I called them up and they were trying to settle a claim.  Apparently someone filed a lawsuit against us for some money owed from a long long time ago and these people are trying to collect the $83.  LOL

Remember....curiosity killed the cat.  Let them call til they're blue in the face.  Never answer.  Don't return the calls.  (If you're reading this site, you already know who they are...collectors posing as lawyers....ie. bottom feeders.)  Eventually they'll decrease the number of calls to your number---there are many other people out there they can bully, which is what they feed on.  They don't like broken toys.  Ignore them.  Technically, you don't owe them a dime.

We get calls from this number constantly, sometimes it rings 2-3 times and disconnects.  One day in February, I decided to answer it, the caller was calling for someone I didn't know, which he did not believe me, I tried to explain in a semi-nice way and told him "please I just lost my sister and do not appreciate these annoying calls not today or any other day" his response was "hey right, what other excuse can you come up with, a dead sister".  I was telling the truth, if I could of gotten my hands around his neck, they would of had to call Horatio Caine.  I have call blocking and it won't work on the number.

Same thing happening to us.  Caller is asking for someone who does not live here and continues to call.  After reading this web page I called the company and when they answered I explained they keep calling us and that person does not live here.  I also mentioned this web site and told him there are so many complaints that they have their own web page now and he said "No we do not".  I said "Oh yes you do" and then he said how can we help you and I said STOP CALLING ME!  If they continue to call I will report as harassment and inform them I am doing so.........I suggest any one else to do the same.

Caller is very RUDE and calling for someone who doesn?t live here all because we have the same last NAME. I've been telling them for 3 months that the person doesn?t live here but they continue to call! Threats, request not to call, asking for supervisors are no help they still call! I am tired of them calling! Who can I contact to get them to STOP!!!!

This is a company called Luke Baker and Assoc.  They called me looking for my brother, tried to tell me it was a settlement matter, but would not say who they are or what they do or if he owed somebody money, soo I told them I would give him the message.  You can call the # back and they will answer if you want to find out what they want from ya.

Call was received around 4pm with no identification except Washington, DC.  This number does not leave a message and disconnects after 2 rings.
