Between 9:30pm and 9:45pm, I received several calles from 202-436-9558 XSPA Services or 202-436-9557 LLM Services, but when I respond it is bussy sound and I can not call them.It should be a way to stop this people.

They don't leave messages either. I hate it. I actually know people from DC (202 area code) and am wondering if it is someone I should return the call. Thanks for solving my mystery.

This guy has called my wife on two or 3 differnt days not really asking anything, foriegn accent just wants to talk to her then says nothing. hangs up.
We * 69 the number but you cannot call them back. out of service. Very annoying and scared the s... out of my 15 year old daughter

THESE JERKS HAVE CALLED US SEVERAL TIMES. WE CANNOT GET TO CALL THEM BACK.
I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN SOON.

I'm tired of receiving calls from these people...don't even know what they want or what they are trying to market! I hope someone reading this knows a legal way for us to stop these annoying calls. I tried calling the number back but it seems to be spoofed! Anyone help please.

Have had that number (646) 918-5163 called my house the last several days. Same old BS of "You won, something yada yada." Some Spanish Guy with the last name Rodrigues. So he just called again (9:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time on a Sunday and I had it. STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER!! That was it.

I too have been getting a phone call from 202-436-9559 every hour since 7am this morning.  It was really pissing me off.  I finally answered it at 9:30 this morning.  They asked for me by my first name (in a foreign accent) and wanted me to confirm my zipcode.  I told them, "Hell, no."  Turns out they were DELL financial services.  They then hung up on me.

There is a low cost long-distance company that uses XSPA as a conduit for their calls. I see XSPA on my caller ID often, and when I do answer it IS someone I know.

Received 3 calls from these people from 1-2am.  If they are in fact a telemarketing company how can they legally call at that time of night.  They hung up twice and the third time were speaking in some foreign language.

I received a call on Sunday evening 6/29/08 around 6:30 pm. They claimed I or someone had entered my name for some  coupons and I had been selected for a gift package which included 2500 in cash, 32 inch flat screen TV, 6 days 5 nights vacation to Las vegas and a Lincoln Navigator.I would have to claim it at a National Gift Center and would need a male to accompany me since I am single. They claimed they tried to contact me by mail and I did not respond. You could hardly understand what they were saying. When I asked if I could get a confimation notice, they became a little "testy". The phone # I am to call back to is 646-918-5163 Ex 111 and ask for Edward Collins. He'll be waiting a long time for a call.

I've also received a few calls from this number.  each time the call comes in and when it's picked up, it sounds as if i was dialing a number.  Interesting.  But i have noticed that there are two numbers, each begin with  the same 9 numbers, just the last digit changes.  for instance: 646-233-4545
646-233-4546.

Anyhow, they call, no one responds.  it's annoying.

Call-ID shows number only, it does not display the company's name.

i also got a phone call like this tonight. I had trouble hearing what the person was saying but he said something about getting a credit card and when i said pardon he paused and i heard noises that sounded like rap music in the background. I am confused about this. nothing was stolen from me and my house has the service to block out these kind of calls. PLEASE HELP!!

I got a call from my friend in Colorado which area code is 303. The number was displayed was not my friends but 202-436-9558

These jerks called us twice at 3am. When I answered they hung up each time.

I recieved a call from (646)233-4548 and "xspa services" is what showed up in the reverse phone detective. What bothers me is the person asked to speak to me, I said "speaking" and then the guy hung up. a little background on why i am bothered is that my laptop and cellphone were stolen and obviously both of those hold a lot of personal info. i hate these a***oles!

i just answered the phone on these jerks and the guy (with a Mid-Eastern aceent) says his name is Neil Johnson. He says i see you have over $10,000 in credit card debt. I say oh, really??? Yes, are you trying to say you do not owe this??? I said that's amazing since I DON'T have any credit cards and declared bankruptcy. He immediately says, Oops I got the wrong name and hangs up hard!

I just recieved a call from a local Las Vegas Number 702-977-5960. Caller ID display read:XSPA Services. It was stating that the warranty on my vechicle was running out so i pressed 1 to speak to an operator because my fiancee has been getting the same calls. When the operator finally got on the phone i asked her which vehicle this was referring to and she responded with "I cannot pull up the exact make/model of the vehicle that this call is refering to because there are multiple vehicles registered, all i have here is that it is a vehicle year 2005 or before" i found this interesting because all 5 cars that are registered to this houshold are 2006-2008. So i told her we have no vehicles 2005 or before. I heard someone cover the mouthpiece and say "what do i do?" and then i was hung up on.
Interesting isnt it???
I reccommend if you get one of these phone calls you ask for the specifics of what they are calling about.

Okay so I actually just got one of these calls from the "Xspa Services". I did some research and they are in fact a telemarketing firm. I know of another that operates the same way, and no, it is not illegal to call back the number and have it be disconnected because they are actually operating, more than likely, out of an outbound only call-center. They can only make calls, yet not receive them because their phones automatically dial our numbers. That number that you get on your caller ID is an outbound only number, thats why it comes up d/c everytime you call back. Also, it takes up to 30 days for the company to actually get you on their "Do not call" list, which sucks. What i suggest is going online and finding one of those sites that allow you to place your number on their list to PREVENT telemarketers from calling. Sort of a "pre-do not call" list so to speak. Other than that, im sorry, but not even the threat of a lawsuit will deter these people...

I have been getting calls from this company, if you can even call it that, as well. I believe it is Auto Solutions working under a different number. It is very annoying - they call my home, cell and now work numbers. Despite asking to be removed from the call list, the calls keep on coming. I wish these people would leave us alone. What can we do to stop this? Nothing??

I've been receiving a call form this number 1-202-436-9558 and my caller ID displays the name XSPA Services. When I tried dialing the number back, I get a recording that says such number doe not exist. I believe it is a spoofed number for marketing purposes and I know it is ilegal to do so, but I'm wondering if someone knows how I can fight these annoying calls!? Thans for your help.
