Please help block this caller.  sacasa federico 202-330-3580

Received calls 2 days consecutive.   Did not answer.. same # and name as indicated from others.  These calls are so annoying.  Never answer the phone anymore till we look at caller id.

Continue to call and say calling about Pepcid bill. When call back number they never answer.

I've received the same call from this number on multiple locations. It is very annoying. I'm never home when they call and they've never left a message. Except today. The voice mail message left on my machine was by a women wanting to speak with the person in charge of my home's Pepco bill. She sounded as if she were reading a script!

This number has called our home multiple times.  Sometimes they say nothing.  The two times someone did speak it was to ask us about our electric bill. When I asked what their organization was, only one answered "Liberty Energy".  I asked each time to be taken off their list.  This same number called back today and did not answer when I picked up. Very annoying. Should be investigated.

They have called many times and never leave a message. It shows on caller id as a DC cell phone. I have received the calls in the past from the people claiming to want to lower my energy bill, so I would guess it is the same, just changed how it shows up in the caller ID

Left no message, but I'm glad I read what others have written here.

phone blocker!  It can block 250 numbers!!]  Thanks to this website
I can find out who's legitimate and who's not.  This one clearly isn't!

I just got that very same call with the Caller ID for Sacasa Federico although I can't say whether this was the name of the person I talked with.....

She said she was calling from Pepco and wanted to know why I hadn't signed up for some new low-cost billing program that was included in my last bill.  Said this was a courtesy call to (basically) get me to change my mind....

She then asked me to go get a copy of my last bill, and she would wait for me on the line because "I'm being paid by the hour anyway".  I laughed and she hung up on me.  I then called the # (since it appeared in my Caller ID) but of course it just rang for something like 30x before it disconnected.  No one ever picked up the line.  

I mean seriously!?  I should sign up for some program allegedly from Pepco when the Caller ID sure doesn't say Pepco!?  Guess if you call enough people, eventually you'll find someone who was born yesterday.......

I got that call too.  I just didn't answer.  I didn't recognize the name.  It sound fishy.

My caller ID says this number has called me every single weekday this month. I'm never home when this call comes in, and no one leaves a message. When I call the number, there's an outgoing message that the phone is not accepting incoming calls. Just go away!!

Claims to be from People's choice energy. Somebody like this needs to hire a company like http://profiledefenders.com because the way the shady man acted on the phone means that they can not possible be up to any good.

My guess is they are targeting elderly and minorities to slam them into alternative power suppliers.  The young female caller with a trace of an accent asked me about my power bill.  I cut her off, I am a renter -- no power bill!  I rec'd warning about this from the DC Government.

They call my place of work everyday and then hang up and I will call back and they will not answer

Yes, this irritating number is calling our place as well. After several calls and hang ups (no messages), I finally did *69 to see who called.
This is a pain in the a*** and it is probably NCO Financial, who I had to threaten last year to stop calling. They were calling for my mother-in-law. She doesn't even live with us and not even close regionally, but on top of it all - she has no outstanding debt...

Phone number from 202-330-3580 is showing as the same caller as mentioned by Willy. They have you on speaker the person calls you, and person only talked when you said something.

Have received several calls from that number in the last couple of weeks. They never leave a message. Caller ID says it is from Sacasa  Federico.

They will not leave a message...............They said they were calling from PEPCO.
