Y'all, they are not a collection agency. They are spam. What they are doing, is trying to steal your information and use it. If you continue to have issues with phone calls from them, please go to this website and report the number(s) that are calling you. This is a website that I got from the FBI today when I went to complain to them about the phone calls that have gotten out of control and have moved from plain stupid to threatening.

Do not under any circumstances give them any of your information! Report them until the FBI or another department gets enough complaints that they can justify putting out the resources necessary to catch these idiots.

I am filing bankruptcy.  These idiots will not give the information so I can turn in all they do is threaten me and say they are calling the local city police to come.  I call the police dept they say they do not do this.  I am more then happy to include in my chapter 13 to get paid but they will not tell me what i owe or to who.  Becareful .  Someone really needs to do something to these foreign idiots.

Caller said they were from Richardson Law firm in DC and that my husband owed money from CashAdvanceAmerica.com and had to be paid right then or they would send the charges to our local police and he would be arrested. They spoke terrible english did not act like an attorney, was mean and when I asked if my attorney could call he said oh you have an attorney.  I said my family had an attorney and he said the attorney had to be my husbands attorney...what??? I believe an attorney can be obtained at will...he was the one that was excited but kept telling me I should not raise my voice while speaking to an attorney...and  he said they would have the local police come and hung up once i mentioned having an attorney call.

Did you apply for as loan online... I did. Through 365day loans.com or something like that. Ever since I have been getting these phone calls.

I got like 30 calls from this number and several other numbers today. All are the same person. Then the so-called loan officer got on the phone. He stated his name was Agent Michael (hahaha) They claim they are from cashadvanceamerica.com I told them that I looked up their company & I was not impressed with what I found. They just kept saying the are putting $5000 in my bank account today & I pay it back over 6 months time. **Dont think so buddy** I told them I was recording the call to turn it over to the FBI & they just hang up on me.

I keep getting phone calls and voice mails from this number. They are threatening to put me in jail. They need to be stopped. I don't know what they are talking about but they are harrassing.

this number has called my cell and work number repeatedly saying they are from they from crime investigations and that there was a crime commited with my social. i am getting aggravated at the amount of phone calls already how to make them stop

These people say i will be arrested for check fraud for cashadvance usa, and said i'll be prosticuted for 8403.64 but i can make a plead for $700.00, or they'll send the police to arrest me, f*** em, I have a lawyer they can talk to, colombians are will be at war with america they keep this s*** up, scam scam,

These people called me saying i.owe them money and the were having the police v
come to my house to arrest me

They called me basically saying that if i didn't pay over $5000 they were going to prosecute my case and they were going to send my file to the local police in my home town so i can be arrested. But then they said they would make my whole file go away if just pay them $434. But what i would like to know is how did they get all of my information?

This number called me over and over again until I answered and then got mad at me for asking questions. Please stop these people whoever they are before someone gets seriously hurt.

These People keep claiming they have information against me witch I know for a fact it's not true. They are claiming to be officers of the law, I have law officials who have talked to them, people really are out to scam people I am so tried of people trying to scam me, ever time I look around someones trying to get over on me, at my cost, I've been scam so many time I know when someone is trying to do it
don't be fooled these are scandles criminals who will do whatever to make a dollar

These people are morons and idiots - DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL.

They have been located in Washington, D.C. and say they are the State Bureau of Investigations.  Liars...

They speak garbage on the phone try to call people all over the USA and they are committing a felony throughout the USA.  They are no where near any building in D.C.  They have been located on a side street and yes the local police in that city can go there and shut the company down.

You make one more phone call to anyone in the USA and your company will be gone forever.
