I see dead people

They're calling me for SPECTRUM debt.

They're just going about, getting their money, the wrong way.

Don't expect any respect, from these people.

I also get calls from this number multiple times a day, I finally answered today and it was a live person. They asked for me by name and I said it wasn't me. They asked if I knew this person I said no. They said they would remove my number from their call list. So basically just answer and tell them you don't know who the person is they're asking for.

They've called 5 times in 2 days. Very rude. I just hung up on them and put them on my blocked call list.

BTW... 18 seconds.

Name of the company is IC Systems.  If you want to have a little fun, ask them to identify themselves before you say they are talking to the person they are trying to call.  The callers have accents, so when they say they are from IC systems.. Say 'Im sorry, did you say Ice Cream Systems?  I love ice cream.  Do you deliver?'. No matter what they say..respond with something like 'I would like to order chocolate and vanilla.  If you havr swirl, that would be great, too.  Please add candy sprinkles and a cone on the side.. Well, I mean cone on the side.. Not the sprinkles.. You can put them on the ice cream.... ' and just go on and on.. Try to get them to interact with you. Ask what their favorite flavor is and if they get company discounts?  Finally, once they hang up report back here how long it took them to give up.  If they call back, start again from the beginning.  They will stop calling, and you'll get a good laugh.. For free, thanks to them.

i keep getting calls from this number.....i do not answer.....they need to stop

Same situation as all of the others, since I get calls from them several times a day, and this has been going on for weeks. I answered twice, and was advised to wait, which I am unwilling to do. The aggressive nature of this operation does make them appear to be a collection agency

i have no outstanding debts, but they are calling me anyway,. they don't seem to speak english and they are annoying.  isn't there an app for your i phone that blocks telemarketer calls?   maybe we could form a class action lawsuit.

I got a call in the morning then again in the afternoon.  I decided to call back and go through the process of finding out the information they were calling about.  It was for a debt that was from a cable compnay as an upaid final balance from the people that moved to the house I lived in.  I decided to get my money from the people that moved into my old house and then paid off the IC Systems collector.  The cable company closed my account and passed the info to them so there was nothing I could resolve with the cable company.  Will I ever use Time Warner again...no..ooops I guess I let the name slip.  The lady Jan was very helpful from IC Systems and helped with sending me a conformation letter in the mail clearing me of my ties to a crappy company.  My suggestion, just deal with the debt instead of the crap company that sent their claim to IC Systems.

A person called my cell phone from this number looking for someone who else who is deceased. He refused to identify himself and say why he was calling when asked. Just kept asking for this other person and said he would call back, even though I told him there was no reason to call this number as I am not the person he is looking for or is that person alive! I have added this number to the reject list to block it. Web searches just show that it is a land line phone number in Washington, DC provisioned by Verizon. He also wouldn't tell me how he got my number.

I've been getting at least 6-7 calls a day from this number 202-367-8779 . I finally answered the call and talked to a foreigner who said she was in the transfer dept for IC Systems and that she would be transferring me - hung up on her.

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago - party that answered was automated voice - said please wait while I connect your call - please do not hang up - I hung up after a minute of being on hold. I wanted to know wha this is all about - i've missed several calls from this number - Beware - sounds too suspicious.

I just don't answer and I don't have voice mail so I probably end up annoying them even more.  Ha Ha!

I just for a call from that number and an automated voice told me please wait someone Is trying to contact u..so I waited then a mans voice asksif they can speak to Melissa and I said she's not here and then they had asked to speak to my husband and I asked who this is an they didn't want to tell me...

A debt collector for different industries, mostly healthcare.

Report them to www.IC3.gov. Also read a report about them there, as they are under investigation.

IC system has been calling the past month like 4-5 a week and not leaving messages. When I finally answered today, they said I had an unpaid bill $50.79 from verizon. also they said if I don't pay by tomorrow it it going on my credit report I double checked my old account from verizon. The final bill was $50.79 but when I had paid it like 3 months ago, I accidentally paid $50.00 not $50.79 so I only owed the company $0.79. Now I just have to call verizon tomorrow and straighten it out.

WHY CANT THEY JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY FIRST TIME THEY CALLED???

I would have called them back the next day.

Calls us about once a day.   Never anyone there when I do answer so I set the number into our stored numbers and set it to 'no ring'

And for the guy who says it's a collection agency..   I don't have any credit cards.  My car is paid for.  My mortgage is current, and I have no medical bills that are outstanding.

Its just another leech company calling to harass people continually . if it is a collection agency..then everyone working there needs to burn in hell after dying a slow, agonizing death..  I'm sick of the calls, and I've even tried to call them back but the line always rings as busy and I can never get through.  Whoever they may be trying to reach.. this person is not me

Scamming the credit card companies?  You must be kidding me.  The credit card companies, and banks in general, are vampires

OMG.. i get this call 3-4 times a day and never 1 message! gotta change my number its starting to become a harassment issue =P

They're a collection agency. If you paid your bills you wouldn't be getting the calls. All of you who think its a scam are idiots... You're the ones scamming the credit card companies. Get some cash together and figure it out.

Just started getting calls from this number today.  Has already called me twice and left no message.  Wicked cool.

This number is registered to a person names Annie Heier at 5005 Call Place SE, in Washington, DC. The address is an apartment, not a business address. The number is registered as a personal cell phone. This is probably a scam using ICF's name as they always disconnect you when you try to call back.

they call starting at 830 in the morning and last call is usually around 845 at night.  they never leave a message.

I, too, get calls from this number 2-3 times/day.  I never answered (I don't usually answer if I don't know the number).  But they never leave a message.

This number has been calling my cell several times a day.  I do not know who it is and they do not leave a message either.  If it is a telemarketer, they called before 9 am on a saturday and that's a no no.

IC Systems uses many phone numbers - a new one each time after I call block the previous one they use.  Keep call blocking.  They also used 1-202-870-5886 today.
