THis gandu indian pretending tobe an gov officer calling regarding affidavit filed against our name.  To call him back to specific ext or we wil get in trouble..This are fraud people especially Indians caling VOIP to harass.

The guy had a very thick Indian accent. Claimed that he had warrants for my arrest. I saw this page as I googled the number while I was talking to him, and found that this is a magic jack number. I used some choice language in Hindi (I am Indian btw) and told him that he  should be ashamed to be calling people at their homes and threatening for a living hung up when he started yelling at me back in broken English.

Got a voice message from a caller who identified himself as Officer Benjamin Smith based in Washington DC claiming to be from Internal Revenue Service. The caller claimed that this was regarding a warrant issued under my name for an investigation. The caller mentioned in the voice message that I will be arrested if I I don't respond to the call and asked me to call back at 2022411860. Looking at the reviews here, I am confident this is a SCAM and I don't plan to call back.  Thanks!

They are serious scammers and reported to magic jack a week back but still they are operating. Not sure if MJ has any legal responsibility in stopping this scammers.

Got a call from 2022411860 claiming that they had warrants against someone in the household, they hung up once I started asking them pointed questions.

Most probably a scam call center in India.

Reported it to my carrier and will report it to police as well.

A Mr. Robert Turner called from  202-241-1860 claiming he is from IRS, and had received a warrant and case file against me. That if I decide to hang up, he will fwd it to the local PD and have them arrest me. I told him to go hang himself and hung up.

Their voicemail was too funny to listen. If I don't return their call, IRS will initiate a legal action against me.  ha ha... I almost thought it was April 1!

Got a call from 202 0241-1860 - mentioning him self as IRS officer.  Threatening for arrest.

Called 6 times and when I didn't answer he left a message and marked it urgent.  Said he was Officer George and they received an affidavit with 3 federal charges against me.

Ask me to stay on the line to talk to the local police officer. Put me on hold for 5 min then asked me why did you cut the call. When i told them it says this is a magic jack phone. they didn't asnwer and cut the phone.
Looks like prank. if they call again i am going to report the police.

202 241 1860 called first claiming to be from an embassy then later police.

said was calling from IRS looking for money

These guys are fraud. Do not entertain any of their calls.  They will rip you off.  Call the cops and complain.
