Have been getting calls from this number atleast twice a day for the past week. I got fed up and called them back. A man answered "IC Systems". I asked why I have been getting calls with no messages. He asked for my number and after telling hime my number he said I wasn't even in their data base. So I proceeded to ask what IC Systems does and he started to get rude with me by saying I will not tell you unless you tell me your name. I said "I already told you my name and number, now what is it that IC Systems does? He would not answer the question and remained rude. If you ask me I think they are a scam and trying to piece together information to steal identities. BTW I am in Ontario, Canada.

This number appears to be from a Debt Collection company, and they use an automated system. It'll put you on hold until one of their operators answers..

This phone number is from Chase Bank.  They call my phone 6 times a day and never leave a message.  When I answered the phone they put my on hold for a long period of time.  Anyone else with this problem look up how to write a Cease and Desist letter by law they must stop calling you and put everything in writing through the mail.  I fell on hard times and have done this with several credit cards.

This number calls me everyday...at the most ridiculous times. The number is registered to Annie Heier as a cell phone in Washington, DC. I don't know why a collection agency would be contacting me from a number registered as a cell phone. I think this may be a scam using ICF's name. The disconnect you when you call back.

i had a wamu card for 2 years, never overlimit, never late, and 1 month i was 2 days late and they raised the rate to 33%. That was 2 months ago and now they are calling every day

I have delinquent account with WAMU but I've been out of a job and have been trying to set up payment arrangements since DECEMBER. They are disgusting and call several times a day and do not work with you at all. Now they're calling and hanging up. I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I know that I am late on a WaMu card, but just like Sue, they raised my interest rate to 33%!  I was never late and always paid more than the minimum.  When we called to negotiate, they said that they had to raise the interest rate because of the ECONOMY [because the bailout apparently wasn't enough], and that per my card holder agreement, they reserve the right to do so.  So I said if they didn't lower it to where I could pay it, then they wouldn't get a penny more from me- I'm all about paying back what I borrow, but this is highway robbery.  Beware of CHASE!  They held my last payment to my Chase card until the day after it was due- then jacked up that interest rate and charged astronomical late fees...  This/these companies are Rotten To the Core.  If you bank with them- CHANGE!!!

This company calls our house at least 3 times a day, Sundays, early mornings, and late nights.  We have no credit issues with WAMU or CHASE.  After being awakened early in the morning, I called the number back, a glich in the system, they said.  They were looking for someone to collect from that I have never heard of.

I also have no WAMU or Chase accounts, and I am not delinquent on any accounts. I did stay on the line for a rep, but all I heard was a phone hang up and then a dial tone. Don't bother staying on the line. Another thing that I found odd is that the caller ID identified the number as a cellular call.

I have no WAMU card, and have no accounts delinquent.  So, why in the world would they be calling me.  The next time they call I may actually stay on the line for a rep.  They called this morning while I was 'trying' to sleep in, and I hung up before a rep came on the line.

Started getting these calls two days ago. IC System comes up on caller ID. Another number, 1-651-204-1313 comes up "I.C Sys Inc". This number comes up as a Washington Mutual Collections Agency. The caller does NOT leave messages. I don't have an account with WaMu.

I've never had a credit before...EVER. Why are these people calling me..It's SUNDAY and they just called me!

I'm getting calls from these people all day long,if it's Wamu I've been making my payments every month . I pay what I can afford to pay,they accept it .But every month they continue to call and harrass,I've paid them twice as much as what I owe. They are the rudiest people I've ever dealt with. No wonder Chase had to bail them out .

The IC Systems I know is a legitimate debt collector. However, someone could be using their name. One of the companies they represent is WAMU Credit. ICS uses many different numbers. Sometimes you will see IC Systems in caller ID and other times they block their name.

I would be slightly concerned if they are calling you and you aren't past due with anyone. Either someone is Phishing or you could have been tagged with a debt you don't owe. It could just be a database error.

One of the latest scams (not implying ICS does this) is to get you to reveal the security code on the back of a credit or debit card. To legitimize themselves, the caller will have all of your account information except the code which is what they are after. The bank that issued the card would already know that.

Interesting - I have never had a Washington Mutual account other than a mortgage that was sold to Wells Fargo a few years back. Wrong number I guess, never a message left.

It is WAMU collection. Im delinquent. I tried to settle With thease Theives, since they raised my intrest to 33% !!!!!! this is after We the people, Gave them BAIL OUT $ !!  they wouldn't Settle With me ,So i Told them "Where to Go !" What A sin.........When I had been paying them 4 years On time & alittle over the amount of monthly pmt. I wish I could LOAN SHARK like the banks are now doing !!!! I'de Be Rich........Just like the CEO'S.....

A man called me at 8:30 this morning, asked me if this was "XXXX".  I said "yes". Then asked, "XXXX XXXXXXXX?"; I said "yes" and he hung up.  When I called the number back I got a recording stating, "Please stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly"; "Please hold and your call will be answered in the order it was received", and disconnected.

I got a call from this number on Mothers Day!!!! Do these people have no respect!!! I don't know these people don't have any late bills and don't know why these friggin people are calling me !!!!!

I have been getting about 3 calls everyday this whole week from this number! I called back and they told me it was a type-o in the system. I thought everything was ok when the next mourning they called again! U believe this comapny enjoys me going off on them.

I do not have an account with Wamu nor do I owe any money.  So I do not know what this all about but the very next time I get a call I will not be very nice.

I do have a delinquent WAMU/Chase credit card account. I'd imagine they're a debt collection company.

This number is registered to a person names Annie Heier at 5005 Call Place SE, in Washington, DC. The address is an apartment, not a business address. The number is registered as a personal cell phone. This is probably a scam using ICF's name as they always disconnect you when you try to call back.

I fell behind on bills due to being let go WHILE on maternity leave, so I was out of luck and out of money. Now that I am working I have tried catching up on my bills. Only two of my CC companies stopped adding late charges and other fees while I get caught up yet when I called WAMU to make a payment they wanted some outrageous $385 or in payments but they wouldn't stop adding late fees which defeats your purpose in getting caught up. Then I told the agent that I would rather make an extra payment with the credit card companies that are working with me and she got rude. I told her to go fly a kite basically. After you are late by 180 days the credit card company will work with you, not this bogus agency. I'd rather just wait it out and settle with them in like 3 months.
