I also received o voicemail from that ignorant sounding fake dea agent mike turner I immediately knew it was a scam because I have never purchased  drugs illegally . Number one the voicemail  was 15  days old. Number two he left the so called message on a number which I use only for business purposes so he could have just randomly got my number off of a public list. Number three  I called the number back just to see who would pick up the line all you get is a answering machine.number four thank  google I googled dea agent mike turner and a scam alert immediately pops up.number five I know to never send money online or by wire.number six this moron is clearly a criminal to even think someone would knowingly get involved with a dirty dea agent. My husband wanted to call him back to offer him ten Reese's pieces lol but I said it was not worth it. I promptly reported him to the real DEA extortion line. What a jerk! I also do not open and delete any e mails from unsolicited online pharmacy.

got a call today from "DEA Sgt. Mike Turner", asking for my mother, who passed away in 2011.
the dea doesn't call people to say "pay a fine or were coming for you".. they just come.
they would also know if a person was deceased. morons need to find a real job instead of harrassing hardworking people.

I have been receiving these calls for over a year now...don't know why never purchase drugs online.  The latest agent is Christopher Randall..there have been numerous other agents. They often use real agents. I've looked them up online and you can often tell there is no way the voices I hear on the voicemails go with the agent. These guys DO NOT sound professional. They sound like low lifes which they are. I was so nervous when received first message. Thank goodness for the internet. Do not respond to these people. I haven't reported them but now that I have a number I am going to.

A Sgt. Mike Turner calling from number 202-241-1605 called and tried to tell me he had an arrest warrant for me due to me ordering drugs off the internet, which I have never done. I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about and he said if I didn't comply with him he would have me arrested. Advised him to send out all his guys, I would be waiting. Called the number back and got message that was not the same voice that called me to begin with. I googled the number he was calling from and it is a Magic Jack. You can make those phone numbers on MJ show up as any number in the world. What a scam. Get a real job.

I got a call today from Christopher Randall! I called back, told him I knew it was a scam & he kept talking over me. Finally, I told him I was calling the "real DEA" hotline number & will be reporting him. After that call, I called again & got a recorded message. I again left a message saying I reported them & he's a big joke. I said "if you just googled yourself you'd see you're a big scam!" I called one more time & the outgoing message was different - funny that it's different every time I call. I said "I think it's funny that the DEA headquarters is a throw-away cell phone!" Big give-away! The NEW number he's calling from is 817-768-7198 (FYI). The fun part is just messing with him. I said that I looked him up on the Internet & he responded that his info isn't on the Internet to protect him, his wife & kids ... Blah, blah, blah! He kept talking over me instead of being respectful & professional! At the end he said "Have a Merry Christmas!" Hahaha!

I just received a message from Special Agent Christopher Randall as well. I received a similar call last year from a woman. I am so thankful for this website as I was freaked out at first even though I had never ordered medicine online. When I told her I was just reading about the scam she hung up on me. This needs to stop! It is very intimidating if you don't know it's a scam. I'm feel so terrible for the people that lost money to these dirtbags!!

got the call too.  It was Saturday, November 3, 2012.  Sgt Christopher Randall called & brawl beat me up for awhile then I decided to have some fun of my own.  Yep, it was tons of fun.  In the meantime, I tried to let the real DEA know but really nobody is interested in this scam.  "Sgt" said the marshall was outside my home and ready to make the arrest.  I told "Sgt" to send a msg to come on in, the unfriendly dog would help them.  My unfriendly dog was barking in the background.  No $ from me.

Got a call from a Christopher Randall who says he is from the DEA and is calling me about a pharmacy that got shutdown. He intimated I had purchased illegal drugs and he needed to talk with me ASAP. I have never purchased drugs online. When I called the number he left on my answering machine, it was answered by a very unprofessional voice mail which I am certain would never be done at the actual DEA. I Googled his name DEA and the phone number and came upon this site and found others received similar calls.

Alert - Extortion Scam - Alert
DEA Warns Public of Extortion Scam by DEA Special Agent Impersonators

NOV 10 -- (Denver) The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is warning the public about criminals posing as DEA special agents or other law enforcement personnel as part of an international extortion scheme.

The criminals call the victims (who in most cases previously purchased drugs over the Internet or by telephone) and identify themselves as DEA agents or law enforcement officials from other agencies. The impersonators inform their victims that purchasing drugs over the Internet or by telephone is illegal, and that enforcement action will be taken against them unless they pay a fine.  In most cases, the impersonators instruct their victims to pay the "fine" via wire transfer to a designated location, usually overseas.  If victims refuse to send money, the impersonators often threaten to arrest them or search their property.  Some victims who purchased their drugs using a credit card also reported fraudulent use of their credit cards.

Impersonating a federal agent is a violation of federal law.  The public should be aware that no DEA agent will ever contact members of the public by telephone to demand money or any other form of payment.

The DEA reminds the public to use caution when purchasing controlled substance pharmaceuticals by telephone or through the Internet.  It is illegal to purchase controlled substance pharmaceuticals online or by telephone unless very stringent requirements are met. All pharmacies that dispense controlled substance pharmaceuticals by means of the Internet must be registered with DEA.

Kevin Merrill, Acting Special Agent in Charge of DEA?s Denver Field Division said, ?By ordering any pharmaceutical medications online or by telephone from unknown entities, members of the public risk receiving unsafe, counterfeit, and/or ineffective drugs from criminals who operate outside the law. In addition, personal and financial information could be compromised. Unfortunately, we have received several reports of Colorado citizens being victimized by this scam.?

Anyone receiving a telephone call from a person purporting to be a DEA special agent or other law enforcement official seeking money should refuse the demand and report the threat.
