I also receive a call from this scam, they said i won half of 5 mil.  They also call me over a course of a month about this and that until I finally stop talk.  Tell them to stop calling your phone or your going to report them, hopefully they will stop and go to the next one.

I received a call from them today stating that I won the 2nd prize for PCH for $350,000 and they wanted to forfeit the prize because of PCH going into liquidation. The guy said his name was Agent David Balam or maybe Balboan from the Federal Trade Commission in D.C and we were on a recorded line. He gave me a number to call at Publishers Clearing House, 866-978-7074. PCH denied this when I called them and took down my complaint. I alson filed a complaint with the FTC. Hopefully this shuts him down.

He said it was his direct office number and to call him back because it was urgent that he inform me of this information. I called him back and there was some dogs barking in the background and when he answered I hung up.

I got the same call.  They said it was a recorded line.  I won 300,000.00 from pch and had to take it our forfiet it.
I asked him why did they not just come to the door.
He wanted me to say yes or no. I told him, that I did not trust it and was hanging it up.  He once again said yes or no.  I just hung up on him.

Same thing happen to my mother-in-law in Las Vegas, She got a call saying she won $400,000. and she needed to send them $600. for insurance. They said she won the publishers clearing house. It is a scam. Same phone # 202-509-0689

my grandmother received a call from this number telling her that her recently deceased husband had won publishers clearing house for 185,000 but that 1st she had to send the 1,500 which would be returned to her. this is a scam, this number nor the ones they gave her came back to pch and pch doesn't require you to send them money to receive your prize according to their website. they called Friday afternoon saying they would be arriving Saturday afternoon. no one showed up and pch is closed weekends which is probably why they chose the time they did
