They continue to call but I do not answer. Tried calling this number from a land line and recording says no longer available. What can a person do about scam phone calls?

Gor a call from this number 202 540 9331. Let it ring and i call back and the phone number is no longer in service.

Receive a call fro mthis guy 2x for the past 3 days. Asking me for my personal information so he can seend me my IRS refund check. And i am too young to file for IRS, he reply and said you sound older than 50 yrs. old and i said to him yea you sound like a MOR ON  IDIOT STUPID INDIAN. Your accent is too heavy can't even prnounce income tax. Then he hang up

Receive a call 2x everyday for 5 days now. Telling me that he had a check witin for me to claim from my medical compensation surgery. I told him i never have a surgery other than my wisdon tooth. And i ask him if he unders about HIPPAA and he said what is HIPPAA. This guy has a very heavy INDIAN ACCENT. I told him not interested and he said why. And I said this is harrassment i will report him to authority. He hang up

They called me as well a scam to heart please ignore.

I get constant calls from this number and i have asked them to take me the call list but they continue to call. I have even cursed them out and they are still calling. I'm getting tired of them calling me.

I get 9 calls a week from 202 540 9331 and this time they say they are from Legal Health Care out of Washington, D.C. and recently had hip replacement surgery (which I didn't) and I'm entitled to a settlement.  I normally hang up...

I have the problem! I keep telling them I am on the national DNC list... they keep calling

Receive calls almost daily from this number to my cell phone.  I never answer and they never leave a message!

Just  got a call from him couldn't understand what he was saying. He thought I was a woman!

Received a call from this number last night.  Asking what kind of surgery I've had or if I was on anti depressants while pregnant(that was 20+ years ago). They said they were trying to qualify me for some medical compensation.  I repeatedly asked who they were and what they wanted.  They finally hung up!

I have received this call a couple of times as well.  I had surgery but not any of the ones they keep calling me on! Just told "John" I was not interested again and was laughed at.  I told him to take me off the list, again and he told me that wasn't their policy!  How do they get their info???

I just received a voicemail as well today claiming to compensate me for any injuries i always check the phone numbers on the internet I could barely understand what the hell he was saying!!! STOP CALLING!!!!!

This guy whom I figure is from india or africa is calling about some bull medical crap, cant even understand the message! What has this world come to where they can do this !

First receive call from a lady whom I could not understand.  Now I receive them from a man who leaves messages about some type of surgery.  I have put him on my spam list.   To whom do you report these type of calls?

I got a call from this place today (THREE TIMES TODAY!!!!) and the guy said that I was eligible for 9 grand in grant money...

I get a call from this number and a few others at least once a day saying they're from some medical place and that if I had certain surgeries I could get money.

Mother received a call from someone with heavy accent. Couldn't understand then at all. I got on the phone also couldn't understand them. I started inquiring about who it was. After some questioning of my own they hung up. English was really bad and couldn't answer any of my questions. I been calling back and trying to get An address. The say cause of confidentiality they can't  release that information. SCAM! any one has any information on this company!. TRYING TO REPORT THEM TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

i wish i had know this was a scam doing if the IRS i could have had fun with it. i have a family member that is way up at the IRS.

Just received a call from this number. She said she was from Medical Services Dept.

I received a call that lasted 14 seconds with me repeatedly saying "Hello" and the person on the other side did not respond, so I hung up.

They should give it up. And take the compesation to learn proper english.

Haha... this lady called and I told her I wasn't interested in her "medical" whatever... and she preceded to call me a fool. These people have sorry lives.  

I hate junk phone calls interrupting my tasks at hand.

They've been calling for months and months about some medical compensation package and I've told them numerous times not to call me and the calls still continue to come in.  I'm on the do not call list and they still call!!

I have been getting these calls for months, 202-540-9331, I decided to act like I was interested to see what exactly he was trying to say to me in really bad english, I then asked if my number could be taken off the calling list and was hung up on. I called that same number right back got a woman on the phone just straight off asked for a manager, I was then forwarded to a "manager" and the guy just gave me the same crap the other two tried and I explained to him that I was legitimately interested and was willing to give information (even though I wasn't), and I guess his english isn't very good because I was hung up on again....So I called back again and got some sarcastic guy telling me I was harassing him and laughing at me, so I asked him what company he is working for and he gives me the name Bencoda which is nothing, a total lie, I had to ask him to spell it for me 20+ times since he couldn't understand the word spell, and he asked me if I was illiterate...I asked to speak with a manager and he said he wasn't around, so I asked if he was being supervised and he told me he didn't need supervision... No crap it's a scam but man will I give them a hell of a time because I'm unemployed right now and while I'm waiting for interviews that might come my way I have all this free time to do nothing but call and keep calling them like they are me......
