They call almost every 2 hours all day

I am on a do not call list, but receive multiple phone calls every day from unwanted solicitors! The do not call list is obviously just a bunch of BULLS**T because no one ever enforces it! The people who are not enforcing this need to be fired immediately and replaced by people who are willing to work! I have made complaint after complaint against callers and yet NOTHING is ever done to stop the calls! I am looking for a lawyer who is willing to begin filing lawsuits against these criminals. Does any one know of one in the north suburbs of Chicago that will take these cases? This latest criminal call was from Senior Health Services, (who better or easier to rip off than senior citizens!) Maybe class action lawsuits could be imposed. I suffer from sleep deprivation and am living in Hell thanks to these callers! I must have my phone turned on, and must answer it because my wife has health problems and I need to be available in minutes if she calls. I am done filing complaints with the proper authorities, because all they do is file them away! I need a lawyer!

they said they were with american diabetes something or other. they asked for multiple people since they didnt know who they were calling. and then when i tried to figure out why they didnt know who they were calling they hung up.

Why do these people keep calling?  I am not answering the phone since I have an answering machine but they do not leave a message.  The caller ID says it is Senior Health at 202-495-7116

So much for the government watch dogs doing anything except to hire multiple people to create more government jobs and tax me not to provide service. Called multiple times, did not leave messages until I answered and they asked for a fake persons name.

Didn't do them much good to call me...I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize since my cellphone number is only give to a very select few people.

This number just called my cell, and the woman (who speaks very bad english) wanted to know if I wanted to consolidate my pay day loans.   WTF?

They call constantly but do not leave a message.  When I answere it is always someone wanted information which I do not reply to, please get them stopped.

They call several times a day.  We don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Very irritating!  We are on the Do Not Call List, for all the good it does.

Caller ID reads: SENIOR HEALTH ::: Caller claims that for only $69.95 you can be part of a "health coverage umbrella" that allows you to convert whatever medical plan you have to a more streamlined system. Pure scammery!

Well it's either senior health or payday loan consolidation.In either case,you can't have 2 companies calling from the same number so my guess it's a scam and don't answer the phone

We have been receiving phone calls three to four times daily from a number 202-495-7116 identified only as Senior Health. Our Phone is "suppose to be unlisted.

I have as well been receiving calls from this number and it is listed as "gaswaste" on my caller id.  They had my name and address somehow but I kept hanging up.  No longer will I answer their calls.  They spoke about diabetis .  Please stop these calls.

I am totally annoyed - exactly every 35 minues from 9:00 am until 12:00 the phone rang from this number - we have caller id and it said DEBT STRESS REL.  They never left a message and when the answering machine kicked in they hung up. At 12:00 I was livid - i answered it and asked the person what sh wanted and why they kept calling evey 20 minutes and she hung up. 10 minutes later the same number called again - another person this time she started a speil about how I might qualify for a free Diabetes monitor - at that point I told her that on one was diabetic and she hung up. Let's see how long it takes before the calls start again.

I got a call from number and the caller ID was Gas Waste!  All these calls are just scams.  They keep calling people until they get some sr. citizen like myself that will fall for their scams.  My friend got a call the other day from young man who asked "do you know who this is?"  My friend said it sounded like his grandson so he said "Tom?"  The guy said yes, he was in Canadaian jail for being with some guys that has grass intheir car and needed money $2500.- for bail.  My friend didnt fall for it and found his grandson was at work, not in jail!    The caller even let my friend talk to the "Sgt" at the police station -  checked with the real police station they had a Sgt by the same name!  The scammers really do their homework.  Be careful!

I get calls from this number constantly on a daily basis on my cell phone...I'm also on the do not call list that doesn't work!  Area code is in Washington D.C.

These jerks keep calling.  I want it STOPPED today!

Im sick of these debt stress free people calling my home asking for someone who has never lived here. They called 4 times in one hour, and they fill just because they have the right number, then the person they are looking for lives here. I told them, has it ever occured to you that these people changed thier number or moved, and a new family now has this number?? Me saying that had no effect because they called 10 mins later askng for the same people.
