I live in Toronto (416 area code, proper) and I am just ignoring this number.  Have NO legitimate connection to this area code and number.

I got a call from 648-777-7775
Thought it looked weird so i looked it up.
The guy on the phone couldn't talk properly,
kept pressing a dial button,
Thought it was suspicious so I reported here.

I'm from France just received a phone call ftom 3261 they Wang me to call another  number but i didn't do it. Don't Know wath they Want but i try to fine out what Kind of number it was and i fine your website which is confirm my doubt isabelle

Thanks to sites such as these know what the calls are and don't pick up. 202-407-3261 (April 29/13), 202-427-2637, 202-740-2584 - earlier this month. Calling on my cell.

Also, be careful about much on Project Free TV. You can click on something and end up with Web Search - it is a virus most programs don't catch - and why is that. All kinds of little popups show up, computer slowed down. Why can't that also be stopped - ie the WebSearch virus - by the main programs AVG and addl.

I'm also from Montreal, Quebec. I have now rec'd calls from 202-407-3261, 202-427-2637, and 202-740-2584. What is strange is the last one appeared on my phone as having the "1" in front of the area code, and also without it.

since i join a alaska cruise at settle,i have gotten the call on cell twice a week in Canada.
when i ordered this trip online that got a bad service but now it is so annoying.
i am very very regret to have the trip.

The phone industry is sickening. They secretly hire spam bots to charge their customers for long distance and to steal their information.

If companies like Virgin and Rogers don't step up their game in preventing (or stopping) these spam phone calls, they're going to have a lawsuit on their hands.

It costs people money, not a lot, but add all the customers together they accumulate millions by doing this. Even if they aren't hiring these guys, they aren't going to stop them because they make money by allowing it.

Boycott communication companies until they stop.

get calls from this number at least one every two weeks on both my cell no. What can we do to stop it

I  finally answered the call from this number- it  told  me i won a  cruise if  i take  a  short survey- i will get  2 cruise tickets. It gives you  the  option of  pressing  # 9 and  having  your  number removed from the calling  list.

Not sure why a DC number 202-407-3261 is calling my phone, nor do I have a clue how they got my number as I dont give my mobile number out to anyone other then friends
