THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I needed to call this number to recieve my government grant and need to speak to Larry Vreen. Need to send $130 to get my grant sent to me. Couldn't understand much of what he was saying the background was very loud. I even recorded the coversation.

I just rec'd a call from this number 202-499-1448 which i could tell was a scam right off the bat as the man barely spoke english and had no clue about the USA government. I wanted to get all info from him as I was gathering to report this # to the authorities.

I had a cal his name was Larry geein he told me had
8,000 dollar come if i wire him 130.00dollar

I received a call from a 312 number that I was chosen for a $8,400 in grant from the government but I have to call (202) 499-1448.. I just decided to research the number just to realize is a scam.I wasn't told about any charges but I called my bank to alert me right away if any money was taken out of my account.

I ALSO RECEIVE A CALL TODAY 10-24-12 FROM AN INDIAN GUY NAME MARK WILSON, THAT TOLD ME A WON A GRANT FOR 8,000 FOR HAVING NO CRIMINAL HISTORY. THEN HE AS FOR MY CREDIT CARD INFO N ME BEING IN DENIAL ABOUT THE WHOLE THING, GAVE HIM AN OLD PREPAID CARD. SO HE SAID TO BE APPROVE I WOULD HAVE TO WIRE TRANSFER $130.00 THROUGH WESTERN UNION. N AM LIKE WHY DON'T U JUST TAKE IT OFF THE 8,000 DOLLARS I SUPPOSEDLY WAS AWARDED. HE SAID THAT THE MONEY CANNOT BE TOUCH SO I TOLD HIM WHEN HE FIGURE OUT A WAY TO DO IT THEN CALL ME BACK. HE HAVEN'T SINCE. WE HAVE TO BE AWARE OF ALL THESE SCAM ARTIST, THIS IS JUST GETTING RIDICULOUS.

I receive a call from that number too telling me the samething that if I give them my bank account number and all my information I'll be getting 8000.00 dollars on tuesday 08/28/12 into my account I'm on the unemployment and realy don't have money in my account right now is negative however they ask me to make a payment of 130.00 dollars in willing to get the 8000.00 the name of the person I talk to is Mark Willson either is a fraud or scam I provide him my information I haven't pay the 130.00 like I mention I don't have money in my account anyway so theres is nothing they can get.how can this be stop.. is very tempy specialy this days when people is in a big need.

I also received a call from them offering the same amount and looked up information on them. They continued to call me and i told them i was on to them and they starting cussing at me and accusing me of trying to receive a fake loan from them, quite entertaining at that point however they keep calling and so i went and a site to report them to the FBI so hopefully the calls will soon stop

I got a call from the number and they wanted to get my bank account number or a credit card number so that they could put $8000.00 dollars into either accout.  I got their number so that I could do some research on that number.  I did not provide any info to them about my bank or credit cards.
