Man asked for head of company. I verified with him the number dialed.

I just got a call from the same number and they hung up, when I tried to call back keep getting a recording that states all circuts are busy!

Some one had call me. From this 202)495-7166 many times I did not pick the phone because I was busy at work. When I finally have time I call back the line was busy. I notice because I continued call for to see if I can get any luck the 3 time. I called. Please can you do some thing abou these calls. Thanks

I am so glad I run into this board. Someone keeps calling from this number at all times day or night. This constitutes for harassment!

Received call from this number and upon answering the lady spoke so softly that you could barely get what her name was and I still am unsure if she said Beth or not.  
Then I asked where she was calling from and her response was "Maam we are here to assist" I stopped her dead in her tracks and advised her to tell me the name of her employer, the person she was calling on behalf of, basically every which way I could I asked her what the name of the company was that she was calling on behalf of.  She would NEVER provide me with that information.

She would start her little same speech and ignore what I said to her.

I then told her that I would report them if they did not provide me this information as they are a company and as such have to give me their name if I ask.  

She then hung up on me.

Of course I try to call the number back but only get a busy signal and cannot call the number back.

What can be done about these calls.  This is unbelieveably frustrating and there is no answer on who to call to report it.

Not sure who this was, but calls come in with no answer.  Funny. you can't call the number back either

Some girl called asking for the owner of the company....i couldnt even understand her...she was whispering into the phone...and there was so much noise in the background....i said he's not in can i take a message ...she said no thanks ill call back later 202-495-7166 @ 9:54am

Same experience as DJ.  Person called and asked if the owner was available.  Told him that he was and asked who was calling and the nature of the call.  At that point the caller hung up.
