came from 202-241-5691.  It was the same guy, William Wright, who sounds official.  Someone needs to take action on this and prosecute these individuals for making these types of calls.

Just got a call again today!!!!  They called about a year ago and I offered to do a conference call with the local police department.  He said, go ahead and when I said hold on, he hung up.  I called the number back todayand got a recorded message.  So, I left a message, never giving my name and said, you have my number, so let me know when you want to do the conference call with our local law enforcement, or better yet with the hotline in Washington, DC.....

Same call from william wright. Same threatening message about jail. Different number 202-506-8106.or 1-800-352-6098. tried to extort 1850.00. Called lawyer and reported him to sheriff's office. The sheriff's office called the number and left a message. How funny no returned phone call. Beware of new number. I have been harassed at work with calls to buy drugs for at least 8 years. Call's continue to come, how they got my number at work I will never no. Beware it is a scam!

just received a call from 202-239-2860, Special Agent William Wright from the DEA office in Washington, DC.  He said I had purchased on-line drugs in 2007-2008 and that was a Federal offence. All need to report this as this is a HUGE SCAM.

This felon, William Wright, is a criminal and is using other alias' and other phone numbers....he and other use majic jack to make it appear that it is an official washington number (202) area code -- this is a SCAM to extort money from you....hang up, do not answer, report the b@stard to the DEA but do NOT SEND HIM OR HIS ILK ANY MONEY -- they are committing another felony by impersonating a federal officer.  People have committed suicide this a**le has scared them so badly...he should be charged with murder....DO NOT, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.  This is so widespread, it is hard for the DEA to catch all of them, and many originate from outside the US, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic, but they have US citizens helping them over her, hence the guy with the good english.  I hope he burns in hell for the way he has chosen to make money, and the people who have lost their lives due to his threats.

Got a call from Mr. Wright on my cell phone. Have only had this number since June 2012.  Did not say my name but said it was about drugs I had ordered from overseas.  Since I had not ordered drugs, I did not return the call.  Think I'll call AT&T and make them aware.

Just got a call from 202-506-8106 and the Call ID said it was from (this is how it's spelled on the ID) Wshngtnzn1, DC.  It was Special Agent William Wright saying he needed to speak with me ASAP!   Called me on my work phone.  Needless to say - I won't be calling him back!

i'm letting him leave messages on my phone -- building a case against him -- harrassment and impersonating a federal officer which is a crime -- i have already turned some of his voice mails over to authorities.  DO NOT SEND THIS SOB ANY MONEY....he is a criminal ripping people off...people have committed suicide because of the threats this man man -- i hope he can be charged with manslaughter.

Got an email from this William Wright this morning on my cell phone!!! I called back and was told the same as everyone else that there was a warrant for my arrest, etc. I asked to talk to his supervisor, but was told he was the HEAD of the DEA!  What a jerk!!!! Thanks for putting all your comments on here...someone needs to throw this guys butt in jail! I have no idea how to go about that or I would. I worry about the naive people who actually believe this idiot!

He had me going for a for a few minutes...until it came to the part where I was to pay 1850.00.  Then I laughed at him.  Then he read me the riot act because I wasn't taking him seriously.  I have NO idea how they got my name or number but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting to be arrested.
