I got a call from this number and the person made a reference as though I was someone they knew. The lady calling me said "Boo" when I answered. I asked what & she said "Boo" again. I told the lady she had the wrong number. She apologized and I hung up the phone.
There does seem to be something odd going on. In less than 2 hours I also had gotten a similar call from the number 202-719-2133 - another unknown caller who acted like they knew me.
These calls are too odd and came out of the blue. Something feels awkward to have these calls just happen like that.
