Well I am sure you are not going to be back to respond, but i would simply like to set the record straight.

1.  This person is not an "Officer" and has no connection to any law enforcement what so evedr unless you want to count his encounters with Police Officer each time he was probably arrested for a crime.

2.  There is no "payder investigation dept" nor is there a correctly spelled "payday investigation department".

3.  There is no case under your "ssn" and never will be as that is not your legal identity.

4.  There are absolutely no Federal law enforcement agencies that get involved in defaulted payday loans.  Not to be confused with the Federal agencies that go after scammers trying to steal money from hard working honest Americans.

5.  This call did not come from Washington DC but probably came from overseas using a magicjack or some other means of free long distance calling where the Caller ID number can be altered.

6.  Your punctuation, grammar, spelling, and the fact that you did not capitalize the name or the name of the department means that you did not pay attention in grade school or you are from a foreign country and are actually someone trying to scare people into believing that this is a real threat to their well being.  In other words, you are a shill.
