Yes, identical message; Friday afternoon (!), 3 Fridays in a row...

Oh my goodness; the exact same message on my machine, thick heavy accent..... my daughter has a warrant issued for her arrest, my home address is being investigated. i called for more information, but he refused to talk to me, he even threatened me - unless I gave out my daughter's contact information, the police would come to my home and take me away in handcuffs.  He was so arrogant. Said his name was Eric Mason, badge #15933.  Beware!

I got this call today to... obvious it's a scam. Idiots!

Got a call from 202-241-1305. Same stuff. Tax evasion warrent for arrest blah blah.  I told them I was turning them into the fed. Gov. For extortion , state police for harrasment,  etc. then it hung up. The jerk immediately called back and said F$&k you. You just can't please everybody. But he ain't called back. Bonus...

Received call said I was wanted by FBI
I said I don't think so n hung up. 1st he wasn't even American 2nd he was wrong to start with. 3rd he needs to go back to the country he came from n get a job over there n quit wasting people's time

Got the same phone call twice during same day. Listened to the message, barely made out what they spoke. Called the # just for kicks, through a long distance provider, so they don't know who's calling. To my surprise, the robot replied and the recorded message sounded arabic/israeli kind of language.  Case closed ! (unfortunately local police cannot/do not do much about it).

Had a voicemail at home from an Eric Mason (heavy accent - probably India) stating he was from the Criminal Investigation Division and that I was under criminal investigation. He gave a badge number - 15938. He didn't say what organization he was with - IRS? FBI? only that it was urgent and I needed to call back immediately. He never stated what the nature of the investigation was. Kinda freaked me out until I read all these posts!

I've got treats that I will be arested.

Prank caller said they were with the FBI and there's a warrant for my arrest if I didn't cooperate, they would come to pick me up in an hour.  Than they called my mom saying they were the IRS and she owed back taxex blah blah blah.  Very forceful, once again with a foreign accent.

Got message from 202-241-1305 saying I had committed tax fraud and there was a warrant for my arrest. Heavy accent could barely understand, said his name was Jason Blake, badge number 15938 wanted a call back immediately as it was urgent.

I have been getting calls from this "guy" for the last several weeks at home. My father was concerned and gave him my cell phone number to which I've already received 3 missed calls from him. I knew it was a scam right away but glad I'm not the only one who have gotten these calls.

Not much you can do, since the scammer/extortionists are located in India.  They are pretty much bullet-proof and they know it.  Can't arrest 'em.   Can't stop them from calling.

They use 202 area code to give their calls some kind of authenticity that they are representing the federal government.

Totally stupid, since their thick accent gives them away to most people.

These idiots left a voicemail message on my phone yesterday, May 2nd, 2014.  The heavy Asian accent was difficult to understand the first time I heard it.  He also said he was with "Criminal Investigation", badge #15938, and they had discovered "fraud & misconduct". He said to call this number back and "look for Jason Blake".  I almost had to laugh & I hope they do call back so I can string them along for as long as I possibly can and laugh at their dumb a***s.  Its a shame they've already bilked those poor unsuspecting victims they've already preyed upon out of over $1million.

I have been receiving this call and they have left voicemail messages telling me there's a warrant for my arrest, etc. etc. Yesterday I got the call again and told the guy there is no warrant for my arrest and that I know this is a scam. He then hung up on me.

We received a call from 202-239-6652 and then three calls from 202-241-1305. The three times we picked up the phone there was a man on the other end with a heavy accent claiming to be from Crime Investigation Agency threatening to have my husband arrested if he didn't send a money order for $1276.00 to him.  Even though there have been 2 different numbers, the person on the other in is the same. He tells us to go to CVS and wire him the money.
The one time he called and we let the answering machine pick up no one spoke but the background noise on the answering machine sounded like there were folks talking in the background like a party.
I want this caller to STOP calling us, I want the government to FIND this person and ARREST  him! He is praying on weak people who are frightened easily. We are not intimidated by him.
My husband called the 202-241-1305 back and the person on the other end claimed to be Max Morgan and confirmed the request he had made. My husband asked for his "badge number" and he claimed it was "15939". We asked where he was and he said, "1111 Constitution Ave., Washington, DC".

We received the same this this morning...a call saying that there has been and arrest warrant issued for my husband...again a caller with a heavy accent, saying he was the supervisor when I asked.  He said his name was Ronald Arthur from the crime investigation division of the IRS and they had sent a letter in December and one in February about taxes we owe.  We have our taxes done professionally every year.  He said we owe $2965 from 2012 and that if we want to avoid lawyer and court fees, the government would like that too and so he can send a local law enforcement officer and two other people (I forget who he said...) and they would come to my house and we need to be ready to give them the money.  I called our CPA and he said it's scam but now there's a twist that someone will come to the house.  Very scary!!!

Received message on my machine from some guy with a very heavy accent.  Like others on this site said, I was told there was a warrant out for my arrest and that my home address was under investigation.  Couldn't tell from his accent whether he said his name was "Derrick Nathan" or "Erik Nathan".  Said his Badge # was 15938, and that he was a special agent with Criminal Investigation.  

POS called me, heavy thick Indian accent, warrant for my arrest, blah blah blah.  This is a SCAM!  Freaked my poor daughter out!  I hope these people get caught, prosecuted to the fullest extent, and deported!

Got this call yesterday looking for my daughter. They stated they had a warrant for her arrest for Tax Evasion. I was hysterical myself. First she does not live with me, second she received a refund this year for overpayment.  I told the caller "You're the IRS so you should know where she is, go arrest her".

Received this phone call last week threatening arrest if I don't pay 2000$.... We ignored him and so far he's been harassing us with multiple calls a day from similar phone numbers....

Please be aware of those people behind this number. They pretend to be calling on behalf of IRS threatening that a warrant was issued for an arrest.

becareful of these idots!! they called me and my husband saying the same exact thing as they told all of you! in trouble for tax fraud when I have never worked in my life so ive never filed taxes! they are scammers

Same person called twice today and left messages with the same story.  There will be a warrant for my arrest if I don't call him back, blah blah..  I am pretty sure it was an Asian accent.  This guy could barely speak English.  Why hasn't our government caught these scammers yet?

Got a voicemail from this number claiming to be CID of IRS.  I know I don't have any tax filing or compliance issues.  I truly believe they're on a phishing expedition and should be stopped.

This is the 2nd time I received a call from his number. The first call was a few months ago about an IRS issue and told me I would be arrested within a hour if I didn't clear the warrant issue blah blah blah ( long story short) luckily I figured out that it was a scam call.

The 2nd time was yesterday and he left a message, the phone number was 2022411305 and his name was Gary Jones, saying he was a crime investigator Badge ID # CI159. It was a similar issue that I would be arrested blah blah blah. I let my husband call back because he knew it was a scam and he played around, he asked to send the cops to arrest me.

From this conversation I learned Gary Jones was not Indian or Asian because he couldn't pronounce my Indian name, the funny thing is he was acting as me Nandini Sharok ( Indian female name) and he could not even figure out that Nandini Sharok was a female name. Gary Jones could not even speak clearly, at the end i had to hang up.
