Received a voice mail from a Mark White and informed me that there was legal federal complaint filed
against me on at my address. I was informed that if I did not contact him by the end of the day to discuss and legal action would be taken against me. At the end, he told me good luck and God Bless You. I tried to call that number and had a couple bad connections. After that I looked up the phone number and was a scam.
I thought it was unusual for a Federal Investigator good luck and God Bless. I hope they get their's someday.

Got the same call.... A scam of course, I started asking him his name and SSN. He sounded from india. Xavier Marshall he says... He should be arrested, (If he is in the United States).
Do not listen to him... I suggest we each call that number 20 times a day each and F*** with his head until they give up..... Stupid idiots...

Got a call saying it was the FBI and if I didn't answer their questions I would be in trouble; the first time I hung up; second time same guy called back and sounded anger, asking why I hung up, also they know the address. Told him to not call back and that if it was the FBI it wouldn't say UNKNOWN CALLER. The third time someone else called and was trying to be nice, and asking for me to corporate with them. I googled the number and told them it came up under a scam and to not call back or else action would be taken..Haven't had a call back. They were Indian. BEWARE OF THIS!

This is an scammer. This person claim to be Xavier Marshall who is IRS chief justice. He said if my mom doesn't pay fees then my mom going to be arrest for 5 years. I fall for the scam & paid $1948.66. After that asking for more money.....

A guy with a thick accent left a message on my brother's answer machine looking for me and saying that there was a complaint filed against me.  Also, if I didn't call back by the end of the day, the local police was going to take me to jail.  This site helped with the number (202-241-8309).  

This number 202 241-8309 has called me twice with threatening messages working for Federal Investigation Department. That if I don't call him back he will contact my employer and I will be arrested by local authorities and I will go to jail. He has heavy accent but if you call the number you can't leave a message and his name is either Roger Marshall or Xavier Marshall.

Got the Exact message from "Xavior Marshall" claiming "Someone" has filed a federal complaint,We have received No certified mail about this so I know it's BS, and I cussed the A**le out,Called them back and some woman claiming to be from the IRS refused to give any info,I called again and "Brian Jackson" all with Heavy accents got pissed when I demanded his Federal ID and told me to quit wasting his time lol So I'm calling them as often as I can to let them know Ive called the FBI and they are scam artists THE JIG is up whoever you are !

Someone called for me and said they need to discuss and illegal business matter and scared my mom! When I called it went to a voicemail with some guy with heavy indian accent

Just received a call from the same number.  He had a deep accent and claimed there was a complaint on my name and said I would be arrested.  I called the FBI Office in DC and they confirmed it was a scam.  Beware!  He said his name was Mark Wright.

Got a call asking for my daughter who does not live with me but who uses my address as a permanent address.  The person calling has a heavy east Indian accent, saying he was officer Jack Braxton and that my daughter was in serious trouble if she does not call his office first thing in the morning for tax fraud.  If she doesn't call, he will press charges against her.  The phone number was 202-241-8309.

I got a similar call yesterday and called back , same Xavier Marschall . Said i was going to be arrested in 45 minutes for IRS fraud . very disturbing .

I have received the same call from a man named Steven Thomas with a very heavy Indian accent informing me that there was a complaint and lawsuit against me and my physical address and that my attorney should call back immediately anid not to disregard the message.

I received a call from someone  saying that he was with the federal investigation unit on 5/23/14.  This person left a message on my voicemail I'd n himself as Xavier Marshall and requesting that I return his call a.s.a.p..  Not sure what this is all about.  It appears that if this was a real serious matter,  mail should have been sent.  This issue needs to be checked out immediately.

scam, same as the others - Mark White with an Indian accent called asking for my attorney's address to send a complaint against me to. When I pressed he said he was a para legal with the "Federal Investigation Department" but didn't say which Department of government.  Then he said he was with the IRS.   He told me to call Daniel Wilson, the "Investigator" at 202 241 8309, which was the number he was calling from.  

Can somebody track this nuisance down?

I received  call from a gentleman saying his name was officer Steven Thomas of Federal Investigators Dept saying he had a legal complaint against me and my physical address. That better answer him right now or Consequences would be coming. When I called the number , I blocked my number .it was a gentleman with a middle east accent.

My Parents got the call two days ago,  One man who calls him self the Senior Investigator officer of IRS with Indian accent  and Has a ID#, Kept calling our house and accusing my parents of Tax Fraud.  My father went to IRS this morning and they told him they never called us and they have no issue with us.  That 202 number is fraud and do not give them any kind of information.  Block the number if you can and report them to IRS.

I got the same call last week....funny thing, they called my parents house and my parents told them I don't live there. Xavier threatened my parents saying that I'll be going to jail.  

I'm 33 years old married and live in another state. If he was a IRS agent, wouldn't they have my most recent info??? I filed my taxes with my current info. These guys are idiots. Avoid his calls
