I received the same text message from this number claiming i won an apple product, tell me to go to the fake website www.apple.ca.wstw.cc. It's spam!!

I am constantly getting annoying emails from this number claiming I have won a fake apple product, when I checked the website they claim for you to go through which www.apple.ca.wstw.cc all they want is all your personal information in which they can send spam and steal your info. I am getting fed up receiving messages from them.
