A lady keeps calling and asking for our President by name.  When I asked her if he can call her back she always replies that she is at a number that can't be called back.  She has called work at least 3x in one day.  The President does not want to talk to her.  She will continue to call back

called and asked for someone. would not leave message. called them back and requested to not be called again.

They left a voicemail message saying they are from the Colorado Assocaition of Realtors. Why would the Colorado Association of Realtors use a Washington DC phone number?

Called and asked for my boss by name. Told him he was not in the office and if I could take a message. He said "No. I'll just call back."  Hung up.  Looking at the comments... Oy, it's going to be a busy week if these folks keep calling. My boss isn't going to want to talk to ANY political party. He's got work to do!

Like Mary I am a devout democratic atheist as well, but work for a devout Racist Republican company that donates a lot of money to the tea party.  I get to  answer the calls, receiving the republican junk mail, and watch fox news in the break room. It is exhausting how relentlessly ridiculous is.

I agree, however I believe that this is not actually the Republican party, but imposters trying of opposite persuation to undermine the Republican party. They are doing this with the Tea Party as well. I am not implying that I am either, however, They can apply any label they want to. I think anytime annoying calls are continually received with a specific label, it is actually the opposition to that label sending the bogus call.

I am a devout Republican,  however,  I would like to get ALL political calls blocked regardless of which party they represent or what their reason is for calling.  We all pay for our telephone service,  for ourselves,   not as a public utility for politicians,   charities,  telemarketers,  informationals,  or anyone else to abuse us with.

We continue to get calls from the Republican National Convention.  I would really like to know how to get this to stop.

Called once and I put them through to voice mail.  So they hung up and IMMEDIATELY called back.  I didn't even give them the courtesy of voice mail the second time

Called my office and breathed heavily on the voicemail but left no message.  Caller ID says WASHINGTON.

A woman from this number called asking for my boss by his full name (which he does not use, and anyone who does business with us knows what name he uses). Strike one.

When I asked for a message, she said, "Oh, I don't have a call-back option. When will he be available for me to call back?" Strike two.

When I Google'd the number, it comes up as a locksmith in Washington, DC. Either that's an old listing, or a front for the telemarketers. Strike three.

They just called and asked for my boss (riiiiight. no.). I googled the number, and find the number belongs to a locksmith in Washington, DC.  Which is, of course, ridiculous; we would have no business with a locksmith 800+ miles away.

Oh, and it was one of those, "I don't have a call-back option. When will he be available. Oh, well, I'll try back later, then."

The only thing I can think of is that they've named (whatever it is) Locksmith Emergency Express. But it could be an old listing; I don't know.

This number just called my office butchering the owner's name.  Caller ID came up NationalCapital, but the caller said he was from the RNC.

Some in reference to the Republican National Convention.  They said it wasn't a survey, I put them in voicemail.
