Same here they have been calling me for a year. i told the guy to stop calling me and he say mother f**ker sun of B***h.. I laugh and told them learn how to speak English dumb a$$... there to funny and there lady called last week and I am going to call you 100 times a day... I block that number hopefully they don't call me again.. you can also call the do not registry line and they try to block all calls from telemarketing 1-888-382-1222.

No need to change your number, just get a good call blocker!  No matter what number you have, scammers will always try to call.

Got a call from this number yesterday.  The person who spoke was not very understandable and had as best described an Indian or Pakistani accent.  It sounded like he was asking for someone but I couldn't understand him.  I got irritated and said "Call me back when you can speak understandable English"... He then yelled very clearly " You mother ****er", then hung up.  Probably a scammer and l'm glad I had the opportunity to irritate him.  Shortly after I put the number in a call blocker :)

Nuisance call to cell.

I'm sick of dealing with this c***, so I just emailed him a text message bomb. Let's see how much he likes 30,000 text messages containing the world's largest french novel.

Called on cell phone.  Answered, but they hung up.  Very annoying.

This number called at least three times this week, previous two times, nobody there when I answered.  Today, a female with heavy (Indian?) accent spoke. Same scam, saying that I was selected to receive a government grant. She was from the US government, "Grant Department". Yeah, right.

Good news, the caller left a message, I have a government award of $9000, and now they need my bank number so that I can retrieve the cash... SCAM! Are people really this gullible to accept this? Message is saved on my phone, just in case some law officer wants it...

They have been calling me for a year.
First with a "grant" of 7500 form some insan sounding guy. Now its 9000 from a lady with the same accent.. I brought this change of monies up and the call was disconnected.

When I called back to get an identification I was put into a recording that says it is a QUICKEN number that is no longer in service.  I doubt it has anything to do with QUICKEN.  They probably use an incoming-call-to-them database that before answering checks to see if we are a number they previously confirmed and if so then switches us into this fake QUICKEN recording.  

Wouldn't be nice to have laws passed to execute these a***oles without any trial once they are identified?  Save us alot of money and identify theft grief.

I got a call from them 5 days last week leaving a message and thrice this week - so I called them back and swore at them in Hindi and Voila! He started swearing back in Hindi! IRS Agents don't do that for obvious reasons :-) It was pretty comical. I suspect he won't be calling me back anytime soon

they call my phone twice a week and called from another country them losers they just hang up

# was on my caller id one day but no message & it called again when I was home so I answered. Guy had a VERY HEAVY accent & hard to understand. I went to the website he gave me while we were on the phone & started reading stuff back to him about it being a scam & he got very defensive. He claimed my name was picked through a demographic survey they need & I qualify for a $9000 grant. I asked how I qualified & he said because I pay my bills on time, have no criminal record & no bankruptcies. I said, 2 out of your 3 are not accurate & he insisted he was right. I yanked his chain for awhile trying to get as much info as possible & then just hung up on him.

Receive numerous phone calls from this same number claiming to be from the government offering grants.  Heavy accent.  Tried to call the number back and I got a message that said the international number cannot be called from this phone.  Definitely a scam.  

Same as above, keeps calling me. won't leave message. Changing my number now.

Name appearing is Tilaye Wake - hung up when I answered.

This happened to me last week, I ask him to take me off the call list and he asked how many times have i called you i said too many and hung up. he then called my phone 8 times back to back to back and when i answered he cursed me when i said hello so i started answering and laying the phone down and i can hear him yelling saying hello. KARMA

I got a call from this number too 202 378 7651. A girl with a very heavy accented English started speaking. She knew my name as address. Then said Federal Goverment has granted $9000 and gave me a grant access number. After that she told to call a number 202 697 9368.
I knew all along that this is a scam but wanted to get to the bottom of this so kept playing along. I just wanted to find out how they found my name and address.
Later I remembered I had entered my address in a movers and packers quotation site.
They are just a bunch of losers with no work and trying to waste other peoples time.

Getting many calls from this number...never leaves a message but when I answered they were obviously and scammer trying to rip off people.

Said that .. they are government n wanted to give me a graint with out taxable, n never pay it back. Their English is more like country side people unlikely governor speaks.

Scam artist trying to scare people into giving credit card info over phone or cops will come to your work. I laughed at them and it was probably because I entered my info on one of those payday loan sites. Dumbest thing I ever did. I got 70+ call within 2 days telling me I owe money when I never reicived anything. I was seeing what I qualified for.
