I think you are employed by this scamming organization, because it is fraud. I called Edwin Chase directly at 202-821-4799 because he was harassing me after I notified my bank my debit card was compromised & he argued with me saying he worked for the department of homeland and the FBI. WTF?! The FBI, what a f-ing idiot! his info is as follows. Never give your SS# or bank account information to anyone, that is a sure sign they are fraudulent & you will be financially robbed.

This number called me and said that i was eligible fr a no payback federal grant for 4700.00,after a bit they called me back and said that they were having difficulties and that i could pick this up at a western union but it would cost me 135.00,they said tht it would refunded to me at the same my money came through.

I received the exact same call and follow up with instructions... im a little skeptical and currently researching... please let me know whether this worked out for you or whether we are being scammed.

this no. called me too and ask me for account info. they said the same too me but i dont have to seen them anymoney. this will call me and send me money to my account. i got the same call...  now um wait to see what happens....

well it can be possible i also received that same call from govt grants dept, but guys govt has provided me my grants money....well i think it depends that you have received a call from right dept or not. I received a call from that same number...

it is a scam. go to your bank now! they will call you back and tell you to send them 135$ via western union to verify your idenity and then you will get your money. its all bs and they are a scam. edwin chase is fake and so his is gov id number. go to www.gov.grants.com and read what it says about grant frauds. never will you be randomly selected for a grant unless u have applied for one. second if you do get approved for one they will never ask for money to cover fees or any other bull crap!!!

100% fraud. this is a scam! if u gave them ur bank information i would highly recomend you to transfer your money before they take it. call 1-800-876-7060 and reprot them. EDWIN CHASE IS FAKE AND HIS GOV ID NUMBER 42069.. ALL BS!!!!

i received the same call and im a little suspicious.. supposedly its an government org and they refered me to www.gov.grants.com ( i thought gov sites end with .org - i maybe mistaken or maybe its a non profit org.. no idea.. ??) and they want me to sent them $135 via western union to verify my identity before sending me the $4500 (including the $135) supposed grant. Im a little suspicious and they have quite a bit of my personal info, so im sceptical and worried.  Does anyone have any news regarding this. Is it a scam? Is it legit? and did anyone receive their grant from this tel # (202 3890 3693)?
