PLEASE BE AWARE that these people are a SCAM!!!! Trying to scam good people like you and me out of our hard earned money!!! They have been calling me for months with different names, phone numbers and different "law" departments! I guess they think that if they change their names and numbers I will not recognize them for the skeevy, liying, kniving, SOB b*****ds they are!!!  I got a call today from a Mike Davis, funny how Mike has a deep Indian/middle eastern accent but his name is such a good old American name!!!! HILARIOUS!!!  

Please report these people to the United States FBI scam department in the FBI's web site.

***Do not fall for this SCAM*** You will not be arrested, you will just be paying SCAMMERS money for nothing you owe!!!

If you want pay back..... ask them or call them back and ask (if its even a good number):

- where the account you owe money is from? ((they will say they can't provide that information over the phone and you will find out in court. AS IF!!!))

- who is the original issuer of the money you owe? ((they will give you the run around or make up some bull, sometimes they will come up with a company you have borrowed from **just call the original company if you can't remember if you paid them**))

- where are they (the caller) located? ((they won't give you an answer or it will be fake, google it... $20bucks says it is fake!!!))

- ask for the caller's company address for example to send payment? ((again they will have no answer, they will want payment over the phone with a card, bank account, or for you to send a money order... DO NOT SEND PAYMENT NOR GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK!!!))

- ask for a manager? ((the caller will tell you he's the manager or put you on hold and put someone else *if you listen carefully its the same person changing their voice*... you have no idea how many times I've pissed them off bc I catch them and call them out on it))

Believe me they fluster and stumble upon their own lies when you ask all these questions since they have no good answers!!!!  I have had a operator go all the way and curse at me, say most of the vulgar things I have ever heard to me and some can't even hang up the phone until you hang up so they get mad if you don't hang up and keep pestering them with questions!!!

I received at a call Sat at 11:58 p.m. waking me up saying that the weight loss class (i have a webinar I od) is a scam and hung up.  I did not recognize the voice but like I said they woke me up.
I called the number and got a not in service.

Call came in at 1:07 p.m. on January 5. Caller ID said Education Office. They didn't leave a message.

Earlier I said caller message left a phone number - sorry, it was a Web address, no phone number.

This number shows up as Education Office. They called me last night at 12:15 a.m. They have also called in the past after 2:00 a.m. They leave a (computer) message saying my computer needs service with a number to call. They repeat the message 4 times and so they are blabbing for about 3 minutes. And I don't dare pick up to hang up.

i received a call from this number.  the CID said "EDUCATION OFFICE".  i don't have an answering machine, so they couldn't leave a msg.  no idea who it was.

Just called at 6:10 pm, didn't pick up, left no voicemail.
I understand it might be skype, but the caller ID said
EDUCATION OFFICE.  No way that's a skype relay
number.  Some scammer.

I just received this call today, 1/5/12 in the DC/MD area.  At home in MD.  I did not answer the call, nor did they leave a message.  So, I can assume from the other comments that this is a prank/scam caller.  I won't answer this call/number in the future. :)
If it was a skype call, they did not leave a message.

I have received calls from the same number tens of times this year. But nobody was on the line. My caller ID often said Education Office.

If it is a Skype call, and most say it is, it may be some sports betting service to you, but it could be someone else's brother.

Got a call from this number. They said they worked for Microsoft Corp. and that there is errors an viruses on our computer.

Yes this person has an accent.  And when they call they call me back to back (because I ignore the call).  He also leaves a message about a lawsuit and not to ignore the message and leaves my last 4 digit of my social.  I have actually spoken to this person before because they called on my old cell phone number.  Of course I dug in his stuff then he said he would transfer me to his supervisor.  And guess what he was his supervisor (just tried to change the name),

Man with a thick accent, indian or far eastern european called to tell me he was from FEDEX and wanted to deliver a priority package.  All I had to do was give him my physical address and job title.
Due to my job I know that is total bull**it as neither are required to be confirmed.
I have reported the call to federal authorities for them to track.
Annoyingly, they actually had my name correct...  Time to disappear from all social networks I guess.

keep calling, this is annoying .  Stupid people keep calling, annoying. redailed and the  number is no good.  why keep call--- you need to fix this if the number is no good.  How can someone call me if the numnber is good.

this guy told me the same thing.. that he will pray for me... he is tripping.. and I am going to try to get the US Attorney's office to find out where these people are located.

If you get a call from this number you should ignore it  or tell the person on the other line that you need to call him back and what number you should call back on.  They wanted my email address for some purpose.

I got a call from (20@-481-3310 showing as educations office. The guy with the accent said I had won a $50.00 gift card and he needed by email address. I told him I did not want the gift card and that I do not give out my email address.

Got call at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. A woman asked for me by name but mispronounced it. I called it back and got the tones indicating that the number does not exist. Must be a scammer redirecting the call to a nonexistant number

Received a telephone call from 202 481-3310.  Enhanced Recovery Collection.  Do not make any payment arrangements with them.  They are debt collectors and call from different telephone numbers.  They are dishonest and will try to bully you to settle.  Do not accept their offers.

I spoke to a female representative.  I am paying the original creditor and she became very
annoyed when I told her that I would not commit to their payment plans.  The original creditor
is receiving payments.
