THEY CALL ME 10 TIMES PER DAY AND HANG UP IT I WANGT TO BE PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST

I have no idea who they are and I will not answer numbers I don't know who they are and will never return calls when no voice message is left either!

Have numerous calls, sometimes many in a day and when I answer no one is there.  If I call back I get a recording that the person is not available

Receiving many calls from this number, I do not answer, want them to stop.

If you have Panasonic Costco phones it's easy. Push menu, #, 217, then push their number in, save and that's it, they are blocked. I love my Panasonic phone. It allows you to block numbers.

For about a year now I have been getting harrassing repeated phone calls from company's like this. I get rid of one ad another pops up. I did not expect to be harrassed in my own home in retirement.Someone please find a way to end these calls.

The company is called Card Member Services but do not contact the company from the website cardmemberservices.com as they are not affiliated with the scam. The webpage is through Chase bank & works w/other banks like First USA bank in DE.  It's just unfortunate they are using that name.  I just got a call today (again) that came up as SERVICEMSG with a Washington D.C. number 1-202-367-9951 & also 1-202-367-9968.  I pressed 1 to get an agent so I could ask to be put on their do not call list.  When I got an agent & asked for a direct number & address for the company I was disconnected.  I am on the national do not call list so I filed reports for every time they have called me.  If you call the number back you can press 1 to be put on their do not call list but it doesn?t work.

Don't call me on my cell phone, I won't answer.  Home phone is unlisted, how dare they?

These are the same idiots that called last year. Reporting them does not seem to change anything. They keep calling. I never pick up. Recorded message wanting to reduce my credit card rates.

This is only the most recent number from what appears to be the same people. If I answer, they hang up. Whenever I return the call, I am directed to an automatic voice system that lists the "services" they provide and tell me to leave my number with a message stating my phone number and that I wish to not be contacted. And then I get the same calls from a different DC number start with the exact same thing. I am on the Do Not Call registry and I have reported every number this BS "company" has tried to call me from. Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Calls me at work. My credit is flawless. I want them to stop harassing me.

I am getting these calls with increasing regualrity ... several times a day ..... so I saved the number to the name "junk" and set the ring to "no tone" ... this has worked with other #'s ...... they still call, but I never really know unless I review my "missed calls"

Got a call at my work...pressed 1 to ask to be removed, the guys literally cursed me out, I had some fun, but I was professional. He called me the n-word, f-bombs like crazy. When I told him that all calls are recorded, he hung up. nice!

Call 877-354-5485 and harass them back. Flood their lines until they have it. The defense is offense.
The company is PRIORITY DIRECT MARKETING. I already filed a complaint with the AG of my state.

Called the phone#877-354-5485 and I asked if they were the company who constantly calls people to change interest rates and the lady hungup...KEEP CALLING THEM EVERYONE.

telemarketing call offering to lower credit card debt. SUPER annoying

This is the second time I have been called by them.  I just don't answer any number that I don't know.  If it's something important someone will leave a voicemail.

Recorded message ON MY CELL PHONE, telling me I can lower my credit card interest.  I hung up.

I just received the call on my cell phone, I didnt answer, and they didnt leave a number.  I know MANY people on here are referring to the Do Not Call list, and that would be great if this company were actually using a list, but chances are they have a predictive dialer that just randomly dials any combination of #'s and that is how they are obtaining phone #'s that have been recently issued, or pre-paid cell phones, etc.  With most telemarketers or spammers, if the company does not get a "hit" that the email/phone # is active, they will eventually stop.  Hope this helps.

I have a new phone and number for just a few weeks....they must be good at getting details or are some folk at reputable orgs selling customer data ??Who knows but I wonder if I add them to a reject list on my cell phone will that stop the call actually costing me money ? what a bunch eh ??
