Ya one more thing they said we are from the IRS department and will put in jail if you don't call us back . I call back and they answered me with hello I said who this they said who this ? Then he said I'm officer Dany Ross hahahahaha and I couldn't understand any thing his English was so bad . Scam scam scam nothing to be worry . Ignore them and don't answer

I received three calls from this number and they left me a voice message to call back ASAP other way they will arrest me and take a legal steps against me . So I freaked out and called back that number, they answered me with hello right away I knew there is some wrong , so they were talking in a tough way with asking me about personal info suck as my ssn # and etc... So I told them to kiss my a** :) I knew it's a scam .

I did the same thing to her, only  I left screaming as a message.

I got the message from Lt. Susan Bailey yesterday.......what scared me was the fact that I am a distributor of NATRUAL Appetite Control pills, I am a legal distributor, and I sell my pills all over the country.  So, for me it was nearly  believable that they had one of my packages, however what made me suspicious more than anything is that she called my landline, which that phone number  is not on any of my business information, it would've been my cell#.  Then, when I googled the number she called from,  I found this page, as well as others online talking of this scam.  I am relieved, a work from home, do no wrong person such as me, having a warrant.....hahahaha my neighbors would surely be talking if the swat team showed up.!!  I am glad to read also the FDA cannot issue warrents for arrest....that would be the DEA.....unreal, I hope this just ends!  Good luck everyone!  By the way....if you want to control your hunger and lose weight, I actually have the best LEGAL product out there, whck out my website www.acedietpill.com

Lt. Taylor called me Aug 8th different phone number said DEA AGENTS On on their way to my house to arrest me & search my house. Soon as I said I was calling local police dept she hung up it's a SCAM
Do not pay just hang up . So today I get a call asking for a Wanda I recognized the voice sure enough it was good ole Lt Taylor with the same ole s*** .... So again I have contacted local authorities and the local news as I did back in August.
If you or a friend, family member get a call just hang up it's a BIG SCAM !!!!!

My story is the same as the two above! I call the FDA and was told it sounds like a scam. The Officer named Lt Susan Baily wanted me to pay 6,000 but wait.... she will decrease the fee to 4,000 if I pay the total right now!

A woman called claiming to be Lt Lynn Taylor of the FDA and said I ordered medication online and it was confiscated by the Domincan Republic customs deparment . She said that I was facing 5 to 10 years in federal prison and that I would need to get a lawyer that would cost up to 15,000 dollars or I could pay fine anywhere from 5 to 8 thousand dollars. She plays it off very well. She puts you on hold and acts as if she is contacting the Domincan Republic Customs to find out the amount of fines. She also then tells you if you  involve a third party that they will also face time in jail as well which is where the story becomes shady. She called three times with in the matter of one week and says if you don't pay the amount within a certain time frame that she will send a warrant out for your arrest. I contacted a police officer who contacted the FDA himself and found out from the real FDA that there was no employee their with that name. The FDA agency is not allowed to arrest people. You would have to be served with a warrant by the arresting agency such as the FBI,DEA police enforement first. Luckily I never got to the point where we exchanged a money transaction but, it was almost to that point. Please be aware of this scam and this lady!

Called told me to go get $4500.00 in 15 minutes from bank  or the Agents would come to my house with search warrant and I would go to jail 5 to 10 years!!!!  Then they wanted me to go to the next town to a cigarette store and send it through some kind of machine!!    Then they kept calling my home saying if I did not hurry she was sending the agents to pick me up..   I am Bi-Polar  and I can not tell you how that upset me... Family thought they would have to put me in Hospital.....  My First cousin is a U.S. Marshall and we called him and he checked on it said it was a scam.  Then and only then   I could  stop looking out of  my blinds and sit down and catch my BREATH!!!!!!

Another scam.  Called pretending to be Lt. Taylor from Washington.  I asked for badge number, was told #36, not sure what badge number series are in Wash, but pretty sure they are more than 2 digits.  They did not get as far as asking for money, so should be interesting to see what angle they take to go from a supposed legitimate call to one where they ask for pay-off money.  A***oles.

Some illegal alien, who "can not obtain" my number/in their broken spanglish voicemail, tried to scam me with false claims i ordered meds from asia. He didn't know the FDA address, didnt know who the VP is now, wasn't sure where K street is...hahahha...these scumbags are hilarious...they even employ a few anglo w***es/criminals, who pretend to White Wash a veneer of Non Criminal origin to this grade school boiler room operation. very amusing amateurs.

received call from 202-241-9061 X1824. wanting to confirm off shore perscription and asking for my SS# and DL# to avoid prosecution and put people in jail. SCAM!!!

the person called claiming they were officer ??...(wouldn't say name clearly or slow enough for me to write down,...and odd that there's a kids voice in the background)...anyway, claiming that i bought a prescription medication online and that it was against the law... did I realize that it was against the law... I told them I couldn't understand them and then i disconnected the call.

I called back asked for the "officer's" information so that I may forward to my attorney and my attorney would handle the situation.  The "officer" then hung up on me.... chicken%#$#!!!!
