This number has shown up on my caller ID 3 times in the past week, it also shows the name 'Air Quality Alert' but when I answer no one is there..

Numerous nuisence calls!  As above - many calls - no one there when answered.

This # has called us multiple times over the past week, caller ID says Air Qlty Alert, doesn't leave a voice mail and when I answered the phone once nobody answered. At first, I thought it might be a new service regarding air quality index for the area, now realize it's a total nuisance, calls all hours day and night!

I get call s about 2 or 3 times every day...caller id shows Air Alert...I answered and no one was there and then I got a dial tone..When I dont answer they stay on line long enough for the machine to pick up but dont leave a message..Dont think this is American Lung Assoc....it is a scam..

Unwantted Phone Calls.

As with those before: calls 3 to 4 to 5 times a day.  Rings twice, no message.  Doesn't look like it does any good to pick up.

This number (202-367-9124 & 202-367-9133) has called my home many times and when I try to answer they hung up.  They do not leave a message if I don't answer.The name shows as: AIR QLTY ALERT.   Is there anyway to stop this?

Still actively robocalling.  A return call still identifies them as "American Lung Association."  Repeated calls over the course of the last few days.  Now has an option to remove number from list upon callback.  We'll see if it works.

Caller ID is "Air Quality Alert"  NO message with calls 3, 4 or more times a day. When you call back, if they answer, they warn you that they will call back! If you press 1, then 3, to tell them to stop, they then want your phone number. If you give the calls seem to increase and from more & different numbers.

I have received many calls from this number identified as Air Qlty Alert. Have not answered any of the calls.

area code same. prefix same. last 4 digits different than that calling the past 3 weeks.. still says they are Air Quality Alert. D.C. doesn't care to silence them. Who all benefits from these numbers harassing citizens?

Get a few calls a day from this number 202 367-9124    Phone ID lists it as Air Qlty Alert   -- what is that about?   We never answer it.   If it's another Debt Collector pest caller like we've had in the past for someone called 'Rodrigos Ravaros', whoever the heck that is!    Far cry from our name.   I'd like to know what the Do Not Call Registry does any more and how do these people get a hold of numbers that have been put on that list?    We've lived here almost 38 yrs. with the same phone number so it's not like it was "someone elses's cell or house number" before we had it.

Got call from this number also.  Caller ID said the same thing Air Quality Control.  Have also gotten calls from The American Lung Association.  Same thing happens every time, I let the answering machine answer the phone and then they hang up never leaving a message.  Seems to be happening all over the United States.  I find it odd that it's happening to so many people but yet, nothing seems to get done about it.  Funny that it's coming from Washington DC.  What happened to our Government?

The Caller ID show Air Quality Alert, do not leave a message. This is a scam.  They call using different numbers and different ID names

   I love these calls! Why, because I bought a Digitone Call Blocker. It's the greatest, it hangs up on calls like this and my phone doesn't even ring. The fun part is checking the device to see the numbers of all the unwanted phone calls. You need to get one too. wish I would have bought one years ago.

202-367-9124.  Just got a call and caller id says it is 'air quality alert' LMAO! Must be a scam co. that keeps trying new ideas to get people to answer the phone or a collection agency (as many of you have stated) that are trying a new strategy to get you to answer.

MRS Debt Collectors.  In my case they have the WRONG NUMBER.  HARRASSED ME FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS STRAIGHT---sometimes 4 calls a day.  Refused to leave a Message on the machine---Caller ID identifies them.  Also call from 757-209-2045-----410-968-7980-----202-607-2543---and 434-533-9007

Call came from Washington D.C. to Kansas at 09:27 hours CST on 2-2-2011. Call not answered, and no message left. Caller ID reflected Amer Lung Assoc.

It was interesting to read that other posters report collection activity by MRS Associates. Hmm, ducking collection laws claiming they are a non-profit? Inquiring minds want to know.

Have received 4 calls from this number in the last 2 months. Caller leaves no message and hangs up with a loud buzzing noise for a couple of seconds.  Caller ID indicates the origin is Washington DC.

Caller-id say "American Lung Association".  They called on SUNDAY!  and have called other days of the week, too.  I never answer.  They leave no message.

Call came this afternoon. Caller ID showed "MRS" as caller. Area code is in DC. Don't know who they are or why they are calling. They didn't leave a message. Just don't want them to call again. My number is on "Do Not Call" list.

We receive several calls that come up on Caller ID as "American Lung Association" per week.

Have been getting a call from this number almost every day for a couple weeks.  The caller ID says "MRS."  I have been letting the machine pick it up, and they never leave a message, but today I actually answered, said "hello," and there was silence and then dial tone.  I see the previous posts that say it is the American Lung Association which I have been getting calls from too, but the caller ID for that says "American Lung Association," so I am very confused by this.  Does anybody know for sure if this is MRS, which seems to be a debt collection agency, or the American Lung Association?  I haven't tried calling it back yet.

I just called this number back.  It is the American Lung Association.  The message when I called was that you have reached the American Lung Association.  We are sorry we missed you and will try to reach you again in a few days.
