This jack a** called me many times in the last couple of months asking for a different person every-time.  
if you get a call from this number report it to the police, and don;t give them any personal information. this person is probably a Indian thinking he can fool people. he told me that the government was giving me $8000 dollars. When i asked why, he did not have an answer. i asked him who he was so i can report it to the police, he hung up.        Report this Jack A** !!!!!!

This caller lives in Washington D.C area .He is a jerk who thinks he is very smart.We have all the information on him and we had argument with him over the phone.He will be reported sooner or later.This call is no VOIP call.He has been driving us crazy.

Same story..annoying call and the caller spouts out an incoherent message. Gave a name called VijayKumar. It is possible that the call is originating abroad but being routed through -- 202-241-1695 -- seems  to be a VOIP call. Sounds like it is either a scam-in-progress or a crank call !

i got the call from this indian or pakistani guy. He is idiot. don't give any info to him.

No need to worry about this guy because we have done our home work.He is under radar and getting watched by some high power.No crimes go unpunished so sooner or later he will pay the price in the form of deportation.Trust me.

This caller is Indian ,fresh of the boat.He is a fool does not know the law at all.Please keep on filing the complaints,i alone will take him to the court.Law is on our side and we can teach him the lesson.No bad deeds go unpunished in America.This is America not India.We checked with the lawyer they told us to file the complaint and take him to court.He is very abusive and we have him on the tape.

This caller calls and uses very abusive language, was swearing on the phone. You can log in to FBI website and fill the form for the tip. This is a fradulent caller identifying as calling from some government agency and asking for personel information. Dont be afraid, report it to FBI

Be careful if you get a call from this number.  The caller wanted our personal bank account information and wanted us to pay money in order to receive our "grant" .  I think this is a scam

Got a call this morning from this number, the guy said it was from the federal government grant department.  He wanted bank account information and said I could get a $8,000 grant if I paid a verification fee of $325.  I think they are targeting people with Indian names, please be careful as this surely smells of a scam.

This number caller called me and ask about my wife. His language was very abusive. He was from Indian origin and was also speaking Hindi. When I called him back to identify him,  first he said it is government grand department and second time when I called him (different day), he said it is a factory number. Very annoying person. Please careful if you get call from this number.

i get calls from him, he doesn't let me know who he is... and keeps asking for my personal information. I think they are big scam. A government agency would not violate my right by not giving me their information and in return asking my personal information. I filed a complaint with the City for this number.

I've gotten several calls from this number and the person is very rude would not answer simple questions about who they are and why they're calling, when I pressed for why? the person just said it's with regards to my fathers money and that they are the "government"? I asked a few more questions to get details to pass on and the person refused therefore I refused to have any further conversation and let go of the call.  

Have gotten the same number calling again and again, finally I called the number back anonymously and asked for the persons supervisor he refused to give it then the real person behind the mask came out and started throwing insults my way, swearing the whole nine yards.  At that point I told the person that I was recording the call and he still threw out swear words, etc.  I at least got a name of someone supposedly above this person I was speaking too: Dennis Parker at ext 1169.  My guess these two are buddy buddy and this person he gave won't do anything.  

This person had an accent and from what I can tell it was Indian, this may be a scam people beware!  We've blocked this number from being able to call us any further.

got a call from the same number, the guy said I wasn't who I said I was and kept asking for my wife. when asked to identify himself, he refused.

Caller ID displays "Washington DC" and no messages are left when answering machine picks up. Has called several times during last 2 weeks, mid June 2012.
